Ample street parking is available surrounding the property. Parking is not limited to any number of vehicles, though one vehicle per party is preferred. Vehicles may park on the street in front of the main house or anywhere in the neighborhood where parking is available. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Pets are allowed with prior approval, and a cleaning fee of $50 per pet applies. Only one pet is preferred unless it is a small dog. Guests must clean up after their pets, and pets should not be left alone if they bark.

Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available upon request, but guests should contact the property in advance to arrange this.

The property is located in Northeast Portland, near local landmarks such as The Grotto and Burnside Bridge. It is also close to Tom McCall Waterfront Park and Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. The area offers easy access to public transport, with bus lines within a few blocks.

Children are permitted at the property. Guests are welcome to bring children aged 0-17, and there are no additional fees for children staying with their parents.
