House in \"Coolest Neighborhood in America\"

This Longmont rental home has the potential to be a 10. It's well appointed with a nice three story layout. Being in a quaint walkable neighborhood was a real plus. However, there were safety, security, maintance concerns which affected our comfort. BEWARE of the short first step to basement. Yes, one of us fell. Scalding hot water was found from inside and outside faucets. Several windows were not closed and difficult tolatch properly. Thus the AC never worked well upstairs. A shower drain was clogged and A TP roll was loose. Plus minor home improvement projects were incomplete including paint and holes in sheet rock. We also found wet linens hanging in a closet and incomplete loads in the washer and dryer

Loved this house, street, neighborhood. Very walkable area. Highly recommend.

The house was great for a family weekend. Everything was clean, comfortable and easy. We appreciated the great communication and loved the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely home with so much character. All rooms were very nice and loved the bed linens.Prospect is a quaint neighborhood with several nice eateries. There is also Pilates studios and a nice high salon.Great walkable neighborhood.Highly recommend this home.

Four childhood friends husbands, all in our 70s, gathered at this lovely house for a 3-day reunion. The house is beautifully furnished; plenty of space in addition to the bedrooms; has a kitchen with any appliance, dish or utensil one might want; in a cool neighborhood enjoyable to walk around; and great outdoor seating. The reasons we don't give it a 5-star rating are that we ran short of toilet paper and many light fixtures were not working, especially noticeable in 2 of the bathrooms. Some easy fixes would make this a perfect vacation rental.
