Our family really enjoyed our stay! The home is super clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kids loved the foosball table and being able to have their own room with a TV. We would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

This place is super for a group. We had 5 women and plenty of beds. With Autumn weather we got to enjoy both the fireplace on the lower level and the large patio. The property is in a great neighborhood and close to dining and shopping.

The house fit our family perfectly and we\'d use it again. The location was perfect. However, we had to steer the kids away from the rusting metal shed in yard, and the kids complained about the "sticky" weeds in the backyard, so didn\'t use it at all. The deck & patio was good.

We stayed for a family girls weekend and had plenty of room for all 9 of us! The house was very clean and in a perfect location to do many things in Sioux Falls. The back yard and deck were great for sitting outside and enjoying f the evening.

Our group of five women had not been together since we graduated high school 38 years ago. The house was a wonderful place to have an adult "sleepover" (with a couple of husbands as well), and we enjoyed the accommodations very much. We mostly sat at the table or in the living room, and it was so comfortable. The guys enjoyed the back deck when they needed a reprieve from the women. The beds were awesome! Very, very comfortable. Three bathrooms were great. There were TVs in every room, and apparently they had DirectTV, but we never even turned it on, so I cannot comment on that. The decor was super as well. Highly recommend!

The property is in a residential area on the west side of sioux falls. The home is just as pictured and described in listing. It is immaculate and very well thought out! We had everything we needed! The instruction sheet was helpful but checkout instructions could be more detailed (trash? bedding?) but that's trivial, we did what we thought best. Would stay again, hopefully with no snow so we could enjoy the deck!!!

We had 6 women in our group and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Super cozy and extremely clean! (I am very picky when it comes to that!) The kitchen had nice pans and was very well equipped. A nice change from other rentals! The home is even better than described and pictured. Lots of extra amenities and thoughtful touches around the home! You can tell it has been well cared for, and seems clear other guests who have stayed respect that too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying again!

The house was perfectly set up for a large group. The open floor plan on the main level was cozy and perfect for the large group we had for the weekend. Everything was clean and well stocked. The check in process and access to the house went smoothly.

The house is very well equipped, conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants etc. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We had 9 people staying in the house, we were all comfortable. The house has 3 levels with bedrooms. Keep that in mind if you have trouble climbing stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very nice accommodations with lots of sleeping options! The only thing I would note is: if you have "babies/toddlers" there is lots of stairs and also for "elderly" there is lots of stairs. The host was very prompt with replying to our questions and even stopped over the first night to deliver sheets for the pack n\' play. Exceptional! The road outside COULD be noisy at night for the upstairs bedrooms, but downstairs was not bothered. If ever in the area again; we would not hesitate to use this host and house again! Thanks for the great "stay"!

We were in town for a wedding and had three adult couples in the home. Bedrooms were nice and it was super to have a bathroom for each bedroom. House was comfortable and suited our needs for location and convenience to the places we needed to be. Communication with the owner was quick and he was friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the outdoor space at all. Only negative was the home was extremely warm the night of our arrival and it took the air conditioning some time to catch up. Air also got turned off the morning we were leaving which made the house warm quickly. The bedrooms upstairs were the warmest.

It was so nice to stay in a home instead of a hotel. We are a family of 12 so having a space that we could all gather and enjoy our time together was amazing. There was a small issue when we checked in but it was quickly corrected. We did purchase additional toilet paper and garbage bags. The one extra roll in each bathroom was not quite enough for our group and we needed more than 1 extra garbage bag. We would recommend adding body wash or a bar of soap to each shower. Overall it was a great stay and we totally appreciated the hospitality and quick responses of the property manager. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a family girls weekend and had plenty of room for all 9 of us! The house was very clean and in a perfect location to do many things in Sioux Falls. The back yard and deck were great for sitting outside and enjoying f the evening.

In town for our son's wedding. Less than 10 minutes from the venue. (Atrium on Blue). So much better than staying in cramped hotel for 3 days. Room to spread out and relax. House is very cute and clean. Owner was quick to respond to questions. The coffee and snacks provided were greatly appreciated. Thanks Chad!

The property is in a residential area on the west side of sioux falls. The home is just as pictured and described in listing. It is immaculate and very well thought out! We had everything we needed! The instruction sheet was helpful but checkout instructions could be more detailed (trash? bedding?) but that's trivial, we did what we thought best. Would stay again, hopefully with no snow so we could enjoy the deck!!!

This warm inviting oasis welcomed a party of 4 moms wanting a weekend getaway to enjoy each other's company, do some holiday baking, and holiday crafting. The home was AMAZING. There was so much room and in no way were we ever needing space. This would also be a great space for a family as there are several levels to send kids to entertain them selves as the adults enjoy their own space. The beds were amazing, plenty of bathrooms to keep us all on time. beautifully decorated, easy wi-fi access and tv use. On top of all that, very conveniently located to nearby shopping. Very easy to find as it is right on a corner. Now some may be worried about street traffic. We were there in November so no windows were open and not a single traffic sound could be heard inside. The back patio was large and very inviting but the weather kept us inside. When we plan our next girls weekend in SF, we will definitely be back!

This property was wonderful! Great location! Clean! Had all amenities that you could ask for. Only disappointment was it was snowy and we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful deck and backyard. We were in town for the Summit League Tournament and already said we want to go back to this property next year. It was the start of March Madness so TVs all around were a must. We laughed, played games, cooked, and made great memories!!

We had 6 women in our group and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Super cozy and extremely clean! (I am very picky when it comes to that!) The kitchen had nice pans and was very well equipped. A nice change from other rentals! The home is even better than described and pictured. Lots of extra amenities and thoughtful touches around the home! You can tell it has been well cared for, and seems clear other guests who have stayed respect that too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying again!

This home was comfortable and had most everything we needed while there. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the needed pots, pans & dishes for meals. We had four couples and there were bedrooms for all of us. Two of us had the children’s room which was very cute but the beds were not real comfortable for adults. I believe it would not be an issue for children. Visiting was easy in either of the living/family rooms and out on the deck. The description and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed staying here and would love to do so again!

Great location, close to everything. The number of bedrooms was key for me and my family, along with grandkids. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and it was equipped with all our kitchen needs (plates, dishes, wine glasses, etc ).

In town for a college graduation. It was so nice to have enough room for 4 generations, from 30-90. Everyone had their own bedroom space.Very nice decorative touches. Close to lots of restaurants and stores.We locked ourselves out and promptly responded.

Property centrally located which was wonderful for our needs. Overall cleanliness good (few things like old dental picks and an artificial fingernail found on carpet in bedrooms). Minor inconveniences such as limited number of garbage bags provided. Clearer instructions could have been provided regarding keypad lock (needing to wait 5 seconds before attempting to open door) and I also had to request check in instructions day before check in (were not sent to me automatically). Overall good value for a property with four bedrooms and three bath which was perfect for our family staying for a wedding.
