The Avalon (D)- King Bed- Hot Tub- Near OSU

Pros- clean, cute, ideal for a couple. Check-out instructions were simple and straightforward. Host is great with communication. Didn't hear any human neighbors. Seemed like a nice area. Cons - We had trouble finding the house in the dark - outside light was not on which made it really hard to read the house numbers. Managed to find street parking but the "lot out back" did not have any spots specified for our unit and we didn't want to risk getting towed. Floors creaked with ever step which set the dog in the building into a barking frenzy.

Perfect little apt for a weekend stay! Loved the fenced yard so my dog could walk around freely. We didn’t get to use the hot tub but it was nice to have the option.

I had tried to cancel and ask for help. I did not stay in Columbus. My car broke down in Kentucky and did not make it to Ohio. I can not get anyone to respond canceling just said I was too late to cancel. And does not say where or how to get refund. I need someone to answer me how to get refund. I paid insurance

The pictures are accurate of this VRBO. Really nice owner with good communication and an easy key pad key to get in. However it is a very old building, so there are VERY few outlets to plug anything in, the water pressure is sometimes barely a trickle in the shower, and the wood floors are soft or broken throughout the apartment.
