Overall very impressed with the whole facility; well designed. Great pool, bar access. Great food hall. Great casino and interior ambience. Great room, no issues whatsoever. Zoox rides was an added bonus but they will need to quickly scale where they can go to on the strip. Looking forward to my next stay

I loved this Hilton property. The only area of disappointment was the pool area. Though there are several pools, not all were accessible to every guest. It depends on which Hilton brand you are staying at, which grants access. Additionally, the infinity pool staff was not very accommodating with service. We had to get out of pool to refresh our refreshments. Yet, this was to be a perk. Even after $100 was paid for the poolside cabana. The different pool areas on this property was not very clean. Cups, towels, beer cans, bandaids, ect, was left for several hours by the pool staff.

Property was so beautiful with family oriented to party hard if wanted to. The infinite pool as so pretty the night club and day beach was amazing. Food court was perfect and we even got to walk to the Wynn in 10 minutes and the fashion shopping mall. Tacos el Gordo is right across a dennys and Fat Tuesday outside the resort. Awana spa was amazing what else can you really need.

Nothing was unique here. The pools looked inviting and the mall area was interesting. But mostly way overpriced restaurants with low value foods. Hotel room was clean but had undeniable pet odor. Check in not at the usual Hilton level. Overall a decent stay but nothing more.

Room needs to be cleaned better. Hair was all over the carpet and bathroom floors. I would never walk barefoot here. Beds and everything else was nice and clean. I would never walk barefoot here. Great location. Amazing restaurants in the hotel from budget friendly to luxury. I tried all the restaurants. Stubborn Seed, NADC burgers, AQUA and Juniors were all amazing. I would stay here again for sure but ask for the room to be cleaned better.

Bathroom was dirty, with someone else’s hair all over bathroom shower and floor (I have pictures management). No soap in bathroom container, and no bar of soap either… towels were cheap and felt old and stiff. Check in was so slow…the line hardly moved for at least 15 minutes…it would’ve been a 30-45 minute wait (with only 15 or so people in front of me)…I walked to the Hilton’s honors line for a faster check in. The hotel and casino itself feels cheaply done…like superficially nice -with cheap materials, and lots of plastic decorations and budgeted architectural details…and the place is way overpriced. I will never stay here again. What a disappointment…this place should’ve been something very special…but instead it felt fake and cheap.

The first night I was bitten by bedbugs. I filed a complaint (I lost almost 2 hours of my vacation), but they didn't even give me a complimentary water; they just changed my room. They promised to follow up and give me a resolution. It's all a lie. I contacted them because they made me charges that weren't appropriate, and they told me my report was negative, that there were no bedbugs. I asked for the report and it was denied. It's probably all a lie, and they probably didn't even check or disinfect anything. It's disgusting. They charged me $152 without a y reason, which they said didn't exist at check-in. They supposedly refunded it to me (I haven't received it yet). They charged me for tips that were supposedly included in the $100 drink credit they gave me (confirmed with two people from the hotel - the bartender and the receptionist), and on top of that, they charged me for an extra drink. They only supposedly refunded me the $9 for the drink. Hilton.com had no record of my reservation; apparently, Expedia submitted another name to collect rewards for someone else. Expedia also took absolutely no responsibility. I'm still waiting for a measly $30 credit, but they say I don't have an active account to credit them, when I already have credit in that account. It's all shameful. Book on another platform. Everyone is being dishonest.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Resorts World. The first was almost 3 years ago and it was amazing. This time, the room felt a little run down, small annoying things like a broken toilet paper holder and shower head. The windows were dingy and the room felt mildly worn down, which is disappointing for a hotel so new. A lot of the restaurants were closed in the food court, which limited food options. I will say though that the clay pot rice is one of the best things I’ve eaten. Overall, it was a good stay, just not as nice as it used to be.

Please have coffee maker in your rooms. The last thing that I would want to do in the morning is go down and get coffee before I had my coffee. It’s too much for coffee drinkers such as my self to deal with.

Beds were super hard, pillows are very very thin. Resort fees are 55.00 + tax. Everyday. Not a lot around the hotel had to taxi to other places- we stayed there for convention center so it was nice for that but wouldn’t stay there again. Digital key was nice but only work half the time so switched to key card on day 2. Food selection was just okay, very expensive.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your property. We arrived to check in at 11:45 PM, well past the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM. After waiting in line for approximately 30 minutes, our check-in process took even longer than the guests ahead of us. The delay was due to the fact that the king-size room we had reserved was not ready. We were informed that the room type we booked was no longer available, and we were instead given a room with two beds. No explanation or compensation was offered for this inconvenience. Exhausted from traveling, we reluctantly accepted the change. Upon entering the room, we found that the mini-fridge was entirely stocked with paid beverages, leaving no usable space. Both times I have stayed here the check in line is outrageous and takes forever. It's also difficult to get assistance with anything because the staff have a huge line of people to deal with. THEN, the priority line completely stops the non-priority line so you're stuck waiting for a very long time.

Checking in was ridiculous, they didn't have "my" room available when I checked in, but for $20.00 more a night, they had another room available. He was rude through the entire process. Also, if i wanted a coffee pot in my room, i had to book a completely different upgrade of $120.00 extra a night. Im done with Hitons

Service was terrible. Jasmin was the person I spoke with about a flood in my room and when I told her the manager said they were going to move me to another room, she got hostile and hung up on me. When I tried calling back it kept going to a busy signal. I finally got a hold of someone else who I had to call through my regular phone. On the first night there, there was a leak and it was coming from up under the barrier that separates the shower from the bathroom floor. It leaked so bad I stepped out of the shower into 3 inches of water on the floor. They moved me the next day, but it literally was so far from my other friends who I came with and wanted to be able to enjoy each others company without having to be so far away. Anyhow the manager said he’d waive the resort fee. How is that even right when I paid for a room that should have everything working. I was inconvenienced in so many ways. I hope whoever see this makes improvements to the hotel and definitely the staff.

Great stay overall but a few key, important problems. One important problem is check in. I got a text to digitally check in, but digital key didnt work in elevator upon arrival. After multiple attempts, including getting stuck in an elevator going up with another guest, we ended up at the front desk anyway. Agent said this is a re-occuring problem. Once we got our physical keys, everything was good. Second, the digital checkout said it would send bill to my email. Never came and I had to call to get this emailed. Upon receiving the bill, I discovered the last issue. I had a $100 beverage credit and to use I just needed to charge to the room (I called service to ask and confirm this). This didn't show up on the bill, and I'm going to now have to contact them to try and get this credit back. While there, we ate at Kusa Nori and Carversteak. We also went to Alle 65 and hung out at the pool. All of these were excellent (although admittedly quite pricey).

While the room was adequate and the bed was comfortable, the front desk staff was terribly rude and unwelcoming and the bellhops/security out front would not even let us use their bellhop carts and never offered to assist. Initially they could not find this reservation at all and so we were made to contact hotels.com and then this hotel never answered their phone when hotels.com/expedia called them. Very unprofessional and then we ended up on using this first day and never was refunded this either

All great. The clubs seem to usually have popular artists participating. A Walgreens right across the street along with a dennys and two good taco spots. Do note this is at the end of the strip. If you want to see the other hotels you have to walk a good amount or call a taxi.

It is located in the north end of the strip. It is quieter and away from the center and yet so close. I hope they would get rid of the Resort Fee and Parking Fee for hotel guests permanently.

Great stay at Resort Worlds. I was attending a trade show down the street so the hotel is walkable. Clean / quiet with plenty of amenities. I liked that there was no resort fees or parking costs which was a big money saver. Happy to come back as I come every six months to the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Everything was great, my only complaint is that the food options in this hotel are not that good. Also be careful with the hotel credit you get per day, apparently you cant use it in some places. In my opinion it's kinda shady because they never told me I cant use it in certain places but it is what it is.

We had a great stay at the resorts world Hilton. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom was great size and huge shower. There are lots of restaurants and bar options. And the pool was a lot of fun to hang out by on a hot day.

It was a great stay for the amenities provided. A few issues with room service but the staff was very helpful in every way to accommodate a resolution. Very delicious restaurants available on site as well as retail stores. I also loved how accessible it was to walk on the Strip. Very safe and clean property. Highly recommend and will surely be returning soon.

Great stay at Resorts World! Loved the food options — the food court and Stubborn Seed were fantastic. Room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Main pool was just okay, but we didn’t try the member/reservation pools. Location on the north Strip was fine, but not much walkable to the north. Would definitely stay here again!

The shopping options were very limited. I only came across one clothing store and one sneaker store. The sneaker shop primarily focused on custom creations, which is a unique and interesting concept, but the selection of sneakers available for direct purchase was quite minimal. Overall, the variety of retail stores was lacking, and I expected a broader range of shopping opportunities. In addition, dining on the property was not the best value. Every morning we had to get dressed and leave the resort to find breakfast elsewhere, as it was more affordable and worth the price outside. The same applied to dinner; venturing off the resort provided better options in both quality and cost.

The property is clean and in good condition. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The juniors restaurant was very disappointing, the food was terrible, burnt and greasy, it looked like the breakfast potatoes had been recooked. I would give the restaurant zero stars. I would return to the property but would not eat at the restaurant again.
