Didnt like that you had 5o stop at desk to get a calidation card to exit parking each time you came and went. Also didnt like that you had a $10 parking fee for the lot that was shared by 2 other hotel properties.

Very close to the airport, which was extremely convenient. The shuttle needs to run a little bit more often. I had the choice between a 3 AM and a 3:40 AM shuttle, which is a big gap. Hotel was nice and clean and the welcome gift bag was appreciated overall I’d stay here again.

The beds and bedding were comfortable, (good, not great), but on-par with this level of hotel. Breakfast is simple and well-run. Large parking lot is well-lit and pretty quiet, overall. The issuing of a ticket each time entry/exit is a pain. 4 EV charging stations, but know they are not free/included and require SemaConnect/Blink membership.

The room was very clean. We love the flooring!! Every other day room service is perfect. Water and popcorn is a great way to say hi. The breakfast tables were often dirty. The pancake maker ran out a few times. I loved having bananas that were ready to eat. Adding more fruit options would be awesome.

I've stayed at a number of TRU hotels and love them. This one surprised me on 3 issues: 1 - $10/day to park my car in an area that is not crowded 2 - I called for help non working internet; desk clerk said she couldn't help. 3 - Shower had mold in multiple areas that were difficult to reach but easy to see.

Checking in was very pleasant as the staff were friendly and got me checked in quickly. Arrived at the room and it looked clean. Then saw that there were spots in the floor from some sort of liquid drying. Seemed like the floors wasn’t cleaned swept well and mopped. Bathroom was clean. Bed had multiple hairs inside. Wasn’t sure at first. It looked clean, but the hairs made me question whether the sheets were changed.

Room smelled really badly when we checked in. Called the front desk and told us they were booked and couldn’t do anything about it. They were not very nice and didn’t seem to care at all. We thought about going to another hotel however they would not refund our stay. Very unhappy with the whole stay.

Good, clean, convenient. The property is new and in great shape. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. The walls are a bit thin. I had an early wake-up and my neighbor had his TV a bit loud. Bring your earplugs, especially since the hotel is near the end of a runway. I’d book it again. The free shuttle was on time and helpful.

Location is great, convenient and the shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was great. Property is very nice and clean, room is kinda small but very nice. The only problem I had was the noises at night, the wall must’ve been so thin that I could hear people open and closes their doors. Woke me up several times from door slamming noises. So I didn’t have a good night sleep unfortunately.

The darkening shade - facing toward airport was broken. Bright light in room all night. Computer system down ( not hotels fault- countrywide) so no key- needed to be let in and out of room by staff- so not convenient. But the room light from airport was the problem.

Look out. The shuttle took 35 minutes to come to the airport (saw 3 x other airport hotel shuttles in the same period) then the room we were given on the 4th floor had a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom that could not be switched off!!! It also made a shrill ringing sound! Reception said the exhaust fans that don’t switch off in the rooms are a “known issue” but nothing could be done as there were no more free rooms. Needless to say we got no sleep that night. It was SO loud even with the bathroom door closed. The shampoo in the shower had black sprinkles of mould on the top of the container. The reception person when we checked out was sullen and rude. Worst experience ever.

Convenient location, but isolated. There was not a restaurant near the hotel and only convenience store items for purchase. The weather made leaving to find food challenging. I am a fan of Hiltons, but the Tru model is trying to be sleek and modern - but comes up short in the level of comfort. I felt like I was staying in a modern version of a Motel 6 that is for a younger generation that relies on technology and food delivery apps.

The hotel and room was excellent. However, the room lacked a remote for the TV. We told them about the issue so they asked if we would come down to get a remote. It turned out to be the wrong remote for our TV. When I returned it and told the desk person she said she'd report it to maintenance but with no apology or suggest she'd find the right one. As she was playing in her phone at the time I assume she was too busy to help.

God forbid your check-in time is after 11pm. When I checked in at 12AM, it was obvious that the girl behind the desk was either suffering from my having startled her out of her deep sleep behind the desk OR she was high as a kite. Yes, I apparently scared her straight out of her slumber, said "oh, did I scare you?" her response of "uhhhhh yes" and then "Good! Wake UP! I need to check in!"... Not super impressed there. When returning into the "lobby", the girl was nowhere to be found...

Beds were hard as a rock! If you like a super firm bed, then this hotel would suit you well. I travel quite a bit and I have to say that out of all the beds, this one sucked! Morning gal at the Front Desk was extremely rude, I get that not everyone is a morning person but maybe management should have her on an afternoon shift. I will say, the property was clean and inviting.

Breakfast advertised as at 6, but when I came down to grab something before getting on shuttle they told me that it is not available Sundays until 7. Left without anything but lukewarm coffee. Soap and body wash dispensers in room were too clogged to work. Online photos show at least some heatable food options at front for purchase but the only available was candy and chips and Campbells tomato soup. Microwave dirty.

I missed the memo that parking cost $10 a day and that breakfast was only from 0700-0900. We had a 0700 flight out of PDX so no food for us! Those breakfast hours are absolutely atrocious for a place meant for travelers. I won’t stay here again, despite it being a nice hotel with a comfortable bed. I can pay half the price at other hotels in the area and get parking and breakfast.
