Our large family was super comfortable in this beautiful home. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all. We loved morning coffee on the patio in the manicured back yard. Very nice neighborhood as well!

Our stay was great. Location was perfect in quiet neighborhood. The house has TONS of room, we were all so amazed by how well organized it was and how each bedroom/bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8. Owner has thought of everything! We would stay here again for sure, perfect for our families home base while in Santa Barbara for our daughters graduation. Backyard was great also for just relaxing in the AM drinking coffee and eating I thing oranges/tangerines from a tree. 5 stars, great house!

We Can not say enough about Yaroslav’s property. We were a group of family members gathering together for an unfortunate circumstance but this house was just what we needed , a place we could be together to laugh, cry and rest. The home is even better then described. The lay out is perfect for multi families, each bedroom is like having your own suite. Each room is tastefully decorated , has its own temperature control and the bathrooms are all like new. The beds are incredibly comfortable , so much so we ask what the brand was. There is an ample supply of towels, sheets & extra blankets. The Family and dinning room were super comfortable. Having the large dinning table was convenient for eating and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of parking, conveniently located near shops, restaurants and a quick drive to all that Goleta & Santa Barbara have to offer. Yaroslav was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond . The keyless entry is always convenient. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.

The house was great, very spacious for us to prep the decorations for the wedding, and plenty of room for all of us to get ready. It took me a little while to understand the smart doorlock, but once I figured it out it worked perfectly. The bedrooms have individual bathrooms (incredibly useful for all of us getting ready at the same time), and individual thermostats. I cannot stress enough how much I love the little backyard, I just wish I had more time to spend in it. Lots of parking and the host was very responsive. Rent this place.

This property was perfect for our family reunion! Very clean, well furnished and organized, plenty of room for gathering together, both indoors and outside. Our family of eight adults loved our stay in this clean, comfortable home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, parks and the beach. With 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beautifully landscaped yard provided several seating areas, a BBQ, and a deck box filled with beach amenities. The home was very well stocked, family friendly and the check in/check out procedure was easy. We had no problem communicating with the owner who was kind and responsive. Had a group of friends in town for a wedding. The property was perfect for our stay, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. There was a nice backyard space that was quiet. The pull out couch was not like any other I had seen before, much better than your typical pull out bed. Home owner was very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend staying here!

The house was a great location for a family gathering to celebrate our son's graduation from UCSB. It is an easy drive to both the campus and to downtown Santa Barbara, and is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful trip and a great stay! The house was well stocked, wonderfully clean and the owners could not have been more accommodating! We had a group of all age ranges and the house suited all of us. We especially appreciated the number of bathrooms for a group our size! Would definitely return for another trip!

What a perfect home for members of my far flung family to use as we gathered for my daughter’s wedding in Santa Barbara! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We used the large dining room for family meals and wedding celebration preparations! The location was central to airport and highways while nestled in an adorable neighborhood. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and we all had a fantastic experience!

This house could not have been more perfect. We were 12 people. Every couple and each set of kids had their own room with en suite bathroom, giving us all a place to be on our own if needed. Plenty of common space. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautifully landscaped and furnished yard. Everything new and clean. Pantry could have been better stocked, and a few more glasses would have been nice. We would stay here again. Excellent!

Out of town family gathered to celebrate a 50 year anniversary. Access to the beach, serene back yard, big table all made the visit great. The host was wonderful and accommodated our requests over and over. His cleaning team found a valuable jewelry bag and turned it in. Thankful for honest people!

Yaroslav the host, was responsive and easy to work with. Having 6 bdrms, 6 bathrooms and w/d was a real plus for us. Good location too. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful trip and a great stay! The house was well stocked, wonderfully clean and the owners could not have been more accommodating! We had a group of all age ranges and the house suited all of us. We especially appreciated the number of bathrooms for a group our size! Would definitely return for another trip!

Our group had a fantastic stay at the house. It's an ideal setup for a big group of friends - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great indoor and outdoor space, and a short drive from restaurants and stores. The place is spotless, organized, and well stocked, and our host was super responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!

Had a group of friends in town for a wedding. The property was perfect for our stay, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. There was a nice backyard space that was quiet. The pull out couch was not like any other I had seen before, much better than your typical pull out bed. Home owner was very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was great. Location was perfect in quiet neighborhood. The house has TONS of room, we were all so amazed by how well organized it was and how each bedroom/bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8. Owner has thought of everything! We would stay here again for sure, perfect for our families home base while in Santa Barbara for our daughters graduation. Backyard was great also for just relaxing in the AM drinking coffee and eating I thing oranges/tangerines from a tree. 5 stars, great house!

The house was a great location for a family gathering to celebrate our son's graduation from UCSB. It is an easy drive to both the campus and to downtown Santa Barbara, and is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot to stay if you want to visit Santa Barbara and Solvang or do wine tasting in Santa Ynez. It’s situated in between those areas. The house was very clean and spacious, and had an extra outdoor eating area and spot to sit and relax. The neighborhood was quiet.

My extended family and I stayed in Goleta to attend my daughter's wedding in Santa Barbara. The accommodations were excellent for a large group. There were plentiful bedrooms/bathrooms and individual temperature controls. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. The backyard was lovely. Our family of eight adults loved our stay in this clean, comfortable home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, parks and the beach. With 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beautifully landscaped yard provided several seating areas, a BBQ, and a deck box filled with beach amenities. The home was very well stocked, family friendly and the check in/check out procedure was easy. We had no problem communicating with the owner who was kind and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

The kitchen was exceptionally clean and fully stocked. The bathrooms (all 6 of them) were very clean and well stocked with towels. The 6 bedrooms had comfortable beds with very nice bedding and extra blankets if needed. The backyard had a fountain which was great "white noise" with 2 nice sized tables with chairs for eating, playing cards etc,.. The neighborhood was well kept, and we didn't hear anything from the neighbors. The ample parking was fantastic, since were were in town for a wedding and had several cars. The home was walking distance (about 0.4 of a mile) from a nice big park for kids with swings, slides and a climbing structure. The host was extremelly esponsive and very friendly when contacted with a question. I would abosulutely reccommend this home and would reserve it again if I had the need. Thank you, Yaroslav

We stayed at this beautiful home while celebrating my aunts 80th birthday. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the yard was beautiful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Had one little issue with the toilet seat and got an immediate response from the owner.
