It was great, rooms were big and clean. It was a convenient location for our trip. Our only negative was the hot tub wasn’t working and we had planned on using it (prepping for a half marathon:) but I would stay there again for sure.

This hotel was really nice. I looked forward to using the washer and dryer halfway into our vacation so i didn’t have to pack as much. However, it was $2 for detergent, Tide powder, $4 to wash and $4 to dry. Use a debit or credit card to operate the machines. There was a WalMart nearby, so we bought some food for lunches. We went to The Barnyard for dinner. Nice casual restaurant. If you're in Page, you must be there to see Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Both were excellent. We used Ken's Tours for Lower Antelope Canyon and were very happy with that. Lots of stairs to climb. Horseshoe bend had a 132 foot elevation. Bring lots of water. Glen Canyon Dam is right across from the hotel, but it also has a steep decent to the viewpoint. All in all, we had a very nice stay at Home2 Suites.

Home2 almost never fails for our families needs. Food was great as usual and staff was very accommodating. The only suggestion is to get that hot tub working. It was Lukewarm at best. Other people said that wasn’t a new thing. Yes it’s the desert and hot but a social hot tub at nice would be the cherry on top of a great day.

Home2 was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely, super comfortable bed and very spacious. I was a solo traveller and the hotel was perfect for me. It was convenient to get the tour locations I had organised (lower antelope, helicopter from the airport, horseshoe bend). It was a short walk to a beautiful overlook of the Lake Powell Dam Wall. I had however booked this hotel for the hot tub. There was no indication that the hot tub was not working or out of order from booking the hotel, checking in or even going outside to turn the hot tub on. I opted for the slightly more expensive accommodation (i.e. with hot tub) and was sadly let down when going to use it as it was freezing cold! I did use the pool as this was warm and while I was outside a hotel employee noted that the hot tub hadn't been working for a couple months as they were waiting for a replacement part.

Booked this hotel because it had a hottub to use for my sore legs. Hot tub was cold. Couldve booked a different hotel for a better rate that didn't have a hottub if i wasn't able to use it. Requesting a refund.

The staff was great. There a couple of maintenance issues we found. The mirror light was not working. The maintenance guy said the part was on order. The hot tub jets were not working as well. The hot tub guy had a part on order. Other than that, it was very nice.

Galley kitchen with a fridge/freezer. This hotel has 3 washer/dryer units. Great, especially when youve been on the road for a few days. No need to leave the hotel to look for a laundromat.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean. Multiple hairs which is a huge pet peeve of mine. The hotel was not cheap and I don’t think it’s too much to expect to have a clean room. The breakfast was mediocre

Cleanliness not good. On the first day, I found the previous guests underwear left behind under the sink. Second day I found leftover water in coffee maker. There was never enough breakfast food. We were always running out of coffee or bowls. Adequate for page as there aren't many high quality hotels but not worthy of Hilton name

Hot tub was out of service our entire stay . The floor in our room was so dirty we had to request it be cleaned when we arrived. Also the shower door leaked and the floor was very wet when done showering. Loved the space and the fireplace outside.

Sofa bed had visibly used and soiled bedding still on it. Beds were cleanbut one of the beds had a stain next to the pillow, appeared to be old blood stain that didn't wash off. Breakfast was ok. Had breakfast ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches. Also had egg omelets but no protein options.

Our room was dirty and the staff didn’t do anything about it. We had stains on the sheets, the shampoo ran out after one shower. The counter was sooo dusty and dirty and it felt so unsanitary. We didn’t get compensated for anything and we will DEFINITELY not come back here.

This hotel looks new onside & out. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very clean. We were only there overnight, but this was by far the nicest place we stayed over the last 9 days.

It is a newer property, which always helps, however we did find leftover items in the freezer, not a good sign for housekeeping. We were on the 2nd floor, lots of running footsteps above us, was annoying, just so you know. Breakfast was sufficient and the check-in was easy, very sweet and polite young lady at the desk. I would stay again if in the area, but ask for a top floor.

We really enjoyed a lot of things about this hotel. Our kids loveed the hot tub and it was nice that they had rooms that could accommodate families of five at an affordable price. I probably would have given that this hotel five stars except for one thing. Late at night our room got very warm, so we turned the air on and the air conditioner made a horrid crunching and grinding sound. It made that sound all night long. Eventually in the middle of the night, we turned it off and chose to be hot and uncomfortable instead. When we told the front desk she showed no care in the world. My Midwestern customer service voice would have come on and replied to us with a, "Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry to hear that." It was as though she was looking at us like.. why are you telling me this.So cleaely I need to explain.. I said the reason I'm telling you is because you probably have someone staying in that room soon and it needs to be fixed and it should have been fixed before we stayed there. If you stay in room 310 and it makes that sound still, that speaks volumes to their customer service. Eventually she took my phone number for her manager to call me, we never got a call. It just would have been nice to get some sleep the night before our Antelope Canyon hikes!

We booked this room because of the kitchen. But it was almost useless. It was a room for 6 people, and we had only 3 forks, 3 spoons, 4 knives, 4 plates etc, There was not enough of anything. There was no cooktop, but we could borrow one in the reception. We did that and asked for a pot, but all they had was a small pan, so we could not make the things, we had planned. The room was nice although my daughter found peanuts in the sofa. We enjoyed that the hotel was very close to a beautiful view-point. The breakfast was boring.

Our room was voted the best room on our holiday so far which is 1 of 50 nights todate. The room was value for money and was HUGE, plus it had a kitchen to boot. Will give this room a 10 out of 5

Ac was very loud, and vibrating sound, and they were not able to fix it while we were there, nor change rooms because hotel was full. Internet speed was terrible, not suitable for work. Washer/Dryer not working. This is not the first time we experience similar issues with Home2Suites especially the internet speed, and will not be booking again.

The room was spacious. Full size refrigerator w/freezer. Curtain wall to have privacy between bed and couch area. I loved having real dishes both in the room and at breakfast. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in this 2 week trip! Staff was friendly and efficient. Nice location

The breakfast was well organized and quick. The room was clean and the property was well-maintained. I called the day around 12:30 PM to let them know we would arrive after midnight. I was told they would make a note to save our room. When we arrived at 12:30 AM they no longer had our room for us. We were told that it was given to a walk-in. We then spent the next 2 hours finding somewhere else to stay. Then they charged us for a no-show.

Overall a very nice stay. Ann was the person who checked us in and was professional, courteous, and respectful (even while dealing with a computer system outage). All other staff were very easy to deal with as well. I especially appreciated the use of a very nice propane grill! Will definitely return.

The people at the front desk were not friendly. The phone in our room did not work during our entire stay. The manager was not available during our stay. Breakfast could be improved. Ran out of decaffeinated coffee. Also the egg sandwich could not be warmed up.

Experience was decent until we got bum-rushed to check out by housekeeping who walked into our room at 9:30am while we were still sleeping. Checkout wasn’t until 11am. They came back to the room twice since the first time they checked. We had a long drive back home so was trying to take our time on the last day. Very disappointed.

I like Home2 always. But today’s check-in the stuff refused to change room for me. I need a room further away from the elevator since my sleep is very light. The staff said I didn’t selected a room away from the elevator! Unfortunately I didn’t even know how. And then she said the rooms are tight, I don’t buy it. The stuff is just rude. Worst experience!

I wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms only cleaned if you stay for 5 days. Breakfast buffet overcrowded and understaffed. Constantly out of coffee. Fire alarm went off at 7:30am two days in a row due to electrical malfunction. Staff not very friendly. We asked for tissues for the room and they never came. I would choose another hotel.

Hotel seems new. Very well kept, freshly painted, etc. Our room was huge with 2 queen beds plus a pull-out couch with tons of floor space left over. Found out later we were given the “accessible” suite so I don’t know if all room are that extra spacious or not. Staff was very friendly and helpful, printed a few things for us when the printer in the business center wasn’t working. Continental breakfast was pretty good; only complaint is for the newness of the hotel they did not plan enough breakfast space. The food was set out in a fairly small area somewhat cramped by some of the tables so coupled with a good crowd of people it was challenging to get food you wanted in a reasonable timeframe and challenging to find a place to sit to eat

Breakfast time was rushed. Even for the weekend it ended at 9:30AM. Most hotel have it at 10:00 or 10:30 on the weekend. We were nudged few times by house keeping even before 11:00. Felt like we were being nudged to leave as asap.

The breakfast area was kind of a wreck and there weren't any lights on in that area and it is beside the front desk so you would think SOMEONE would notice the guests in the dark. The chairs in the breakfast / lobby area are awful also. There is about 10 decent chairs and the rest need replaced with something usable. My room was excellent and it was quiet in the area. I would stay there again and eat somewhere else for sure.
