Ocean Reef 1708 was a great location for our gathering. It was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants and family activities. We really enjoyed the serenity of the ocean. Beach front and pools were always clean and helpful staff. Great place to stay! Absolutely recommend.

We loved Ocean Reef and the condo was was great. The only complaint is that the elevators were slow and sometimes not working. One of the elevators was out of order the whole time we were there. Overall, had a great time in a beautiful location!

We enjoyed staying in the Condo. There were some good amenities like hot spa, temperature controlled pool outdoor and indoor and was a fun experience. Covered and a designated parking lot was a plus.

Our mini spring break vacation was absolutely fantastic! The property was clean, security guard at the parking lot was pleasant. We had one parking pass with our unit, with an assigned spot. We had a 2nd car that we had to purchase a $20 parking pass for the overflow lot. (Conveniently located across the street) Great location, walking distance to many places. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, kitchen well stocked, and beds were comfortable. Beautiful views from the extra large balcony. Realjoy management team had great communication and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

The condo was great and we would stay here again. The parking spot is up against a wall making it very difficult to get in and out if there are cars parked behind you. I didn't think about it until the last day, but I wish I would have parked in the overflow parking to avoid this. Also, maybe it was mentioned and I forgot, but the condo does come with a couple beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and a cart that can be used to wheel stuff to and from the car (not for beach use). Would be great if they left laundry detergent instead of having to buy one for a single load.

Overall loved the condo and the facilities, the beach was great and the feel was very family friendly. We did have a couple of minor issues but management took care of them eventually and the stay was relaxing and peaceful. Love that the building was non-smoking too. One note, the parking space is very small and tight. Overall a great trip!

The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. It offers wonderful views from the 17th floor balcony, which is large and well furnished also. One elevator was broken during our stay but the wait still wasn’t terribly long. We enjoyed the location away from the busy Pier Park area.

Very clean condo and the amenities were very nice and well maintained. The beach walk was great with stunning sunsets! You won’t be disappointed, there are two heated pools, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room plus a decent workout area. And great restaurants within walking distance. It was a great place!

We LOVED this property! I almost don’t want to tell anyone about so that I can book it again! It was the most clean and pristine condo I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous decor, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The property management sent messages to make sure we were happy. They did ask us to move the patio furniture inside due to Hurricane Helene, which we were mostly able to do, with the exception of the nice large table and some heavy chairs. We always enjoy Ocean Reef, but this was, by far, the loveliest place.

I have stayed at many condos at Ocean Reef through the years, but this condo was by far our favorite. The condo had been beautifully updated with all the essentials. This was the first time we didn’t have to worry about beach chairs, a boogie board, or a cart to transport our belongings. The condo smelled clean and was very clean. I was also greeted with a beautifully decorated birthday cake, balloon, and card. It put a smile on my face since they took the extra step to recognize my birthday. Thank you for making us feel at home. We will definitely book here again next year!!!

LOVED LOVED LOVED the condo. Everything that was in the description was exactly how it was Every picture is how it looks in person. Very Very clean from the elevator to every inch of the condo. The Balcony is so relaxing easy to fall asleep out there. Definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to friends and families. We especially love the big comfy couch. My kids ended up sleeping on the couch the whole stay since it was so comfy. Location was great and was close to everything. We had a beach wedding at the Runaway and it’s just a minute walk. The only con is that the floors were very dirty and should have been mopped. We know it’s the beach and the floors will always get dirty from sand and dirt but it would’ve been nice to step on clean floors upon arrival. Also the middle bathroom shower curtain needs to be changed due to mold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend and will look forward to staying here again.

This condo is amazing! Recently renovated with top-of-the-line stuff. The kitchen appliances, the sofa, the TVs, the mattresses, the flooring, it all feels brand new and super nice. The balcony view is fantastic. Location is incredible, the beach was never crowded despite being Memorial Day week. It’s also walking distance to Runaway Island, the best beachfront restaurant in PCB. No major or even minor issues with this room - other than the beach cart only having 3 wheels and there not being any luggage carts in the building. The condo itself is the nicest spot we’ve ever stayed at in PCB and we plan to this unit to come back next year.

The location was great. The sunsets and the fly over of the jets were fabulous to see. The only down fall was that it day TV but there is no cable. As well if the kitchen would have a few essential like some spices and a few more garbage bags, paper towel that would make a big difference Besides that we loved the condo.

Great location, right on the beach….. building done right to maximize view and privacy and eliminate obstruction. Quiet, if we had neighbors, didn't hear them. Condo had everything we needed, plenty of room, comfortable beds, great amenities. Would definitely return.

No major or even minor issues with this room - other than the beach cart only having 3 wheels and there not being any luggage carts in the building. The condo itself is the nicest spot we’ve ever stayed at in PCB and we plan to this unit to come back next year.

Ocean Reef 1708 was a great location for our gathering. It was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants and family activities. We really enjoyed the serenity of the ocean. Beach front and pools were always clean and helpful staff. Great place to stay! Absolutely recommend.

Place was u perfect location not too crowded. View was perfect the rooms were supernice and one of the cleanest we have stayed at. The upgrades were well worth it. Would stay here again

Our mini spring break vacation was absolutely fantastic! The property was clean, security guard at the parking lot was pleasant. We had one parking pass with our unit, with an assigned spot. We had a 2nd car that we had to purchase a $20 parking pass for the overflow lot. (Conveniently located across the street) Great location, walking distance to many places. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, kitchen well stocked, and beds were comfortable. Beautiful views from the extra large balcony. Realjoy management team had great communication and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

Great location, right on the beach….. building done right to maximize view and privacy and eliminate obstruction. Quiet, if we had neighbors, didn't hear them. Condo had everything we needed, plenty of room, comfortable beds, great amenities. Would definitely return.

We had 4 adults and loved the location and the condo. Such a beautiful view! We were able to see dolphins from our balcony! We loved everything about our stay here!!

The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. It offers wonderful views from the 17th floor balcony, which is large and well furnished also. One elevator was broken during our stay but the wait still wasn’t terribly long. We enjoyed the location away from the busy Pier Park area.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to friends and families. We especially love the big comfy couch. My kids ended up sleeping on the couch the whole stay since it was so comfy. Location was great and was close to everything. We had a beach wedding at the Runaway and it’s just a minute walk. The only con is that the floors were very dirty and should have been mopped. We know it’s the beach and the floors will always get dirty from sand and dirt but it would’ve been nice to step on clean floors upon arrival. Also the middle bathroom shower curtain needs to be changed due to mold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend and will look forward to staying here again.

First time staying at Ocean Reef. Not first time for Panama City. Best condo yet! Huge balcony, beautiful decor, unbelievably clean. Hope to stay here again. Location is great, easy, easy beach access! Elevators are clean and work! Great job!

Overall very impressive condo we had a great time. We absolutely loved it. The only down side was there is no bar at the pool for drink and no restaurant but the place is immaculate the condo was perfectly designed. Balcony was huge and the beach access was great. Definitely would stay there again
