Downtown Condo! Heated Pool! Walk to the Gulch! Free Parking!

Although we only stayed one night, this property made our stay so memorable. Quick trip to airport and easy access to highways. Plus property itself was cozy & beautiful. Everything you’d need. Pool was nice and clean. Host was very responsive and attentive. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall nice place to stay, pool was a plus.

The owner was truly accommodating and tried to help us as much as possible so let me start by saying the space was nice and big enough for our family of 6. The pool and gym were nice to have access to. However, their cleaning crew looks like they basically took out trash only and never really cleaned and the owner said they were addressing it and didn’t know. Sent pics and videos to them. Although the parking garage is a good security feature if you do not have a very small compact car it will not fit in the spot assigned and we had to park outside on the street. Very sketchy corner and dark. Also have to go back to garage gate to get in because only place code worked. With kids and coming and going this was not the spot for us for multiple reasons but main one was the party busses and hub for that scene was all over this place. The tour buses and the partygoers that rode them shared the driveway of this place so if you’re single or having a bachelor party this is the place to stay. Again good location but needed a deep clean and that is supposed to be addressed. They did refund our cleaning fee because of it as well.

Our host was exceptional place was very clean and cozy. Close to the strip yet far away to have peace and quiet. Parking wasn’t bad we had a 2020 Chevy Traverse and fit just fine. Neighborhood is very friendly and we met some really cool people by the pool. Plus also is there is a golf cart shuttle service right next door, we left the driving up to them we also Uber’d back from Broadway and was only 6.00 so not worth driving and paying parking. All and all we will be back again soon.

We were in Nashville for a hockey tournament, and this property was perfect for our stay! Close enough to Broadway to enjoy the fun, yet easy to get in and out of town when needed. The amenities were excellent, communication was clear and prompt, and check-in was a breeze. We especially appreciated the secure parking garage—such a convenience in the city. Would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Nashville!

You can walk to the Gulch, take a $7 Lyft ride to Broadway and several other nearby places. The condo was clean and spacious for the two of us. Pool was clean and never over crowded. The only small complaint is the bed in the master was a little uncomfortable for me, but not so much it disrupted sleep. Overall, we liked this property and enjoyed our stay.

Nice location, everything was in walking distance in downtown Nashville & everyone we met was very polite. My girls enjoyed the pool (especially on the 80 degree weather.) The apartment was very clean & the host was very accommodating when needed. I would recommend this place to stay in Nashville if you don't want to drive. Thank you for having us Nashville 😃! Headed back to NY.

Stayed in Nashville with 3 little kids. They enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to The Gulch. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Pretty quiet at night and the balcony is a great place to chill out. We would stay here again for sure.

Loved staying here. There were 5 of us here for several days. The location was fabulous. We really liked being right by the Gulch and a short drive away to Broadway. Communication was superb with Tee and he helped answer all questions quickly. There was plenty of room for all of us staying there. Would highly recommend!

This is a great option if you want to get out of the craziness of Broadway but still want to be nearby. The space is probably best for a couple. We did use the pullout in the den. Both beds were fine, although my friend did mention the springs in the den. We did have loud neighbors come back in early morning hours (if they are running up & down the hallway you can hear them from the den). The pool is in the middle of all apartments so when there are people swimming with loud music you hear it (fortunately they can only use the pool from dawn to dusk). Within walking distance to The Gulch (there is an overpass on 12th) which has lots of food options (Adele’s, The Dutch). We never got in Milk & Honey and Biscuit Love ( waits were always 1 hr+). Go to Station Inn for live music in The Gulch. $20 cash cover but so worth it. Uber ride was about 15 min from airport. Kitchen seemed fully stocked although we dined out the whole time. Also walking distance to Music Row (15 min). The closest grocery store was in The Gulch. There were towels, linens, soap and a washer/dryer if needed. Also a hair dryer. If you have time and want to get out of the city, head to Arrington Vineyards (about a 30-40 min drive). On a nice day it’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon. There is food there but you can also bring your own. And 1 flight pp and bottles of wine for purchase. There is live music on 2 stages. All in all a really great landing spot for all your Nash-Vegas adventures!

Fantastic location and very comfortable, so convenient to so many attractions and restaurants that Nashville has to offer. Wasn't there long enough to try out the pool but it was nice that it was there. I would stay there again :)

Our first time to Nashville and this place was amazing. Room was more then we expected. Cute, clean, close to the gulch and broadway, and had underground parking. Host was excellent to communicate with. Would recommended this place and will be staying again when we return.

This was a great place to stay and you can walk to everything. The Gulch is quiet compared to Broadway. Great places to eat, especially The Iberian Pig.
