Hotel room was great, staff at the bar were rude and slow. We sat down for breakfast, no one greeted us or came to the table. Walked up to the bar, and the lady ignored me for a good 5 minutes and helped others who had not been waiting before me. Ended up leaving and having breakfast elsewhere.

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities and a convenient location within walking distance of US Bank Stadium, but our experience was disappointing. We arrived at 4:00 pm, waited in a long line, and were told our rooms weren’t ready due to a cleaning staff shortage. We had a 5:15 pm concert and were initially told the wait would be about 15 minutes. While waiting, I parked in the attached ramp but couldn’t re-enter without a key, forcing me to go back outside in the rain—something that could have been avoided with better communication. After another 30 minutes and a second time in line, we were told the rooms were still unavailable with no estimated time. With no guidance, we changed in the lobby bathroom, stored our luggage, and left for the concert at 5:30 pm without rooms. When we returned around midnight, our rooms were finally ready. I asked about compensation but was told none could be provided due to booking through a third party. After pushing, we received one $18 breakfast voucher per room, which didn’t cover everyone. Although the hotel is nice, the poor communication and lack of accountability made for a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
