Wonderful lake house and spaces with attention to detail and personal touches that are missing in other VRBOs. Super cute place with wonderful deck views and comfortable beds. Hosts sent out effective communication about utilizing the property and surrounding areas. We loved how close it was to the marina and lake swimming areas and to Eureka Springs. The Keurig didn’t work, but there was an older style coffee pot we found stored away that worked great. We picked up some filters and used coffee grounds at the house without issue. The use of a keypad for entry is a nice touch. Thank you!

Our stay was excellent. We spent a lot of time on the larger of the two balconies, enjoying the trees and birds. Neighbors were very quiet. The home was clean and well taken care of. We appreciated the nice welcome goodies. Thank you. Derek was super responsive to us before and during the visit. Thanks for that too! I would definitely stay there again. Also liked that you can park just steps from the front door, and the clean up required at check-out was very minimal, allowing us to get back on the road quickly.
