Loved it! Such a lovely property! Quiet, extremely clean and well maintained My 17 yr old daughter and I had top floor south facing which was perfect. Bikes available, steps to the beach, 20 min walk to main road w restaurants and shops. No glitches w our reservation whatsoever how refreshing!

Beautiful room. We had an end unit with views of the sound. Pros: access to private beach right across the street; room was clean and spacious; balcony was nice and large; bathroom shower excellent; bicycles available; beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons available for use. Cons: bed extremely uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that both of us work up with back problems each day, suggest adding box spring to platform beds; couch was uncomfortable as well. If it wasn’t for the issues with the bed and couch we would definitely return, a comfortable bed is so key to a hotel stay.

Really liked Dune. I had a great room that was on the other side from Sea Grape - bar that could be loud. I heard noting from room 31. Could walk to Post Rd and the beach. Ocean view from room.

We rented a 2-bedroom with a sitting and dining area. The property was beautiful. It was clean, fresh, modern and lots of natural sunlight. It provided totes and tons of towels for the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely rent this property again.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights while visiting colleges in the area. The room was cute (modern, beach-vibe) and clean. As others mentioned when the bar let out around midnight it was a little loud (many college students rent in the area). I also didn’t care for the mini-split going on and off throughout the night - I’m just not used to that noise. Overall it was a fine stay but perhaps not if you are a light-sleeper.

Very VERY clean, great location! It is a contactless property with normal office hours which made it difficult when I had issues with my lock. Also as a city dweller I have minimal experience with key pads and some instruction wd have been helpful, but this was still an amazing stay!

Sweet location and they remodeled it nice. However, be warned the bar next door does loud live music and the whole building shakes. Would only reccomend to the young party crowd. Not ideal for families. The manager was nice and did try to offer a refund for a night. Not sure how many people want to hear music vibrating until 2am. Young me would not have cared. Sweet beach access

**Not for a family or anyone wanting to fall sleep before 2am.** There is a nightclub directly on the side and our entire room was vibrating from how loud the club music was. Reviews say “may be a bit noisy” and that didn’t deter me, thinking it was just crowd outside talking and laughing. I had no idea we could feel like we were trying to sleep inside of a rave.

The place is very nice, the only drawback is the fact that a bar is right next door and they stay open till 2 am and play very loud music. There is no escaping the nightlife .

The hotel is right next to a very loud bar. They mention it on their website but not on Hotels.com. I would not stay here again because of that.
