overall nice stay . extremely great price . full kitchenette which suited us , we dont eat out a lot. will definitely stay here on all our trips to louisiana for sure

No towels, remote, soap, dishes. I had to go buy my own towels. No coffee in rooms or in the lobby.

There were no wash linens. No soap / shampoo. No blow dryer, no iron / ironing boards. Tub was clogged.

It was clean and comfortable. Didn’t like the lack of coffee in room.

We where there for a F funeral in West Lake !! The Location was Awesome 💯 Everything Very Satisfying Just Need a Ice Machine?? Very Clean and friendly 👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They need more washer’s only 2 working

Booked a room with a king bed on Expedia then went to check in only to be told they only had queens available. Also it has a kitchen in the room but no pots or silverware. Could not login to WiFi, had to use the hotspot on my phone the whole time.

It's not a hotel, but an extended stay, so there is no front desk person available and if your arrive after midnight, you will lose your room. There is no breakfast like other hotels... it's just your room. It was a decent place, but difficult to check in if you arrive after normal business hours.

Dear Hotel.com, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several aspects of my husband's recent two-week stay at your hotel. While some aspects of the stay were satisfactory, significant issues arose concerning internet connectivity, housekeeping services, and laundry facilities. The limited Wi-Fi access, restricted to only two devices with unreliable connectivity, proved highly problematic. In today's world, reliable internet access is essential for both personal and professional needs, and the inadequacy of your service in this regard was a major inconvenience. Furthermore, the lack of housekeeping services throughout his stay was unacceptable. We understand that schedules can be busy, but the complete absence of room cleaning for the entire two-week period is simply not meeting the expected standards of a hotel. Finally, the malfunctioning laundry facilities caused considerable disruption. With only one of six washing machines operational, guests requiring laundry services, particularly those working long hours like my husband, were forced to seek external alternatives, adding unnecessary stress and expense to their stay. This is especially concerning given the expectation that a hotel of your caliber would provide functioning amenities. We believe these issues significantly detract from the overall guest experience and warrant your immediate attention. We trust you will investigate these matters and take appropriate steps to prevent similar problems.

I reserved a king size room and I was told upon arrival that there was issues with the website there are no King sizes available which I did pay for they gave me a queen which is fine but the blinds were messed up the floor was filthy while I was walking around barefoot in my feet turn black I will not be going back there

There were fleas in our bed in both rooms!

NO HOT WATER, barely warm.

First of all, I woke up with bites on my face, and there was no towels in the bathroom and the room is not clean

The room smelled extremely bad like sewer and the staff was not accommodating to switch rooms. I will not be staying here again.

the room was good the water didn’t get hot u til u let it run for ten minutes

I didn’t like that I didn’t receive any housekeeping during my stay.

First off, when we arrived the young lady behind the desk seemed upset. She didn’t great us or even smile once. The hotel smelled moldy. The room was nice. But the bathroom had hair in the sink and shower. The water in the shower would not get hot. We had to run it for ten minutes just to get warm water. We could hear people talking from both rooms next to us. Between that and a fib barking all night, it was hard to sleep. All in all, I would say to avoid this place at all cost. It’s cheap for a reason. The hair in the sink and shower did it for me. That shows the rooms are not being cleaned. The sheets were gray. We went to the store and got clean linens.

Dirty toilet, dirty carpet, nasty dirty shower head and shower. Smelled like smoke. The cable tv was a plus.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet considering being next to I-10. Location was good. Pleased with our stay

Our late check-in was not at all welcoming...never been to a place where blinds at the registration desk was lowered and after calling 2 of the nos. posted, it took almost 10 mins before a staff showed up. Check in was very slow but staff was helpful and friendly. Room was pleasantly modern with wood floors and simply clean with modern furnishings including a soft, leather couch! Our overnight stay was so comfortably quiet and we will surely want to come back here again to stay whenever we come to visit Lake Charles.

A really nice extended stay with nice people that not only work there but the guys from out of town working. The only downfall were the beds, the beds...they were very uncomfortable but I still rage the hotel 5 stars

May stay was good but the manager was no so caring and very rude

Very nice room, very clean and the bed is excellent. The check-in staff is really nice and friendly, and the manager is very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed to see maintenance people working every day in just about every area. I had an issue with my tv, and a new tv was brought to me room within one hour of my reporting. I asked for batteries for the remote control, and immediately the maintenance man came to my room with a new controller. The hotel is very well kept, inside and out, at all times.

We was there for a week. Never again !!!! My daughter went downstairs to get towels and Toilet paper the man at night told my kid that they don't give out toilet paper and towels after 10 o'clock at night.. Thats crazy, we had a long day to come back to the hotel for that..

I'm presently still here at the time I'm really enjoying my stay here very nice and quiet place to live while I'm here I have no regrets

The property is ok, the rooms are ok, the rooms smells like onions and steak which is horrible to me (room 221). The a/c works really good, we didn't have a blanket so I was struggling a little, the room is pretty basic. No breakfast. I think we paid too much for it, we travel a lot and this is not a place i want to come back. The night staff was super nice. The hotel could do better.
