Loungin 1, Duplex across the street from dog beach

Not for a review, for management: Broken child beach chair (also having 2 adult chairs would be nice). Bunk bed bottom mattress is really bad.Lint filter in washer was super full - FIRE HAZARD. (photos available)Dishwasher can't open fully because of fridge.Screen in downstairs bathroom window is FILTHY. Upper corner cabinets difficult to open/close at same time; also an injury hazard – got a finger pinched between them.Knife drawer is a bit stuck, hard to open.For review:Nice place, great location (ocean view and close to restaurants) and pet friendly (very close to dog park).

pet friendly, artificial grass. Not ideal for small children as 2 bdrms and a bathroom on bottom floor, 2nd floor is 2nd bthrm with only shower no tub in that one, kitchen and hangiut room, then difficult stairs to 3rd floor has the master bdrm…no bathroom up there…Great views and an outstanding breakfast place directly across the street called “Benedicts” huge portions

Great location for Ocean Beach and minutes to Mission Beach!

Nice place for family getaway. Beach, shops and food all in walking distance

So close to dog beach. Enjoyed the property. 3 levels do not good for little kids. Nice fenced yard. Not a lot of things like trash bags. Also dish washer leaked and the frog door handle broken. Otherwise angst property.
