We had 6 adults and 2 kids staying here. The house is laid out well and we had plenty of room. The outside area with pool was very nice to cool off from the Texas heat. It was conveniently located, close to main roads, grocery store and ferry to Port Aransas. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this property for your stay.

Very clean house, comfortable beds, all the necessities for cooking available, host was friendly and responsive. Pool was the perfect little spot for a cool down from fishing all day in the sun. Ample parking for 2 boats and 2 trucks. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very clean, close to HEB, ferry and Rockport. Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful countertops, comfy beds nice bathrooms, nice pool patio area and a very friendly and helpful host. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to my next visit.

House is well equipped and furnished. Overall was very clean except floors needed vacuuming and mopping. Bathrooms clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable. A/C very cold. Weather was in 90’s and house always cool. Bit of an insect problem but we bought some spray and notified owner.Warning: there are steps up front porch and NO RAILING. Difficult for disabled persons such as myself. Needed help up and down. Loved the coded entry instead of messing with keys.Overall is good house and would stay there again.

The house is easily accessible for boats. It is in close proximity to Rockport and Corpus Christi. It is a 5 minute drive to Conn Brown boat ramps. The pool is a game changer during the summer. Overall, it is clean and provides you with everything you need while on vacation.

Check-in was a breeze. Just a quick call to Mark and we had the code. Pool was was small but SO refreshing after days at the beach and fishing. Kitchen was adequate, no dishwasher, pot holders, dish towels. The washer and dryer was an added perk. The only thing I would recommend is a "house book" that shows guests when trash goes out and any special requirements for the pool. This would give guests the opportunity to list what they liked about the area to help others that travel behind them. Had a great time! I highly recommend!!

Location was convenient to food and downtown destinations. Property was clean and well maintained. Bed room & bathrooms were clean and well supplied with essential. Kitchen and dining area were not cleaned well following previous guests. There was thick dust on the open cabinets where drink ware was stored. Microwave was dirty. Leftover food on placemats on the kitchen table. Dropped food on floor by stove. Floor was dirty and needed sweeping & mopping. All fixable things I’m sure he’ll take care of. If he has a cleaning service, I’d fire them.

This is a gorgeous home with everything you could ask for and more for a vacation. The owner is very responsive and attentive and the pool is great. We did have a lot of encounters with spiders and other inspects but it had been raining. The grass could use some treatment for stickers and weeds as the kids got them in their feet a few times. We will definitely return

I enjoyed my time here at this property, it had lots of homey touches that felt better than a hotel. The interior was new and clean, the beds were big and soft, and the pool was nice. It was very much a home away from home, I would stay here again.

House was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed for a week stay. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. Pool is small but perfect to soak up and relax. Stores were close by about 5 minutes away. Commute to Port A and Corpus were about the same 20-30 minutes.

This was the perfect place for us as we go to Aransas Pass periodically to fish and needed something in town. Beautiful home just minutes from the bay. Very nice accommodations. Check in and check out was the easiest ever.

House was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed for a week stay. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. Pool is small but perfect to soak up and relax. Stores were close by about 5 minutes away. Commute to Port A and Corpus were about the same 20-30 minutes.

The house is easily accessible for boats. It is in close proximity to Rockport and Corpus Christi. It is a 5 minute drive to Conn Brown boat ramps. The pool is a game changer during the summer. Overall, it is clean and provides you with everything you need while on vacation.

Our favorite when visiting the area! We have stayed at this property multiple times and will continue to do so. Convenient location and room for boats and trucks. Pool is a plus in the summer months. Beds are comfortable and the owner is always a call away if needed!

This was the perfect place for us as we go to Aransas Pass periodically to fish and needed something in town. Beautiful home just minutes from the bay. Very nice accommodations. Check in and check out was the easiest ever.

The house was very cool during the hot days. The backyard was really nice in the evenings. The heated pool was used by myself and other guests. Felt great on our aching bones. The beds were very comfortable and each one of us got a good night rest. The convienance to the local HEB and surrounding areas was also a plus. The house was perfect for our fishing trip. Made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves. Thanks.

The pool was a BIG plus! We enjoyed every min we had! House was fully equipped with all amenities! The griddle save us so much time as we have young children and the pancakes were done quick! Can’t wait for our next booking and this house will be our first choice!
