Does not come with parking or beach chairs. They are many other better options on PCB than this. The balcony door to main bedroom did not lock. Real Joy vacations is horrible to deal with and very dismissive to any concern.

The unit was very clean with a perfect view of the gulf. We saw dolphins almost everyday. The communication was excellent. The condo is roomy and the beds very comfortable. This unit did not disappoint.
