We loved staying at this beautiful property! It was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay! It was such a short walk to visit great restaurants, Broadway street, the Music hall of fame, and so much more! Free onsite parking was a major plus, as parking downtown can be very expensive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Nashville! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Very secure, welcoming and roomy. Gated parking along with ally spaces equally safe feeling. Gate control and parking sticker were not a hassle at all.We were spending the evening on Broadway and the location was spot on. Very easy walk. We had a short visit so the coffee pot was only kitchen appliance used. Table area was a very comfortable space to work from. Living room space spacious, comfortable beds, bathroom very tidy.

Can’t beat the location of this property. We walked to Bridgestone Arena and the bars on Broadway. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property is gated which was a nice added safety feature. Parking was easy. The owner gave us good directions and was easy to reach. We would stay here again without a doubt.

The condo was perfect for our needs for 2 nights. The walk to Broadway was easy, and the free gated parking was fantastic! The previous renter took the parking pass, but Casey helped us in a timely fashion to provide a solution.

We were in Nashville for a football game, and the location was perfect. Having onsite parking included was a huge bonus, and it was just a short walk to Broadway as well as Titan’s stadium. Check in and out was super simple, and any questions we had were answered quickly! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place a short walk to Broadway. Condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Furnishings and appliances were all pretty new and in great shape. Bed, pillows and bedding were all great. White noice machine was a nice touch to eliminate city sounds. Good neighborhood and it’s in a secure condo property with gated parking if desired. Check in\out were seamless. Great communication with the manager. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! Location was great. Even though we drove most places, we literally could've walked to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame and other places. It was just too hot to do so. Loved the access of parking in the gated area. Felt very safe! Casey was a fantastic host! We would stay here again!

Great location for Ascend Ampitheater and all of Broadway. Parking is a plus. Owner extremely responsive. The rental could benefit from extras of everything - towels, sheets, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, lotions, laundry detergent, kleenex - there isnt an easy concenience store around. Very bare bones.

The property is gated, and includes parking in the gated area. The unit was beautiful and clean! We had a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Broadway, always felt safe. Communication with the host was great. My daughter and I came back late one night and received a low battery message on the check in pad to our unit. We messaged the host and he was there the next day to replace the battery and asked if there was anything else we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

When we stay in Nashville we always try to find a place within walking distance of Broadway and this place was just right. Very clean, comfortable, and a short walk to downtown making for a perfect weekend. Casey our host was very responsive and communication throughout our stay was the best. Perfect for our short stay in Nashville. The place was comfortable, clean and just a short walk away from Broadway. Great communication from the host. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking available. Kitchen was well-stocked. Living area and bedroom were comfortable. Could use a little more counter space in the bathroom but fine otherwise. Road noise from 2nd Ave/Ronald Reagan was noticeable but not terrible. White noise machines were nice to have.

Cleanest place we have stayed, great communication from owners! Very close walking distance to Broadway, many restaurants and bars. We also walked to the Gulch twice from location (thought the third time we did Uber). The bedroom in on a busy street with a busy fire department across the street and with a first floor apartment/condo you do hear alot of noise from upstairs neighbors. There is a white noise sound machine that does help with the road noise and as you are in the city..we did expect noise. I brought ear plugs so it was a non issue. Great location and the owners have exceptional communication!!

This place was exactly as depicted! We stayed for 4 nights - its clean, spacious and very comfortable. Nice to have a little patio space. Bed was comfy, wifi was good, shower was nice. Its a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway and all the fun stuff but be aware that its downhill to get downtown but uphill to return to the condo. Those with mobility issues might find this challenging. Host communication was lightning fast! We would stay again. Overall, fantastic stay!

The rental is bright, airy, and very comfortable. It was clean and the shower/water pressure was excellent!Appreciated the owners super quick and helpful communications & they resolved our one issue immediately. We stayed here for our weekend trip and the location was perfect! We were walking distance to Broadway and all of the areas with restaurants and shops! The decor was super nice and the bed was comfortable! The only thing to be aware of, the condo is right next to a super noisy road with a fire hall. The host did a great job with providing a sound machine to drown the noise, but definitely something to know about!!

Super comfortable place in a great neighborhood which was convenient to all the great places to see in Nashville. The unit was relatively large for the two of us so we had room to spread out. Although we only used the kitchen for breakfast, it was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable as well. The host was great at communicating to us with information about the unit and the complex. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication was easy and timely. We grabbed groceries and were able to subsidize our eating out costs by eating in too. Close walk to everything in downtown Nashville. Parking was easy and we felt secure in the area. Also a good home base for road trips. We did a few of those too.

Can’t beat the location of this property. We walked to Bridgestone Arena and the bars on Broadway. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property is gated which was a nice added safety feature. Parking was easy. The owner gave us good directions and was easy to reach. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Only 15 minutes from the airport and close to some cool places. The Goat is good food, 3rd and Lindsley and Southern collective spirits are right around the corner. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Great place to stay.

The property is gated, and includes parking in the gated area. The unit was beautiful and clean! We had a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Broadway, always felt safe. Communication with the host was great. My daughter and I came back late one night and received a low battery message on the check in pad to our unit. We messaged the host and he was there the next day to replace the battery and asked if there was anything else we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Thank you Casey. We usually stay in 12 South but SoBro offered great location for our specific trip needs. Thank you for all of the very informative and clear communication from start to finish. Rental was as advertised and we felt safe walking about. I really loved having the extra gated parking feature for my convertible, which was parked our entire trip. The furniture was nice and really enjoyed the living room art. The bedding was super comfortable. In fact, it was challenging to get out of bed after our late nites out. As we were in for quick weekend and spent time out with local friends, did not use any of the kitchen appliances. We did, however, enjoy eating and drinks at super close eateries Husk and The Goat. We would absolutely stay here again so thank you!!!

We loved staying at this beautiful property! It was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay! It was such a short walk to visit great restaurants, Broadway street, the Music hall of fame, and so much more! Free onsite parking was a major plus, as parking downtown can be very expensive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Nashville! Thanks for the great hospitality!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. Very clean and comfy spot that’s close to downtown. I was here for a conference and it was a simple walk to the music city center. The husk restaurant right next to it is a fantastic spot! 10/10 for the price would stay again.

My partner and I stayed for a few days over spring break. We wanted a place that was a short walk to Broadway, and this was the perfect spot. The condo was clean and had all needed amenities. Communication with the host was thorough and prompt. Also discovered that Husk restaurant is literally in the backyard, and had an amazing dinner there…highly recommend for a date night. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place a short walk to Broadway. Condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Furnishings and appliances were all pretty new and in great shape. Bed, pillows and bedding were all great. White noice machine was a nice touch to eliminate city sounds. Good neighborhood and it’s in a secure condo property with gated parking if desired. Check in\out were seamless. Great communication with the manager. We would definitely stay again!

Communication was easy and timely. We grabbed groceries and were able to subsidize our eating out costs by eating in too. Close walk to everything in downtown Nashville. Parking was easy and we felt secure in the area. Also a good home base for road trips. We did a few of those too.

Our stay was great. The condo is so close to Broadway and very comfortable. Casey was a very responsive host! The bed is comfortable and the condo is very spacious.. I am very noise sensitive, so the condo above us was very noisy with heavy footsteps, and the bedroom faces a very busy road.
