This is an amazing property situated on the beautiful bayou. We loved everything about our stay and I was lucky enough to see a manatee from the dock. Excellent communication. I’d love to return and thoroughly recommend this property.

This place was ideal. We loved that the backyard was fenced in with a nice looking fence….our 2dogs loved it! The landscape was excellent & the deck was perfect. Everything a person would need was there & in perfect condition. Usually a kitchen isn’t equipped as well as this one was. The only problems were the one & only bathroom had to be gotten to by the main bedroom…maybe not good if 4 people stayed there.: also, we didn’t like the Apple TV. There were no instructions for it & we couldn’t figure how to get to the local stations & most of the others you have to PAY for! Other than those 2 things everything was top-notch! LOVED IT!!!

It was a wonderful experience staying at this modern and well maintained home. The main living area is well laid out with a beautiful view of the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, the outdoor area, especially the deck with access to the bay was great for paddle boarding. The house had everything we could have needed. It was very close to the dock/greek area as well as downtown. The owner was very responsive and I would highly recommend staying here.

This was a perfect home for us to stay for a week while visiting family. Clean, quiet, comfortable, with a lovely back deck and dock on the water. Amenities were easily accessible and communication with the host was easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this place to stay while visiting friends in the area. Not only were the beds comfortable, but the property is beautiful! The water is lovely to wake up to each day, and we even saw dolphins during our stay. We loved spending our evenings out on the dock and back deck. I wish we could have stayed longer. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax. I'll definitely be booking again.

Maxwell House is a wonderful, comfortable place to stay in Tarpon Springs. The living room, dining area and kitchen are spacious with a lovely view of water. Sitting areas outside to enjoy on dock or back deck. Didn’t hear people in attached rental but did have a brief chat. The two rentals are completely separate. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Enjoyed the property on the water as we docked our boat there. Not enough parking for vehicle and trailer. We thought the additional studio rental would be a separate building but we could hear the other guests in their bathroom every day and the door to seperate the two rentals was inside the home directly. Although secured with a deadbolt I did not like having strangers that close. But for cleanliness, sleeping, and home with water access all was great. Would stay again if I rented both sections of the house.

We decided to explore TARPON SPRINGS for our 31st Anniversary after living in Florida on the East Coast for almost 20 years and NEVER having been there. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! The location was so convenient YET PRIVATE. We always want walkability when we're exploring new areas and this location WAS PERFECT. The hosts have thought of everything you might need during your stay so we definitely appreciated that! This property EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and we plan to come back sometime during the summer.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Tarpon Springs. The house was very quiet and comfortable for my husband and I. We especially enjoyed spending time outside on the dock looking at the water and seeing the fish jump. What a great central location to the sponge docks, restaurants, beaches, and downtown. Great communication with the host and plenty of amenities available. This is the best place to stay in Tarpon hands down!

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. The Natural sunlight and the color pallet for the decoration makes the interiors feel fresh and inviting. We appreciated the fresh cotton bed linens and the full size washer and dryer. The location is ideal for walking to the little town and the iconic sponge docks. The location is also ideal for bike ride lovers, using the trails and or riding to the beach which was only 15 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes by car. The exterior landscaping is very inviting for serene meditation. Doing yoga by the deck looking at the water was remarkable. This is a cute beautiful space to relax for a long weekend or a long winter season. We will love to stay here again soon.

We absolutely loved staying at this home… hoping to make it our Tarpon Springs home for each break, since we visit grandparents there. My 6yo son loved fishing off the dock (he caught a catfish on our first night)! We loved being able to walk into town, and the short drive to Howard Beach. The house was well stocked - we didn’t need anything! And it was easy to host family dinners with grandparents over.

This adorable bungalow was JUST WHAT WE NEEDED!!! We decided to explore TARPON SPRINGS for our 31st Anniversary after living in Florida on the East Coast for almost 20 years and NEVER having been there. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! The location was so convenient YET PRIVATE. We always want walkability when we're exploring new areas and this location WAS PERFECT. The hosts have thought of everything you might need during your stay so we definitely appreciated that! This property EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and we plan to come back sometime during the summer.

Such a cute little house. Very comfortable with everything you might need. Easy walk to the docks as well as a park. We were a little concerned about the shared driveway and the connected studio next door but it was not an issue at all - very quiet. We will definitely stay again!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Tarpon Springs. The house was very quiet and comfortable for my husband and I. We especially enjoyed spending time outside on the dock looking at the water and seeing the fish jump. What a great central location to the sponge docks, restaurants, beaches, and downtown. Great communication with the host and plenty of amenities available. This is the best place to stay in Tarpon hands down!

The location of the property was convenient, being in close proximity to the sponge docks and the town center. However, the area was notably congested. The house itself was pleasant but required some maintenance. The sheets had an unpleasant odor, and the floors were quite dirty. It was a wonderful experience staying at this modern and well maintained home. The main living area is well laid out with a beautiful view of the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, the outdoor area, especially the deck with access to the bay was great for paddle boarding. The house had everything we could have needed. It was very close to the dock/greek area as well as downtown. The owner was very responsive and I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Close to Downtown Tarpon Springs with an awesome park near to walk our dog. This was our first time using a Verbo home and will definitely use Verbo again.

I hate to say how wonderful this place is because everyone will want to stay at this gem of a place. It is beautiful on the bayou and with a dock to watch sea life. It is well appointed with most everything you need. The owners are thoughtful and quick to reply to anything you might need. We rate it A plus plus.
