Great stay! Very clean, smelled wonderful, plenty of staff and all were very friendly. Anna’s speakeasy is a good experience as well! We chose to park on the street and use the ParkMobile app instead of paying for valet service, and in hindsight, probably would have just paid the $30 per day for that. We spent less on parking overall but it was a hassle finding spots, with having to park about 3 blocks away after getting back from our concert around 11:30 pm on Saturday night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Indigo! When we first arrived to check in, we were given a glass of champagne! Our room was very spacious and had an amazing cool vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was big and modern. The room and entire property was spotless! The people working at the hotel were all so friendly and helpful. They also have a speakeasy there which we enjoyed. They also offer a free shuttle to anywhere within a three mile radius, which is so great. I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Indigo, we just loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Nice place, no parking unless you want to pay $30. Very clean and nicely appointed room. In room HVAC unit had a hard time keeping a steady temperature in the room but otherwise stay was pleasant.

I am so Disappointed with this hotel. Decor is very nice but there were little black jumping bugs in the bed and what looked liked mascara smears on the sheets!! Second room they gave me the floor had trash and the room had an odor! I immediately went down to guest services and gave back their keys and because it was after midnight I couldn’t get another hotel so I had to sleep in my car!! People don’t just hop in these beds because the room decor is nice!! Pull back the blanket and inspect the sheet!! Possibly made the bed up but didn’t change the sheets!! Disgusting!!! I am requesting a Full Refund!!!

Bedding on both beds had blood on them. Called front desk, she offered to bring sheets so we could change the bedding. Called again after second bed had blood on bedding and asked for another room she said they were booked but she would come up and change the sheets. The tv did not work either. Apparently no customer service if you use Expedia.

Everything was wonderful EXCEPT the rooms only go down to 68 degrees!! Wasnt very cool in there for sleeping... just adequate. Wish they got cooler. Everything else was very nice.

AC locked at 72. I get that it is October but that doesn't mean that I want to sleep in a warm room. Phone didn't work to call front desk and I was told "we have been having some technical difficulties but it shouldn't affect your stay". Other than that, quiet room, unique industrial feel.

I can't say enough good things about this property! Facilities were immaculant, staff (special shout out to Lamar!) was the friendliest I've ever encountered, and I travel a decent amount!! Nick was so nice and super helpful getting us to dinner. I would put this property at the top of your list of places to stay!

Front desk staff was not very friendly or accomodating. Borderline rude. Both valet attendants were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. We actually changed a reservation to hotel indigo because in the spring we found the hotel excellent. This was a disappointment We will try another hotel for our next stay.

We have stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Omaha several times and enjoyed each of our stays. However, this time was our best stay yet thanks to Brettany. We had a small issue with our room and Brettany went above and beyond to make sure the issue was rectified. She was so busy assisting a number of guests for a wedding, but still took the time to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. Her kindness was so appreciated. I’d also like to say Nick was an excellent driver. We appreciate his prompt and professional service.

I really enjoyed my stay at Indigo. The service at check-in was excellent. We took advantage of the free shuttle service. The beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay here again if in Omaha again.

Enjoyed the hotel room immensely. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and open and full of light. We came for a weekend get away and only left the hotel room for meals because we just wanted a break from being busy. We had the accessible bathtub and it was a bit complicated to figure out, but we eventually got it. The Nespresso pods were terribly strong and the provided add-on weren’t enough. Would have preferred a basic hotel coffee maker. Refrigerator took a day to get cool. The breakfast add-on was not worth it. It was “pick two” from cinnamon rolls, bagels, pastry, yogurt, coffee, juice. Either head out to a restaurant or buy the individual food you want at their breakfast shop. You won’t save any money with the package and probably won’t eat enough of the items to equal the cost. Valet or paid public parking only. They couldn’t park our car bc it’s standard transmission, but they gave us a discount for the valet lot.

Very nice hotel, rooms are large well decorated, comfortable mattresses and bedding. Large nice bathroom with amazing toiletries. Unfortunately, restaurant is under construction and there is no breakfast. That information should be update.
