Modern hotel with pretty spacious rooms with nice view from the 10th floor. Very nice breakfast including Cava for 20 Euro, lots of outdoor tables facing the canalside. Slightly noisy and chaotic surroundings, with a 7 minute walk to the tram stop. Training facilities, a small pool and sun beds on the 3rd floor

Spotless room. Incredible views from 15th floor. Bar was wonderful, good "bar food". Staff was OVER THE TOP helpful and accomodating. HIGHLY reccommend. While just an over night stay while en route to our ship for our cruise, would definately stay here in the future.

Great hotel, out of the city centre however it was so easy for us to get to the city centre. Pool was very cold, and I was disappointed that there was no hot tub in the spa, however apart from that it was excellent. Didn’t have the breakfast or eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on the food.

Great location. Easy access to transit and walking distance to central station if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk. Nice rooms. Wonderful spa. Thoroughly enjoyed the Turkish steam room and saunas.

Wir waren als Paar für 3 Tage im Inntel. Alles war super außer, dass der Pool geschlossen war aufgrund technischer Probleme oder sowas. Fanden wir sehr schade, da man ja auch eine Menge Geld da lässt und natürlich die Möglichkeiten nutzen möchte.

Beautiful Spa Room with whirlpool, great views out the window, clean, quirky and the pool and sauna area were quite so we had it to ourselves. Bed very comfortable, shower is lovely, tv is large, just great. Only things I would say are; the whirlpool is lovely and big but then makes the room seem smaller, no room service after 11pm I think, only access to a vending machine, and the hotel is about a 9-10 minute walk away from the closest tram. We didn’t mind any of these, but adding them here for future visitors.

I would not recommend staying at this property. We had a horrible experience. They never cleaned our room. We left our wet used towels on the floor and they just picked them off the floor and put the back on the shelves like they where clean. The garbage was never cleaned in the bathroom and the tissues were on the floor. They left the dirty glass in the bathroom. There was also mold in the shower. The front desk was very unpleasant and they would not let you speak. At the end of the stay we told the management that we were unhappy with the stay and that we took photos of the room and one the front desk personnel told us to leave the hotel immediately before he calls the police.

Room was filthy. Hairs in the hot tub. Dirt and spiderwebs all over and this isn’t the first time it’s been like that. The receptionist attempted intimidation and kept interrupting when I was trying to speak to his manager and had to be sent home. Completely unacceptable. Drain was blocked in the room. Booked a suite and wouldn’t let me give a deposit cash. Stayed many times before with much less issues but now never going back

Although there is construction en route to the hotel, the location itself is beautiful as it’s on the water and walkable to the tram stop. The room was beautiful, the facilities are clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

While the property was out of the madness and quiet, it was impossible to get an Uber pick up or drop off from the hotel and was equally as difficult to try to get food delivered. The beds in our room had uneven soft spots making it difficult to sleep. The shower has no door and gets water all over the bathroom and there's no light in the closet or proper light on the bathroom mirror. Had to use my phone far too many times to see in the room past sundown.

Beautiful modern hotel on the waters edge, it’s about 6min walk from tram lines & about 10min tram journey to city centre, lovely helpful staff, good food & drinks section, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful top floor room with a jacuzzi & free drinks which was wonderful surprise

This property is not walking distance from Amsterdam central station. We had two single beds and I have never seen such a narrow bed in my life. I literary barely slept because I felt like I was going to constantly fall off every-time I turned over. I feel like they need to invest in proper beds so their clients sleep after long days of walking around the city. The rooms are modern but very dark and hard to get ready in the morning.

I booked a wellness panorama room for my wife’s 40th birthday . Having read some mixed reviews, I was unsure what to expect. But this hotel didn’t disappoint. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to tram station then 3 stops to central station. Clean hotel, stunning views, Friendly safe, amazing rooms !! The hot tub and Sunna were perfect for relaxing. The local area is having some construction work done so a little messy but will be nice when finished, this didn’t effect our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay here again !!!

Modern, initially clean rooms with tiny narrow single beds which are not suitable for a grown man. Changing rooms to a full size bed costs an extra charge. Air condition is central and seems to switch itself off in the middle of the night? Also loud and busy train tracks right in front of the hotel so sleeping with an open window for fresh air was not an option. Overall could not get much good sleep. Mediocre housekeeping and few bathroom amenties. Friendly staff in general, good standard breakfast with fresh eggs. Nice clean pool and sauna, the "gym" is a joke though with almost no strenght equipment and very small. Location a bit off from the city center with no immediate public transportation at the hotel. Considering the higher price an average stay still enjoyful with room for improvement for a better guest experience.

Wonderful stay at Inntel! Room: Room was very clean, all amenties working and towels were replaced daily. Service: We were there for 3 nights and only spoke to reception upon check in - polite and helpful. Restaurant staff always seemed a little stressed but were still very polite and attentive. Restaurant: We booked breakfast for our stay - food was wonderful, couldn't fault it. However only one coffee machine was working which did build up quite a queue. Location: Saw many bad reviews for location but it isnt bad at all! Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest tram stop which takes you into centraal! (Rietlandpark is the tram stop for anyone wondering) Overall, fabulous stay at Inntel and would happily stay again! :)

Hotel was very nice. Staff were unfriendly on arrival. We didn’t get offered discounted breakfast but others did and we where disappointed with the lack of drinks and toiletries in the room especially when paying so much per night for the room.

Lots of odd things about this hotel: No tissues in the room, no coffee mugs even though they have stuff for coffee. I was told to just use a water glass, but it was much too hot. The extra key to activate the elevators was odd and easily by passed. The restaurant staff seemed put out when asked any questions, and it was unclear about breakfast menus (There were none) even though they were open for breakfast. I was told I could not charge my dinner to my room, but the bill had a place for room number, etc...so don't know what that was all about. To say the decor of the hotel was unique is an understatement...looked a little like Dungeons and Dragons. And there were hoses every 40 feet in the hallways...?

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and Michael truly made it unforgettable! From the moment we checked in, he had us laughing with his great sense of humor and lighthearted jokes. Tbh I don’t want to review it bad however one staff member made the experience so bad that it spoilt our trip. Thank goodness it was our last night otherwise I would have considered moving to another hotel. Night staff a gentleman clearly doesn’t know hospitality

The rooms were hot and dark - poor lighting. Bed was comfortable. Shower leaks all over floor. Very trendy but overly so (i.e., dark rooms). Loud at night - one side has AC compressors the other has trains. Reception, lobby, and restaurant are very nice. Food is just OK. Staff very helpful. 10 minute walk to trains/trams. 15 minute walk to grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes. The location is under development, should be nice when finished.

This property is not accessible through public and private transport due to construction all around. Once has to walk 800M to 1 KM to get access to any kind of transportation. We have guests who had the mobility issue and it became a major problem. I wish we would have been informed this fact at the time of booking

I found the hotel and inconvenience. The tram took 10mins but from the station to the hotel the road was very bad and remote to get to. Especially lugging the luggages on the rocky grounds was hectic. Hotel could at least offer a shuttle to and from hotel to station. There were mushrooms growing on the front door of hotel. Definitely won't be staying there again.

The hotel was a modern very comfortable base from which to explore Amsterdam. Nice gym and swimming pool and a waterfront bar. Situated in a quiet area, with a few local restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby. Really good trams into the centre of Amsterdam, and it's so flat, it's easy to walk around Amsterdam anyway. Would highly recommend.

Super nice and the room was incredibly spacious (we got the room with the sauna and hot tub). The restaurant really took their time when ordering your food so definitely don’t go if you’re in a rush. The metro was about a 5-10 min away that takes you to city center which was great! If you’re taking an Uber, walk about 2-3 mins away from the hotel and then order the Uber because of the construction it messed up some of our Uber pickups and drop offs. Didn’t hear construction from room which was great!

Hotel staff were amazing, building itself is lovely and modern however is in a construction site which you have to walk through to get to the tram. You can’t hear any noises it’s just not the nicest to look at. Breakfast was a buffet and everything was very tasty. Overall hotel was great . Would recommend getting a tram pass to use as quite far about the centre if walking but only 10 minutes on the trams which are brilliant

Amazing hotel, very clean, very comfortable room, with a great whirlpool and a sauna! Good service at the check in counter. Overall a great stay at the hotel, nothing to complain about! ☺️ However the restaurant was not that great, the food was very decent, albeit maybe a bit in the expensive end for what you get. But overall okay. But the service was terrible, so bad! They spilled wine all over the table, dropped things, gave us the wrong food and even forgot to bring a drink completely! I’ll definitely recommend the hotel!! ☺️ - but stay away from the restaurant it’s not worth it.

Comfy rooms, great shower and bath, excellent sound proofing and blackout curtains. Its 20 mins from Amsterdam Centraal using the nearby 26 tram. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly good. The outside of restaurant/bar has great views especially at sunset. My friend used the pool and sauna and loved both

Amazing hotel stay and lovely hotel the spa room was amazing and relaxing didn’t use it as much as could have but great to have The windows are not blacked out so one has to be careful when using spa in room with open curtain to soak in the view Would be good for hotel restaurant to open abit later as they close up the kitchen so you can’t order anything apart from drinks .. no crisps or nuts as bar snacks apart from machine which is too small for hotel and one night had no crips Water should be provide in room as a standard and coffee machine - the tea bags selection and coffee is too basic for the hotel price Apart from the all went well
