Excellent experience at this hotel. Travelled with my mum and daughter and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel is 5 min max walk to the nearest tram station which takes you into the centre. The facilities at this hotel were also excellent. Would stay in this hotel again.

I have a bit of mixed feelings here. The room was clean but very small with zero drawer space. It was even cramped to live out of my suitcase. Also, the restaurant/bar we're not up to par. Breakfast was buffet only and cost almost $30 US. Other bar/restaurant options are not real close. However, overall appeal of the hotel itself is strong. The covered pool area is fantastic with both sauna & steam. Staff it is very friendly and helpful for tourists. Tram stop to take you ANYWHERE is a 7 minute walk away. Patio on the canal is nice!

Not so nice staff at the reception. Arrogant and tired. Restaurant staff were better. I didn’t get the kind of bed I booked I got 2 small beds instead of a king size bed, when I call them from the room their motivation was that the hotel I full. I just accepted it
