Very modern, clean. Great rooftop restaurant. close to dining options, arena, walkable. Abit loud especially rooms facing freeway. Had trouble sleeping first night but they had a noisemaker in the room and the other nights I fell asleep fine.

Our room was quite lovely! Bed wasn’t bad, had a pretty good night’s sleep. Huge shower. Check in/Day staff was so friendly. Six or seven minute walk to Nationwide Arena so that was great, since we were watching a concert there. The $39 charge for ‘valet’ parking (which was someone parking your car into a spot right next to the valet stand) was a bit much. Why ya going to charge to have your guests park in the hotel parking lot? That part was a bit ridiculous, otherwise we had a nice stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Loved the rooftop lounge and breakfast area. great location. My only complaint is the mandatory $30 valet parking. Hotel has a giant parking lot out front and even though i parked the cam myself i had to pay a $30 valet fee. IT seems ridiculous as they have their own parking lot and valet is completely unnecessary. Otherwise all good and would stay again.

It was very nice overall. Bathrooms need some love. The shower was super cheap and somewhat dirty. The breakfast was ok, but that orange juice is gross. I would definitely stay again. Staff was friendly and Valet was quick. Great location if you're going to the expo center.

This Hotel is highly overrated. The pull bed was COMPLETELY full of hair and crumbs. With no sheets or blankets. When we called to report it. The front desk staff insisted that we come and get it ourselves. I booked and stayed in the Presidential suite with torn and broken drapes. The towels were yellowish of white in color. The bathroom floor was completely dirty. Outside of waiting to check in (late) due to the room not being ready. Which verifies the room was quickly turned over and not properly inspected. I didn’t complain. I just will NEVER book this Hotel again. This one is a HARD NO for the price for one night. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We were in town for an event. The room was the Cleanest room experience in the past several years of staying at hotels around the country! The room was also Spacious, Quite, Warm, and very Comfortable. Staff was excellent, professional, friendlly and very responsive. Will stay hear again if the opportunity arises.

Starting with the good… Location, the staff, and the parking. Lumin (the bar) was particularly awesome. The bad…the room. It looks modern, but the wall paper was lifting at every seam, even coming off in some areas. The toilet seat was so loose, it made you feel like you would fall off, and the shower pressure was super light. I was quite surprised. It also had a stale smell… like maybe it was a smoking room at one point t in the past. We stayed in 319, so avoid that one if you are sensitive to scents.

The windows in the rooms don't open for fresh air. There is no fan in the bathroom to clear out shower moisture or other odors! Only a sliding door for toilet privacy which doesn't work!

There's a bar across the street on the Park St. side that was blaring music until 3am on Saturday evening. It was fine on Friday. If you stay here on a weekend, stay on the other side of the building. Parking is valet only and $39 per day. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Staff was great and rooms were clean and nice. Nice roof top bar.

I was told parking was right behind the building but approached as I put it in a spot that this was the valet lot. How much could it be I thought and didn't go to an overflow lot, wherever that was. It was $33/night. That is to say that parking is an issue here despite having a substantial surface lot adjacent to it. The rooms were nice and clean, but tiny and not great for a family with a glass barn door on the bathroom.

This hotel is very modern with up to date amenities. The staff is very welcoming and efficient.Our only complaint is that the glass door to the bathroom was very noisy to open and close without any bottom track, so as it moves, it makes a lot of noise!

Overall, my stay was very good – the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing. I’m not sure if there was construction going on, but I did hear some loud banging at times, which made it hard to fully relax. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Hotel was very clean and staff seemed to be helpful and polite for the most part. There was no AC in the executive suite and was informed there was an HVAC problem and they were trying to fix it. A box fan from maintenance was the fix and the room stayed close to 80 degrees the entire stay. I was later told that I wouldn’t be charged for the room but instead they charged my card a second time at the hotel for the amount of the room and then credited that amount back. The original payment I made through hotels.com I was still charged for so they didn’t actually do anything except make it appear as if I had been credited for the room. The physical hotel itself is not bad if your HVAC is working properly. The whole ordeal with charging me a second time and refunding that to make it initially appear as if I was receiving compensation for the stay with money I was already owed is petty, low and disrespectful. That’s not how any customer should be treated and frankly I’m shocked that this is a representation of the Marriott hotel managerial staff.

We drove up 6 hours after a full work day to attend my daughter’s orientation at OSU. We arrived a little before midnight and Zach checked us in. The room didn’t work out for us and he was so accommodating and got us another room right away. Then we had a question about the AC and he came up right away to help us. I was so appreciative of and impressed by his great customer service skills! The rest of the staff was also great. Would definitely stay here again!

The front desk and rooftop lounge staff were so, so helpful and warm. They also had little sachets of lavender in the lobby for guests on a rainy day, I put one in my luggage on the way home. Nice attention to detail. But really the standout element was the staff. Thank you!

We booked our stay for the Springsteen concert. Seven minute walk to Nationwide Arena. Quiet, comfortable, All valet parking which was standard for hotels in the area. Electric charging station at hotel. Great place for a short stay. Not far from highway but not high traffic. Uber/Lyft were plentiful. Highly recommended area. Restaurant and bars close by.

We had no issues with the hotel itself during our stay. Unfortunately when we woke up in the morning over 10 cars had been broken into including ours. Multiple items stolen from multiple vehicles. The hotel and valet staff didn’t do much to help. They put trash bags over the windows and told us to file a police report. That’s it. No help from the hotel or compensation for the damages/lost items. To top it off. This is not the first time this has happened here.

Great property new. Great staff. Only issue breakfast was a let done not much choice most food items were out. Price was way to high for what was available. At $20 per person this was just way to high for what was served.

We werr in town for our sons graduation from OSU and our stay ended on a disappointing note. The roof top restaurant bar was unexpectedly closed for maintenance on our 2nd night of our two night stay. This was very dispointing due to the fact that my wife and I planned to have dinner and drinks with our son here after hid graduation. This was the whole reason that i booked this specific hotel. We had to change our plans very last minute and most restaurants were already booked.

The breakfast buffet was never replenished, and no one around to assist. Additionally, the fancy coffee maker was there without instructions. Again I spent 10 minutes trying to make coffee, and no one around to assist. This is unacceptable food service for a hotel. When I did ask for a spoon, yogurt, etc., I was told "we're working on that" yet nothing was replenished.
