Bungalow in Capitola Village Steps from River walk

Very spacious, complete kitching. Just fine. Parking is a problem but we managed.

Host touched base via messenger to make sure all was well. The place was exactly as advertised and worked well for our group. Great location!

Description of listing compared to the house was correct. The house was in a perfect location. Everything was clean and easy to access. Great visit.

This was a very pretty and clean little bungalow. The renovations are nice and have smartly retained many charms of a vintage beach house making it a cheerful and happy place for me and my mom. We were comfortable sleeping in the bed and on the fold-out couch. The upper loft seemed very warm and took a fair amount of coordination to get in and out of so, nobody tried sleeping there but kids might get a kick out of it. The shower is nicely lit, clean and powerful, I really loved that part. Check-in was easy and communication was good. The town is thriving and we had great food and fun shopping. We found parking just a few blocks from the bungalow, two times, after looking for only about 5-10 minutes. The little town can get crowded sometimes but is very special in all the charm it has to offer. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.
