Clean, well-appointed rooms and super-convenient for events at Grand Casino Arena or Roy Wilkins Auditorium. We stay here every time now!

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned that well, however the bed was clean, staff was very friendly, and was close to multiple locations.

We just stayed one night, didn't check out pool/hot tub. Everything we saw was clean and in good condition, staff friendly, beds decent. We feel they could have offered complimentary black coffee and cream/sugar options, like most other hotels do, in the lobby. The hubs had to pay over $3 per cup, and it was just okay. I couldn't drink mine because there was no palatable cream/sugar.
