Very nice home. Open floor plan with kitchen and dining room. Nicely decorated. One bathroom downstairs. Two upstairs. Get on your walking shoes to get up to your bedrooms. Nice size master suite with walk-in closet. Good size bedrooms. Washer and dryer upstairs. Nice little nook to get some reading done. Very comfortable and peaceful setting indoor and outdoor.

We came to town to see our niece at UMHB & had the best stay! The house had plenty of room, was well stocked & was VERY clean! Super easy communication with the owner. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house is well laid out and very clean, the kitchen has everything you could need, the beds are comfortable, and the extra long/deep tub in the master bathroom was a nice surprise for this very tall person. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and hope to visit again!

This house is located next to the beautiful lake in a safe neighborhood. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook and live comfortably during our stay. We were very appreciative of the access to the washer and dryer. The master bathtub is very spacious and a wonderful asset. Perfect house for our needs with easy access to many area attractions and shopping.

House was very clean and nicely furnished as pictured. We especially appreciated the location as we were visiting family that live in the same neighborhood and was walkable despite the Texas heat. Plenty of things to do and see within a reasonable distance. Would recommend and will look forward to our next stay.

We had made a few changes to our trip The host was very accommodating. The house was immaculate when we walked in. The pictures show exactly what the house is like. The beds were comfortable. Downstairs was all open we enjoyed playing games with our kiddos. We will stay again. Thank you again for opening you house to us.

Beautiful home for a quiet weekend stay! Home smells brand new, is wonderfully decorated and provided everything we needed for our time with our family. We were very pleased! The only drawback for some families might be that all the bedrooms are upstairs but that wasn't a problem for us!

We visited in late May on short notice and had to delay our arrival due to a sick kiddo but Ken and Renee did their best to make sure we felt welcome no matter the circumstances! The house was very clean and well furnished with good items in the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. It is a small neighborhood next to the lake and was quiet at night. There are grocery stores and other necessities within a 5 minute drive and we had zero complaints about the location. We had to leave all too soon! It is certainly on our list of properties to return to and we recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet location for some time away.

What a great place! Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and very homey and the beds are so cozy. I have family in the area so I will definitely be back if it’s available. Kenny and Renee were easy to work with and very responsive when I reach out to them.

Great place to stay! Cute house on a quiet street, near the lake. Property was clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. Plenty of kitchen amenities available to make a meal. Bonus-Got some exercise climbing the stairs. Good communication with hosts. Kenny and Renee are great!

If you want to be close enough to get what you need, but not in the city, this is the place. Bonus, it’s at the lake, you can shoot right down to Franks marina rent a boat.

Very nice and comfortable. Much bigger than what the pictures look like. Very pleased with the whole stay. Stayed there to attend a wedding in Salado. Very easy to travel from the 2 places.

Amazing stay in this cute lake house. Excellent location close to all things in the area. Nice back yard with a fun tree swing and patio chairs to hang out in. Layout was perfect with bedrooms upstairs and living area/great room downstairs. Lots of space with a warm, cozy feel to the entire home. Highly recommend this home for your stay.
