LOVED the area! You could tram it or walk it (10 min) to the beach. There are shops, bike rentals, restaurants, music, pools all right there. We took one trip to the grocery store and never moved the vehicle again. Wouldn't even of had to hit the grocery store if we would of found the market first. We had zero issues but the few questions I did have the property managed always replied within 5-10 minutes. In the pics it just shows the fridge, coffee pot and microwave. In the closet it also has a blender, toaster oven, utensils, iron/board, and a double hot plate. Had a blast!

It was a good stay, everything was within walking distance which was perfect considering our car broke down. Check in was easy and the place was super cute. Only complaint was that there were stains and hairs on bed/pillows but with the washers and dryers around corner we just threw them in there super quick. Overall a great stay !

This unit is not a studio apartment. It is equipped like a sizeable hotel room with a microwave and fridge. There is no kitchen nor even a kitchenette to allow for food prep. There is no seating except for a small loveseat that barely accommodates two average sized adults at the same time. It is next to a busy street with road noise during the day. Overall, the room is nicely furnished for a single or two small-average sized adults with a queen bed. The area surrounding the property is lovely. The beaches are nearby, so no shuttle is required to access them but one is available. Although this property is clean, in a nice overall location with upscale decor, it is not a 10/10 as the ratings suggest compared to surrounding properties.

Easy to find, great instructions, simple check in. In walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the immediate area (Lola Italian was especially great) and less than a 10 min walk to Barrett Square and all the bigger shops and fancy restaurants. Unit felt safe, secure and was clean. No deadbolt on the door which felt odd but there is a slider chain lock. AC unit was cold but dripped condensation on the bed and there are stains from where this has clearly been ongoing for a long time. Hot water was great. Great make up mirror with nice lighting in bathroom. However no shampoo or soap as listed but we brought our own anyway as I’m always afraid of that. Sundries mart a five min walk if you forgot something, like deodorant, toothpaste, etc. Loved how you can walk everywhere and we would absolutely stay here again. We’d just bring soap and shampoo next time.

The perfect anniversary stay! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach, and there were fun shops/entertainment right under the condos! The environment was all very safe and clean. Our condo was immaculate with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very easy to contact, always responded quickly, and helped with any accommodations. They provided several helpful recommendations for food, which we took advantage of and are so glad we did! We will definitely recommend this stay on 30a!

Loved my stay in Rosemary for my son's wedding. This studio was perfectly located and super clean and comfortable! I must mention that the bed was very comfortable as sometimes you dont know what your gonna get !

The space was functional and nice. The bathroom would benefit from a fan as the moisture has rusted items and is swelling. This doesn’t impact the stay but just is inconsistent with the rest of the room being recently renovated. The air works great and so does the fan!
