The condo was very nicely decorated and, best of all, clean. Matt was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my questions. Check in went smoothly. The bed was very comfortable for both my husband and myself. We enjoyed our time sitting on the deck early in the morning and late in the day. My only suggestion would be to update the deck chairs.

This small efficiency condo was very conveniently located in the Ocean Ridge area of Wyndham golf club. Everything in Edisto is close, so we found it easy to get to the beach (about 37 public entrances), ride our bikes, kayak, and have dinner out. The condo has pretty much everything we needed and had basic kitchen utensils and supplies. It was a bit short on towels, but that seems to have been a communication issue with cleaning staff. Don't expect to bake a meal there, because there was no oven. That was fine for us, and there was a microwave for heating food. The bed was extremely comfortable, and enough chairs for reading, etc. This was a perfect, and economical, lodging option for two people for several days.

The condo studio was super comfy and quaint, made us feel at home. It had all the necessary amenities, great location and in very good condition. We were able to organize an early check-in, since the timing was right and Matt was quick to respond. We had no issues during our stay.

Located in a resort neighborhood so very quiet and nice. Host provided excellant info on how to get to and in front gate. There was also a binder with a map to the beach from the house and local restaurant suggestions. The house itself is cozy and has all you may need in the kitchen; toaster oven, toaster, hand mixer, pots and pans, etc. Even has a washer dryer so you dont have to deal with wet bathing suits. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Loved this unit, makes me appreciate that I don\'t always need tons of extra rooms! All in one condo - fully equipped kitchen, very comfy bed, and loved the electric "fireplace". Would not recommend more than 2 folks share this condo, but fully enjoyed my stay, was able to work remotely while taking advantage of the deck overlooking the golf course, and Edisto island\'s waterways and beach.

I wasn't going to review, But it kept asking....There was a used water bottle and makeup covered towel in the R.R., we thought someone was in the room....Towels in the dryer (Glad I looked) and the floors are very dirty (Black Feet) I am an old Flight attendant so I am keen on stuff, also it took 40 minutes to find the unit, the new color was one thing but the guard couldn't find it, add the Bed is awful, we left a day early :( However, The Location is great, and the unit is very effcient for it's size :)

He had the unit cleaned while we went to dinner and even gave us a partial refund for the trouble. It is right on the golf course and very close to the beach, although a bit far to walk. We love the area and would stay again

I had to wash all the dishes I needed prior to use - found dirty coffee cups, moldy coffee maker, dust covering the edge of shower insert, floor was dirty (may have been broom clean but needs a washing). If a cleaning service was paid they should refund the payment. Too much furniture for the space. The facility is terrific and can't beat the location. This unit is in need of some TLC.

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend trip to hunt shells. The seaside cottage decor is adorable and serene. I found that the location nestled in the mature, older growth trees with a view of the golf course was tranquil even on the overcast, drizzly, and super-windy winter weekend. The place met all my needs, and the price was fantastic. The Host was amazing, SUPER responsive, and incredibly friendly. The Internet went down on my first night, and I texted Matt who responded within a few minutes and went on to work on the issue for me virtually until he had my confirmation by phone/text that it was fixed. I was so appreciative. I plan to return for another stay along with checking out Matt's two other Edisto Properties. I highly recommend!
