Went to visit family and this was the perfect place close to them. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was near EVERYTHING. Groceries, shopping, restaurants. Plus the added bonus of having our own private pool. Plus fishing from the dock in the canal. The house was immaculate had everything we needed.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loving the outdoors, we spent most of our time rowing kayaks, riding bikes, enjoying the pool, sitting on the dock, or lounging on the lanai. Easy enough to enjoy since everything was so well-maintained. The beds were comfortable so sleep was sweet. The kitchen was well-equipped and the multiple dining areas so comfortable that we ate all our meals onsite. What few needs we had for shopping were easily met with a Walgreens at the community’s entrance. We highly recommend this property and would return in a heartbeat. Our thanks to Troy for keeping us well-informed prior to our stay and for being responsive to us during our stay.

We absolutely loved this house! As soon as you walk in the decor was lovely with beautiful waterfront views. House was clean, great location only 30 minutes away from beach. Our family enjoyed the kayaks, bikes & fishing gear! This house was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for our family. Cleaning supplies, paper towels and host had a goodie bag for us upon arrival which was a nice gesture. Host very great with communication. Check in process was easy and they have a guest book that was very helpful with things to know about house and things to do in the area. We would definitely come back to visit again. It was a wonderful vacation house for our family and really enjoyed our stay! We look forward to coming back.

This home was perfect for my family of four , it was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed from fishing gear to bike riding. The property owner Troy was quick to respond with any issues we had and very courteous. We had an emergency issue with the home and even with the holiday weekend there were repairs made in a timely manner with no disruption to our stay. Ms. Kanesha, the housekeeper, was there in no time making the house spotless again after the repairs. Great stay and will visit again.

We recently traveled to Florida for a week vacation for some relaxation and to visit friends in the area. We booked our last few days here at this home in Punta Gorda. I did some research and read reviews before finding the right home to wind down our last few days. I have to say this was the best stay we have had, everything Troy listed about this home was on point. The home was extremely clean and the owner provided everything we needed to complete our stay. The location was a plus because we were 5-10 minutes away from some great restaurants. We plan on staying here for our next adventures to Florida. Thank you Troy for being so accommodating.

Home was great! Troy is very responsive and it had everything we needed. Very clean and the the games are a huge plus! The only complaint I would have is the master bedroom did not get cool like the rest of the house. Overall a great stay and we will be going back:)

The house is stunning! Beautifully decorated and spacious with everything you could possibly need. A brand new washer and dryer was definitely helpful for us to bring all our clothes home clean as well! Publix and Walgreens was right down the street and the neighborhood was quiet. The heated pool was so relaxing, even in the summertime! When we wanted to enjoy some social activities and restaurants we headed out to Fisherman's Village which was only a 15 minute drive from the house. We would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future!

I have stayed at a few houses. Sometimes you get to the house the little details let you down. Not with this house. Everything was exactly like I expected. This place was beautiful. Everything in the house worked as expected. All of the amenities were there. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors were nice. Troy was very responsive and even gave us a heads up the house was ready early. Everything was great. My family had a great time and plan to book this house again next year. If you are on the fence about this one don't be. It will be exactly what you expect.

Gorgeous home in a beautiful, convenient location. A big plus was the ample supply of towels. The ONLY drawback was the requirement that all the towels be washed, dried, and put away BEFORE we left. That was incredibly inconvenient and difficult because we all had to leave the house very early. I think that requirement may encourage people to put used towels away! We DID NOT do that, though. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice.

the property and its surroundings and location are all awesome. i will stay their again and there is lots to do in the local area if you want to leave the house.

The house is stunning! Beautifully decorated and spacious with everything you could possibly need. A brand new washer and dryer was definitely helpful for us to bring all our clothes home clean as well! Publix and Walgreens was right down the street and the neighborhood was quiet. The heated pool was so relaxing, even in the summertime! When we wanted to enjoy some social activities and restaurants we headed out to Fisherman's Village which was only a 15 minute drive from the house. We would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future!

We recently traveled to Florida for a week vacation for some relaxation and to visit friends in the area. We booked our last few days here at this home in Punta Gorda. I did some research and read reviews before finding the right home to wind down our last few days. I have to say this was the best stay we have had, everything Troy listed about this home was on point. The home was extremely clean and the owner provided everything we needed to complete our stay. The location was a plus because we were 5-10 minutes away from some great restaurants. We plan on staying here for our next adventures to Florida. Thank you Troy for being so accommodating.

This home was exact as advertised and the pictures did not do it justice. Decor was wonderful, amenities were all wonderful. Very Easy to get to and close to airport. Walmart and Publix close as well. There were 5 of us, and we had plenty of space. We were able to fish off of dock, caught several fish, saw a manatee, even had birds visit while fishing. Pool heated up quickly and we were able to swim . Host was easy to communicate if needed. Beds were very comfortable . All in all this home is perfect for anyone wanting a nice, peaceful place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home in relaxing setting. Pictures are accurate, beautiful view from back porch, quiet neighborhood, and 12-15 minute drive to downtown Punta Gorda. No issues and would definitely return!

Beautiful home on the canal with a gorgeous view of the water. Pretty neighborhood with friendly people. Very clean and comfortable home. Location for exploring Punta Gorda was nice and convenient. Communication with host was readily available as needed. We enjoyed our stay!

It is a beautiful property. We were able to have a very relaxing time with the comforts of home. Working and communicating with Troy was very easy. I would definitely reccomend this rental.
