Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Denver Airport at Gateway Park

The hotel itself is very nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a little cold. No complaints about the hotel. It is however about half a block from a homeless shelter and the area was a little iffy. If it was in a different location I would stay here again.

I was actually only there for a few hours, checked in late, slept and was out for an early flight. Good price, easy 15 minute shuttle to the airport. Everything I saw was clean and appeared well kept, the gym looked good for a hotel gym. Clean room, comfortable bed.

The hotel staff was unable to fix an issue with self parking, saying a third party was responsible and repeatedly gave me incorrect information to connect with the parking people, PMC, parkingmgt.com, who dont have any way to contact their customer service. I stayed at yhe hitel overnight for 5 hours total. Parking wasnt discussed at checkin and when i got a ticket on the dashboard, it asked me to pay 2 days worth of parking. Then the front desk couldnt help with the issue at all, giving me wrong contact information. Not the standard of customer service i expect from a Marriot owned property. The people were nice enough, but completely unhelpful if they cant understand the system.
