It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday with friends in Columbus! The house had enough space to entertain everyone (12 people) at the same time, there were enough cooking utensils to make breakfast and dinner, the backyard was spacious enough for games. The house was also nice and clean! Everyone had a bed, however I will say everyone that slept in a bed claimed that the beds were very firm. If you are used to sleeping on a bed with a hint of softness you may want to bring along a blanket or your own pillow to get a better nights sleep. That said, for the price we would rebook if we had to, it’s a nice distance from the bars and all the fun!

In town for a family celebration. Location was perfect and the house was comfortable for all. Beds are very comfy! The deck was nice in the evening to sit outside. Host was responsive to questions. We did not have any issues. It was a great weekend!

My family 4 adults, 3 kids all 3 and under stayed here and it was great. We went to the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi bay and it was a short distance away. The house was clean and nicely stocked. I loved the multiple bedroom options. If you have kids it's nice because the backyard is fenced in and they can run freely while you chill on the nice deck. Jordan was a great host and made check in very easy and was available for communication during our stay. I definitely would suggest making this your next stay if in the area.

Big home and yard. Comfortable beds. Dining chairs in corners of dining room were literally falling apart- and I was glad I saw that before I sat down. There were cold metal chairs at the dining table but served the purpose. I was unable to find a broom or anything else to clean. I like to clean up after ourselves, especially with children and it rained. The owner had some extras there to make our stay comfortable. I would stay again but definitely not at the standard rate. A lot of things need updates and repairs such as table on back deck. Disappointed there was no grill or fire pit like most homes offer. We didn’t have room to lug a grill along. The home served its purpose and we slept good with nice cold air and comfortable beds.

Only complaint is that the grill was listed in the amenities and was totally unusable and should be trashed! Also the deck was so rough we were afraid to even walk on it! The rest of the house was great and we really enjoyed our time!

We were in town for a long weekend for daily concerts and needed to be close to our venue. This house was the perfect location for our group! Jordan was very welcoming, attentive and available if we needed. The house is very spacious, the deck is perfect for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Only item missing was the grill that we learned they had just recently gotten rid of. Still a very good spot for your stay.

The house was just what we needed for our weekend stay in Columbus. It was very clean and had nice big bedrooms to sleep our large group including little ones with pack-in-plays. We enjoyed the deck outside. The location was very close to the highway, so it made travel to our destinations easy.The house was uncomfortably warm when we arrived, but the owner had left fans running upstairs, which we appreciated. Jordan was very responsive to my messages. My only suggestion to others guests is to bring your own pillows if you can.

House was not clean and needs to be professionally sprayed by a pest control company. Walked into to house only to find multiple bugs on the walls , floors , windows, you name it. Pictures on the website are not updated to how the house really is. Big crack in the wall in one of the bedrooms, multiple bedroom doors are chipped and falling apart, just very dated and unkept. We were booked for 3 nights, but left after one night. Had to move to a hotel for the remainder of our stay. It's unfortunate that this happened, but think twice about renting this property. I am currenly taking this up with VRBO .

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I rented this property for a special family weekend, and it was a disaster. When we arrived, the outdoor garbage cans were overflowing. The listing calls it a “Huge New 4BR/2.5 BA home,” but it’s far from new. The house smelled musty, likely from the outdated shag carpeting, making it feel dirty and uninviting. The worst issue was there was no hot water. On Saturday morning, we discovered this and contacted the host right away, but he said he’d come “in the afternoon.” Since we had to leave by noon, we explained this wasn’t acceptable. His dismissive response: “I don’t know what to tell you, I can’t teleport there.” We were forced to attend an important family event without showers, feeling unwashed and embarrassed. Later, he texted claiming the water was fine, which was untrue. It also didn't matter because we already left and the damage was done. We arrived back at the house around 1 am to find there was still no hot water. My son-in-law was ill and really needed a shower, which wasn't possible. We didn't bother reaching out to the host again because we were leaving in the morning. This rental was completely unacceptable! VRBO offered no support and even asked me to provide “proof” there was no hot water. I’ve rented numerous places over the years, and this was by far the worst. I will be avoiding rentals going forward because I value my time, money, and sanity.

The home was clean, nicely decorated and large enough to accommodate our needs. The host was easy to communicate with and the neighborhood was peaceful and centrally located. This is an older home but is very spacious and clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to I 71. The staircase was steep and could use a handrail(s) on the upper section for safety. The stairs were very creaky (noisy). Comfortable beds. More towels would have been nice as all the girls have long hair and like to have a separate towel for that. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and our family enjoyed being able to stay together. It was great to be able to have the dogs with us. Rental rate and fees reasonable.

Our stay over the weekend was fun and we had a nice time while we were staying here. The place was well cleaned and had all the essentials we needed. The only problem we had was how loud a lot of the floor boards were when trying to walk around at night. Other than that this place was great.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights to break up a long road trip from New York to Tennessee. The property was clean and well maintained. It was located close to the highway and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the private backyard space was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Some additional indoor chairs would be helpful.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party! Location was perfect - close to everything but far enough away from the noise. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Beds were comfy - I’d recommend getting new pillows or bringing your own. I would upgrade some items - back sliding door and the lock to the front door. But overall, the house was just what we needed! Definitely spacious.

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I rented this property for a special family weekend, and it was a disaster. When we arrived, the outdoor garbage cans were overflowing. The listing calls it a “Huge New 4BR/2.5 BA home,” but it’s far from new. The house smelled musty, likely from the outdated shag carpeting, making it feel dirty and uninviting. VRBO offered no support and even asked me to provide “proof” there was no hot water. I’ve rented numerous places over the years, and this was by far the worst. I will be avoiding rentals going forward because I value my time, money, and sanity.

Communication with owner was good. As we opened the door we were greeted with a very strong mold like odor, but assume the house may have had previous issues with this as there seems to have been some remodeling and work done by owner. We did find a grill with a soda bottle full of cigarette butts and a portion of feces on the grill. May have been left from previous guest as a stupid joke(who knows). I did mention to the owner and his response was the grill wasn’t listed as apart of the amenities however it was and still not the response I expected. Then when we were getting ready to go to our beds we did not have bedding for the sofa beds and was told we would have to wait until morning for them. Which meant we had to figure it out on our own as we had 3 members sleeping on them. I did express frustration with owner about this and he never responded back to me at that point. They also had to bring more towels as we only had enough for 12 people and arrived with 15 which was listed when I booked for the 2 nights. The location of the home seemed very centralized for the activities we came to Columbus to see and do. Great city and lots of things to do.

Property was very clean and well kept, we only had one issue and that was that the air conditioning didn’t work our first night. I contacted Jordan about the issue, and he was very friendly and and resolved the issue early the next day. Overall it was a great experience

The house was just what we needed for our weekend stay in Columbus. It was very clean and had nice big bedrooms to sleep our large group including little ones with pack-in-plays. We enjoyed the deck outside. The location was very close to the highway, so it made travel to our destinations easy.The house was uncomfortably warm when we arrived, but the owner had left fans running upstairs, which we appreciated. Jordan was very responsive to my messages. My only suggestion to others guests is to bring your own pillows if you can.

In town for a family celebration. Location was perfect and the house was comfortable for all. Beds are very comfy! The deck was nice in the evening to sit outside. Host was responsive to questions. We did not have any issues. It was a great weekend!

Our family stayed here for 2 nights to break up a long road trip from New York to Tennessee. The property was clean and well maintained. It was located close to the highway and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the private backyard space was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Some additional indoor chairs would be helpful.

My friends and I rented this house to be our base of operations for Origins Game Fair. It was perfect for our needs. We returned from the convention each night to make dinner and play games until bed. It’s not close enough to the convention center if you don’t have a car, but we had vehicles so it was ideal.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party! Location was perfect - close to everything but far enough away from the noise. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Beds were comfy - I’d recommend getting new pillows or bringing your own. I would upgrade some items - back sliding door and the lock to the front door. But overall, the house was just what we needed! Definitely spacious.

Needs:stairs were very steep. My mother is 88 and couldn’t get to the room or bath upstairs. Railings would be helpful on steps Poor selection of kitchen supplies- no bowls, no frying pan and pans that were there were beat up. deck had a very unsafe cut out space where the garage door entered. I’m surprised it passed codes. Beds were great, towel supply was good. For a house that slept so many, seems there would be more than a keurig-like a coffee pot. It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday with friends in Columbus! The house had enough space to entertain everyone (12 people) at the same time, there were enough cooking utensils to make breakfast and dinner, the backyard was spacious enough for games. The house was also nice and clean! Everyone had a bed, however I will say everyone that slept in a bed claimed that the beds were very firm. If you are used to sleeping on a bed with a hint of softness you may want to bring along a blanket or your own pillow to get a better nights sleep. That said, for the price we would rebook if we had to, it’s a nice distance from the bars and all the fun!

Our group consisted of 6 adults & 4 young kiddos. 2 day spring break vaca, we spent most of our time outside of the house, we went to Legoland & the Zoo. We made dinner the 1st night we stayed, the kitchen is fully stocked, the 2nd night we had dinner reservations. We never had a problem during our stay but when I had questions, before our stay, the host always responded immediately. The neighborhood looked nice & was very quiet during our stay. Very close to alot of stores which is nice in case you forget something or want to shop. My family 4 adults, 3 kids all 3 and under stayed here and it was great. We went to the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi bay and it was a short distance away. The house was clean and nicely stocked. I loved the multiple bedroom options. If you have kids it's nice because the backyard is fenced in and they can run freely while you chill on the nice deck. Jordan was a great host and made check in very easy and was available for communication during our stay. I definitely would suggest making this your next stay if in the area.

Jordan was very welcoming, attentive and available if we needed. The house is very spacious, the deck is perfect for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Only item missing was the grill that we learned they had just recently gotten rid of. Still a very good spot for your stay.

We had an amazing stay! There were 8 adults staying in the house and we each had our own bed! It was super chill neighborhood and the hosts were very chill! It was awesome being able to cook our meals and not have to worry about going anywhere after the concert. 10/10!
