This hotel was very beautiful. It is brand new, so it is spotlessly clean. The pool is spectacular and my 11 year-old son really enjoyed going down the waterslide. There is a nice café./ bar next to the pool that you can get basic burgers and salads from until pretty late at night. The breakfast is good, but it ends at 9 o’clock, so that was a bit of a bummer because my family likes to stay up late to watch a movie and then sleep in. We took the shuttle bus to the Magic Kingdom in the morning, but that was not the best experience. The shuttle bus arrived half an hour late and when it did arrive, it was incredibly packed. All of the seats were taken, and so about 30 people were jammed into the aisle having to stand for the whole 20 minute trip. I didn’t feel like this was safe because we had to go along streets at fast speeds without any seatbelts. Because of this, I chose to take an Uber back from Disney World to the hotel, rather than risk taking the shuttle bus again.

The room was spacious and clean. The free shuttle to Disney World is false advertisement. The shuttle never came after waiting an hour and 15 minutes. Front dest said the shuttle service frequently hangs up on them when called. Their voice-mail is full so you cannot leave a message and they never responded to text or email. It wasted 2 hours of our time in Disney World and cost us an extra expensewe hadn't anticipated. Homewood suites is aware of this and continue to advertise

Commutable distance (30min with traffic) to everything we did. Disney, Gatorland, and Seaworld, and more. Easy parking, roughly$160 for 6 days. Only “downside” to the hotel. Staff were friendly especially the woman working the poolside bar/grill.

Lady working at the front desk told us the wrong room number (even wrote the wrong number on the card she gave us), and we ended up scaring some poor women at night by continuously trying to get into her room all because the front desk lady gave us the wrong room number. Also make sure to check the sink faucet, our sink faucet had some gross residue on it. I don’t think they clean that area.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. As you drive up to it it seems quite grand when you see the awning space and design. The lobby is massive and has definitely been furnished and decorated in a way that is inviting to the guests coming in to stay. In the rooms, I would say that the furniture, walls, flooring could be improved by a thorough inspection of wear and tear that can be easily cleaned and repaired overtime. Also, the suites with the two double beds should have a walk-in shower instead of the tub as most may not be utilizing the tub for baths. But for safety, the walk-in shower seems to be a better standard for the travelers or have an option with a room that has a standing shower as opposed to the tub. In the kitchen space, the cabinets, sink, table as well as the kitchen tools provided can seem a bit dingy despite being cleaned. It would be ideal if those would be potentially updated or replaced over a period of time so that they seem a little bit more user-friendly. I must give thanks to the hotel staff member Mel who is extremely kind and has been super helpful during my trips. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay. Hotel was quiet and clean. Hotel staffs were friendly. Check in check out was fast and easy. Room was cleaned and fresh. Cleaning was good. Replacing towels and other was on time. Parking was convenient. 15 mins to Disney Parks. Enjoyed the stay with family. Highly recommended place to stay.

Our stay was great overall. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The ONLY feedback I have was the pool cleanliness. The pool filters at the bottom of the pool were entirely congested and had not been properly cleaned. The pool needs to be properly serviced. I hope that can be addressed because as mentioned, the hotel is great and its location is extremely convenient.

Pool was great, it’s perfect for all ages, the slide is nice, it was heated and the slide was good fun. Included breakfast was great and the suites with kitchen was just right. Short walk to Target was invaluable, which we used probably 10 times in our 10 day visit. The biggest negative for us was the mattresses, which seemed very low quality. They squeezed and offered very little support.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night, so hard to judge. Rooms are very spacious, but placement of TV unit/chest of drawers was very odd, making night-time bathroom trips hazardous, lol! We moved rooms due to a squeaking air conditioner. Staff helped but weren’t overly friendly, but did also provide a late checkout (1pm) which we were very grateful for. Car parking surface spaces were limited for number of guests/shared hotel, more so if you go out for dinner or arrive late. Breakfast can only be described as noisy and chaotic - not the way I like to start my day. We didn’t have time to use the pool but looked lovely. If you want a clean new hotel close to west side of Disney, with suite facilities, then this is a great option providing ease of movement in Orlando. But if you like a smaller, quieter hotel with a bit more personal friendly experience, and a calm start to the day - this is not the option for you.

The room was wonderful. It had a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and for a visit where we barely were in the room it was great. The breakfast was nice and the onsite laundry was appreciated. I think the only thing that I would recommend to the Hotel that would have elevated this experience would be to add on your website information regarding the shuttle service to Disney. Onsite in the hotel you can purchase tickets and there is a limited shuttle service which depending on which park you will be leaving to has different one time departure times. You have to reserve a spot in advance. At least two hours before the departure time. There is a 7:30 ish shuttle. I ended up driving and parking. But advance notice can help people plan better. *shuttle service is limited and requires reservations *the hotel does not have Flamingo Crossing in its title and has two other Hotels next to it.

The A/C was good. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean. I didnt like that for 2 days my room cards would stop working and then i had to go to lobby to restore them. Plus i had a one bedroom suite with 1 king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was awfull, very slim and uncinfortable. usually when you stay in a one bedroom suite with one bedroom apart y for more than 2 people in my opinion, the person who thinks they can sleep on those sofa bed will have a bad night... but they changed the room to a 2 queen one bedroom the next day.

Overall experience was great. When returning later at night, parking was a bit hard to come by and would prefer not to use the garage. Not having an in-room safe was a bit of a hassle because there was no convenient, secure spot for valuables and travel documents.

First impressions were not good. Lady working at the front desk told us the wrong room number (even wrote the wrong number on the card she gave us), and we ended up scaring some poor women at night by continuously trying to get into her room all because the front desk lady gave us the wrong room number. Also make sure to check the sink faucet, our sink faucet had some gross residue on it. I don’t think they clean that area.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! One of the best hotel experiences I've had, coming from The Bahamas. My fiance and I were very comfortable content with the overall stay and all it entailed.

As always absolutely amazing experience! Hanna & Kayla are always polite and go above and beyond to make sure their guess expectations are meet & exceeded! Very clean facility, rooms are spacious & lovely pool. Guaranteed to enjoy every part of this hotel!!! Management is phenomenal! And the breakfast buffet is outstanding!

Shopping is close and dining too. Bad service because they delay all the services we request and on top of that when you call the front desk they take 5-6 calls for them to complete your request. Not staying here because of this reason. Two fire alarms started and one was false but did not seem to apologise or give us a conplimentary night

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Homewood Suites, by Hilton Orlando. Hanna and Lynn were extremely helpful. The hotel is appropriately ten minutes from the Disney Parks. There is a shopping center across the street - Target, Five Below, etc. The property is clean and well kept. No issues.

everything was excellent, the ladies who attended us at the reception when we arrived were super nice, one of them was on her first day, the rooms were super spacious and clean, my children loved the pool with the slide, the breakfast was repetitive but good, the only bad thing was the rude attitude of the man at the bar, on Wednesday my children were eating ice cream sitting at one of the tables next to the pool, the truth is I don't know if one of them dropped a napkin on the floor or if the napkin was already there and he comes and says "they ate with their feet" super rude and despotic, and because of that we didn't even go to buy any drinks because of his attitude, we went to the restaurants that are outside the hotel a few steps away, from then on everything was great.

The staff at this location was WONDERFUL! They addressed any concerns we had throughout our stay, were always smiling, and went out of their way to make sure we had a GREAT stay. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Denzel at the front desk was a pleasure. If I ever owned a business, I would probably come steal him from Hilton, because he is CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. What an unbelievable human being and an honor to have gotten to meet him.

I really liked that this area was not as congested and crowded as other properties near Disney. The price was reasonable and the breakfast was fantastic. Having shopping and restaurants close by meant we didn't need to rent a car. We used Lyft and the Park bus system to get to and from the parks. Lyft was great as were most of our bus rides, but the one that took an entire hour with many stops made us not want to use the bus again!

The location was perfect! Right next to a lot of restaurants, a Target, Walgreens, etc. It was close to the highway and was less than a 30min drive from all the attractions

Great hotel, was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and the bar by the pool even more. Great friendly staff. This location is good if you are going to the Disney Parks. It's a bit further for Universal and International Drive though. Loads of great stores and restaurants within walking distance

We really enjoyed our stay except for a couple things. The bed was hard and the shuttle service to the parks was very limited.The breakfast food was good but the bar food was burnt and greasy.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. There were no low-carb bread options, very limited protein choices, and the scrambled eggs were not good. The coffee was always cold and watery, and there wasn’t much variety in fruits or vegetables. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement.

Number 1 complaint is breakfast ended WAY TOO EARLY. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't go until 10 am. Every day i went down, the place was crazy busy at 8:30, it was packed. You surely could stay open later and be busy. Conversaly there were few people there at 6 am, but i do belive you need to be open that early for travelers. Next i was only mad once that a maid threw away a carry bag i had out, it had stuff in it, like culterly, napkins and condiments, so i dn't know why she tossed it. Also, i had spilled coffee on a shirt sleeve and had it in the sink to wash it, just the sleeve. When i came home that night the shirt was bundled up and completely wet. So that was also qeustionable. Other than that, i had service on 5 of the 10 days i was there and everything other than the 2 things mentioned, was great. cleaned up well, got new towels when needed and they ran the dishwasher which i didn't expect but was appreciated. The pool hours were the best. Glad you keep it open late. To be honest i have stayed a few places that stayed oepn until 11 or even 12, so would have liked 11 better. Overall a beautiful hotel, lovely pool, food at bar was excellent. Room was big, price was compettive and will probably stay there again next time in town.

This is our second time staying in this property. We stayed 2 nights. We love staying here everything was clean, and breakfast is always great with a lot of varieties. The kids love going to the pool and the environment! If you don’t want be in line for waffles, wake up before 8am. After that the line is gets big and it could take a while.

Didn't realize all the things around the hotel, i was at business meeting 9-6 the first 6 days there, taking an uber everywhere. Realized too late there were a few nice shops around, i would have gone to. Disney was really close, but wife wanted to got to Univeral which I didn't realize was a lot farther away, Sea world as well was farther away. If i come back there i'll just go to disney. My main complaint was breakfast was too early, it ended at 9. At 8;30 the place was a madhouse and it took 1/2 hour just to get my food, waiting in line. They HAVE TO KEEP IT OPEN UNTIL 10. Just common sense. I lose an hour of sleep every night having to get up at 8:30 to come down to wait in line and not eat untul after 9 anyway. Also For some reason the maid service threw some bags of mine away for no reason. Overall, it's a great place with reasonable price and plenty of features. Pool was the best, big, had a slide and open late. Would have liked it open a little later, we got home late a few times and got kicked out at 10, 11 would be better. I'll most likely come back.
