This hotel is in a great location, not far from downtown Nashville. The complimentary breakfast had much to offer, and two water dispensers (with cups) were available for guests around the clock. There's a pool and a patio and a spacious sitting area next to the lobby. The staff seemed professional and willing to do whatever they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Hotel was clean and in a great location. We had reserved to beds as we were traveling with three people total. When we arrived staff did not mention they had sold out of double beds and we found out later we were "upgraded" to a suite with a king bed and pull out couch. We would have rather had the two beds. Also the cost that is charged for parking for staying at a hotel of 42 dollars per night is asinine. We were not told this additional cost until receiving an email the day before check in. We have also been overcharged for parking and have not received a call back to correct the overcharge yet.

Took a long time to get eggs. Buffet style would’ve been a lot easier.

Our granddaughter was graduating from Vanderbilt and we wanted something near the university. Our car was ready whenever we needed it and the service and food were great.

All the staff members were wonderful. The room was very nice and clean. We didn't use the pool area.
