Excellent host, well appointed rental. Very clean and a lot of extras included. As a person who stays in a lot of short term rentals for work, this is one of the nicer ones that I have stayed in in years. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Thanks for everything!

Gary was amazing and helpful in every way possible. Really nice guy with customer service in mind. If I needed anything he was prompt to make sure that i had it. If i ever end up in the city Clarksville TN. again, i will look no further than his place. Spacious, clean and most certainly accommodating.

From the minute we walked in felt like we were at home. Was very pretty, bed was comfy had almost everything we needed. We come to Clarksville every year if it wasn’t 30 minutes away from my son would definitely stay again. Owner reached out to check that everything was fine several times. Would definitely recommend you stay here when visiting Clarksville.

We went to Clarksville to visit my son and his family. The location was only 15-20 away from where we needed to be. The rental was very clean and super quiet. I felt very comfortable there. It had everything we needed. The rental company and Gary checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The only con was that there was a shower head in the full bath, but there wasn’t a way to turn it on (at least that we could tell). Overall it was a nice place to stay. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
