The property is very well kept. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, the hot tub was perfect and close by- couldn’t swim in the pool too cold yet, but both were clean and well maintained. Loved all the streaming options on the TV. Comfortable beds and quiet sleep. Great stay!

We were in town for the Arizona IM. The location was super convenient and only about a 5-minute drive from the race site. The location to a mall with a Target was great for picking up food and doing a little shopping. The kids loved the pool and hot tub but the pool was a bit cold in November :). Kids still braved it! Condo was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed to have a nice vacation and great race experience.

This was an amazing say for us! The condo was close to all the Arizona Fall League stadiums as well as the conference for me. My partner enjoyed the pool on sight and the close walk to Coffee Shops and shopping at Tempe Marketplace. We both enjoyed how at home we felt while getting the full experience of being in the south west! Close to amazing restaurants as well! This is a must stay every time we are in town!

Overall a nice experience. Torey was very quick to respond to any and all questions as well as a couple of issues we had. Unfortunately the hot tub that is within walking distance to the unit was not working during our stay. Not the fault of the owner, but wanted to let everyone know for future bookings.

We had a great stay while visiting our grandchildren. The property was very close to the 101 and took us only minutes to reach or family. The place was clean, great new appliances and I liked using the new combo washer/dryer. Even though it was early April, we swam in the pool and hot tub which were clean and well maintained. These was also an assigned covered parking space. Torey was very responsive during the check in and check out processes and any other time we needed him. We would definitely book this place again.

Torey was one of the best and fastest facility managers we’ve ever had on VRBO. Super helpful when needed. Quiet area. Everything was as stated. We had an issue with the entry, but Torey had us in within minutes of contact. A couple windows were u locked, but closed so no issues. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. 115 degrees during the day but we hit the pool about 9am and enjoyed a couple hours each day. The pool was clean and not too hot. We’d be interested in staying at any property managed by Torey in the Phoenix metro when we come back to visit family again soon.

Excellent place for what we needed! Very Clean and Host was More than accommodating to my many inquires. Only complaint we had was washer and dryer were not in good working order, nor was the hot tub(jets werent working....but not owners fault as its a condo complex) non of which were deal breakers of staying again....we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We visit Arizona annually for a baseball tournament and this condo was perfect. Everything was spotless and well appointed not to mention little touches like plenty of condiments, coffee ant toiletries! It seems that many of these vacation rentals don’t do that anymore. The condo is very quiet, parking was reserved, covered and near the unit. I can’t imagine a better place for my family. And last but not least, Torey is an amazing host! Absolutely perfect!

I had an amazing trip. The surroundings were very clean and quiet. The hot tub area was spotless, and the yard was well-maintained, making it a perfect vacation spot. I even arrived early, communicated my arrival, and they allowed me to check in.

Location close to freeway access for ease of getting around. Pretty well appointed. Only negative would be it needs a few minor fixes in the kitchen. Faucet broken, drawers broken, some screwed shut instead of fixing. Just a day of Handyman work would make it excellent!

Such a great place, so conveniently located to so many places. Great pool, adorable comfortable condo. Had to extend my stay and the owner worked with me to extend and extend again. It could have been a very frustrating time and he took a huge load off our shoulders helping us out. He got back to me in such a timely manner every time I text him. Overall it was a perfect stay and we appreciated everything he did for us.

Property was as described on website. Could use some updated furniture (main bedroom dresser was small and bottom drawer opened with the middle drawer) and a few maintenance fixes. Like some kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, a little wonky. Inside cabinet where garbage can was could use some cleaning. The only thing I would be aware of is the additional insurance policy to purchase. After checking out I received an email stating that an insurance claim was filed in regard to the couch which was apparently ripped. When I asked about this, I was sent a photo of a rip on a cushion. The cushion was not the cushions that were on the couch in the unit. So, my advice would be to take photos of property before and after staying there. Also getting out of the property onto University Dr can be hard to make a left turn.

Great place to stay for a short time in town. Everything was as described. Good communication. The complex could be cleaned up a bit. But, I do not put that on the property manager of the unit I rented. Great location for what we wanted. Easy drives to Phoenix, Scottsdale and ASU campus.

Our stay at Cool Cactus Condo was great! The property is just as advertised. The condo was extremely clean and check-in was easy and efficient. The location was very near shopping, restaurants and the ASU campus. The condo community was quiet and the grounds were well kept. The weather was a bit cool so we didn’t use the pool area. We especially appreciated the smart lock (no carrying keys around), the well stocked coffee bar, and the incidentals of small bottles of lotion, Kleenex and shower essentials. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when we are in the area.

Beds were comfortable and we slept great. 115 degrees during the day but we hit the pool about 9am and enjoyed a couple hours each day. The pool was clean and not too hot. We’d be interested in staying at any property managed by Torey in the Phoenix metro when we come back to visit family again soon.
Torey was one of the best and fastest facility managers we’ve ever had on VRBO. Super helpful when needed. Quiet area. Everything was as stated. We had an issue with the entry, but Torey had us in within minutes of contact. A couple windows were u locked, but closed so no issues. Great place to stay for a short time in town. Everything was as described. Good communication. The complex could be cleaned up a bit. But, I do not put that on the property manager of the unit I rented. Great location for what we wanted. Easy drives to Phoenix, Scottsdale and ASU campus.

Enjoyed our stay, it was a good location. Did not get to enjoy the pool due to too many things to do! It looked great and is very near condo. Would definitely stay again. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Clean, nicely appointed condo. Great location. 1 mile from the 101, 5 minutes from ASU and Tempe Marketplace. Beds were comfy. Nitpicks (which did not effect our fondness for this place, just suggestions to make it even better):Kitchen ware a little sparse, a little beaten up. But the coffee available was a nice touch. Check in at 4 seems later than it ought to be but no biggie.Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

We were in town for the Arizona IM. The location was super convenient and only about a 5-minute drive from the race site. The location to a mall with a Target was great for picking up food and doing a little shopping. The kids loved the pool and hot tub but the pool was a bit cold in November :). Kids still braved it! Condo was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed to have a nice vacation and great race experience.

This was an amazing say for us! The condo was close to all the Arizona Fall League stadiums as well as the conference for me. My partner enjoyed the pool on sight and the close walk to Coffee Shops and shopping at Tempe Marketplace. We both enjoyed how at home we felt while getting the full experience of being in the south west! Close to amazing restaurants as well! This is a must stay every time we are in town!

We stayed at this property for several days. It was a very pleasant experience. The host replies with amazing speed! The home feels spacious and is conveniently located in a safe community. The host is very generous with amenities, and combined with everything else, it was quite a pleasant stay, indeed. Highly recommended.
