Nice hotel, pleasant stay with nice modern spaces and rooms all in working order. Spa is great and the pools are really really nice. The hottest one wasn’t working properly the morning we left which was a bit annoying - unsure if that was a one off or not.

Another perfect experience! Excellent service by all the staff. Especially appreciated the wine, fruit and chocolates for my birthday, it was a most pleasant and greatly appreciated surprise. The breakfast was delicious with such a varied selection of food and the coffee shop food was also delicious and always beautifully presented. Looking forward to our next stay!

The whole experience was positive from a warm reception and voucher for a drink at the bar . Our room was also upgraded to a spacious nicely designed room on the top floor . The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice . The thermal facilities were very good and kept spotlessly clean . Excellent public transport connections by bus in behind the hotel to the city’s metro network . Will return to this hotel in next visit to Budapest .

The staff was extremely rude, never in my life have I seen such rude staff, they speak to you as if it's their property and you are staying there for free. When we arrived there was no concierge to help with the luggage, and we arrived at 5:00 PM, not early or late. The rooms were okay, but the glass wall dividing the toilet and the room was ridiculous. Every time the other person had to use the bathroom at night, they turned on the lights and the whole room got lit up, which was uncomfortable since I was sleeping. One of the elevators wasn't working so the elevator was overcrowded all the time, we had to spend 10-15 min waiting to get down or go up. We booked 2 massages, one of which was supposed to be Dolce Vita and the other De Luxe. They confused it all and had both of us have De Luxe. When we went out and realized, we went back to tell them that they confused it, they just laughed and said "Well, bad for you. Come next time and pay again". Mind you, this was the worst massage ever, literally the person was just caressing me, not actually doing anything. 85€ just for them to caress you. Expensive, useless and rude! The amenities are fine, the food was good, the staff were the rudest I've met. Overall, a bad/average experience.
