this was the most DISGUSTING place i have ever stayed. First of all we get there and i get charged an extra $20 for “incidentals” which was refunded to me a few days after my stay but the fact they felt it necessary to charge anything extra when there was absolutely nothing i could have done to make the room any worse. We get to our room and our door didn’t even close properly. We got it to lock so that’s a plus. I honestly just didn’t feel safe walking back to ask for a different room so i just put up with it. The room had this awful Oder that was burning my lungs. We only had one towel in the entire room. The lamps didn’t have shades and the king size mattress was on 2 twin size box springs just on the floor, no frame. Which made for a very uncomfortable sleeping situation because if you got to close to the edge of the bed it would tip over. We didn’t even have pillow cases. The fridge in our room was broken and gross. We didn’t have a microwave or a phone, the fire alarm was beeping all night even after we called to ask them for a battery to make it stop and was never brought one. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place needs shut down. Whoever is running this place needs to find something else to do with their lives because this route clearly isn’t working for them. They have like 4 no refund signs because they know the second someone got to their room they would get a refund and leave. The pool was closed.

For $37 a night It was ok had to purchase towels but everyone here was nice no pool

In the first place the advertised picture of the lobby was nothing like the real lobby. The woman behind the counter who saw us drive up and walk up to the desk left and never showed up again. My wife and I waited over 30 minutes at the desk and were never checked in. We looked around while we waited and the lobby doors were open because there was no A/C. The wind was blowing leaves and dirt into the lobby. The pool was empty and full of leaves and there were bags of trash by the pool and in a room by the lobby. We felt very unsafe and left when no ever showed up to check us in.

Room itself was very clean. The air conditioning for the office and hall was not working.

The resort was in the middle of a refurbishment. There was debris up and down the hallway, and it appeared our room must be next in line to be refurbished. There was dirt, scum, and something else on the walls and ceiling, the window shades were falling down, there were tiles falling off of the shower wall, rust in the shower, and overall just not clean at all. There was only one pillow per bed, and they can only track down one extra pillow. The Wi-Fi did not work. The only redeeming quality of this resort, was the staff. They did an amazing job based on what they had to deal with. Do not let the picture of the lobby for you, this place was in sad shape.

Missing outside doors so anybody can walk in. Poor security. Peeling paint. Curtains falling down. General disrepair. Scary-looking individuals wandering around the building muttering to themselves, high on something, can just walk in through the broken and missing doors.

This place is trashy! The lobby stinks, the curtains are torn and shredded, there are abandoned cars in the parking lots, homeless looking people are wandering around. Did not stay there.

Traded rooms. No doors actually locked well. The lobby AC was broken. There was stored furniture in the “dining area” the building itself smelled of mold and uncleanliness. No electrical outlet covers, drawers that didn’t fit inside the cabinets in the kitchenette, mircrowave was falling out of the wall, the stove didn’t work, was afraid to open the refrigerator, most of the lights didn’t work, the bed was falling apart, the bed looked dirty and the bedding was the wrong size, the drapes were hung up with well I’m not even sure but they were barely hung there, it looked as if they had been hit by a hurricane, was under water, and then trying to rebuild the place. How they are even allowed to be open to the public is beyond me, and how Expedia is even listing them is crazy to me. Do not stay here.

Lots of broken doors on rooms interior and exterior (open to the streets). Signs cautioning drug and prostitution activity, hotel pool broken, bath/shower in room barely works, zero amenities, A/C broken in lobby and like 90 degrees, water leak in hallway with no signage, dirty dirty dirty. Don’t rent to save money…spend the extra money. Worst room to date I’ve stayed in.

This place needs to be shut down Immediately.. if I could give ZERO STARS THATS WHAT IT WOULD HAVE GOTTEN. Rooms looks like a crime scene .. moldy and urine smells hit you right in the Face mattress covered in blood stains and corners filled with BED BUGS sheets with burn holes and furniture infested with mold if you thinking about it DO NOT STAY HERE the pictures for this place has to be years old cause it looks nothing like it save your self the time and disappointment the HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED ON THIS PLACE. And the workers need to call EEOC FOR THE CONDITIONS THEY ARE WORKING IN.This place is just inhumane and is not up to par for just one night of living conditions.

Disgusting rooms. Holes in comforters. Water damaged wood floors, moldy walls, disassembled outlets.

Room was dirty and water would not get hot. Could not take a shower. Bed was comfy but had 3 lumpy pillows the size of toddler pillows

PLEASE DON’T BELIEVE THE PICTURES ON THE SITE!!!! The room was torn apart. Lamps were broken head boards chipped and sliding off the wall. The refrigerator had mold and ice buildup preventing me from placing my leftovers in there without possible contamination. Bathroom walls and tub were stained and I was only given a small towel to use for my entire body. I’m not the pickiest person when it comes to finding a place to stay but some things are intolerable.

The hotel was filthy. It is in decay. From the front where one of the support beams apparantly was wrecked into, the hotel smelled of marijuana, the room was filthy, ceiling tiles were moldy and falling out. The whole feeling of the place was of decay and destitution. I left and went around the corner to a different hotel.

The room was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty & mold everywhere. The mattress has stained. It smell very bad. Holes in the wall & blood stain on the AC unit. Unbelievable how they are still in business. The pictures on the website is not what you get!! Very disappointed!! Had to leave because it was also unsafe!

This is the worst place i've ever seen in my life. The only good thing is the receptionist who switched the room for me and the handyman who showed up to my room instantly. This is pretty close to an abandoned property. The bathroom light is missing a bulb. Wall paint tripped. Fire alarm was hanging from the wall. The main light in the room didn't work so the whole room was dark. The blanket got holes on it and was dirty with stains and dirt. The key card kept getting disabled so I had to come down to the front table to reactivate it. The other guests who live there look like gang members or thugs. If there's zero star I would give this place a zero star.

This property has spacious rooms and was very convenient. The beds was very comfortable! The shower was warming and the staff is nice and assistive! I brought my family and this hotel fit for all of us! Loved it!

Pictures looked inviting. Not sure if owners are renovating or demolishing. All inside hallway’s looked like trash collection areas. Key couldn’t open door. Safety locks broken, bathroom racks broken, shower didn’t work, shorted towels, pillows and 1 sheet. Entire room floor sticky - felt gross walking from bed to bathroom. Toilet had double touch flush buttons that occasionally worked. AC was good - TV , fridge and Microwave were good.

The rooms didn't look nothing like the pictures my shower didn't work I didn't have a shower curtain my sink was dirty my my bed look like someone has slept in them there was no fire alarm in there no the plugs on the wall didn't have covers they're roaches the staff had an attitude then charged me 25 more dollars more to switch rooms the second room was no better but at least the shower worked the towels were filthy like somebody been working on cars and watch them

The staff was excellent,the bed was comfortable.the shower needs more water pressure and the toilet need to be bolted to the floor. The toilet seat need the correct one installed. Not enough lights. But it was all under construction, inside and out. Not enough security on site. Sign said not responsible for theft of contents or car.

They didn’t have no hot water and the key medicine was broke.

Property and room in complete disrepair! Collapsed column at emtry way. Floor Lamp in room doesn't work. Table lamps are rusted out at the base. Outlets don't work. No TV remote provided, etc.

Looks better inside than the outside and they fixing it up which will b nice but more front desk and housekeepers are needed i been waiting on service but not help.

The key card machine was not working. I waited nearly an hour to get a key to get into my room. Finally a Mtc person let me in the room. Tried again a couple hours later. A different person finally got the key card machine to work. Around 10 pm workers began laying tile in the hallway. Seemed to work late into the night. Sleep was not restful! It would have been nice if I was given an option for a different room or just to be notified. The owners are not very respectful of the folks paying to stay there.

The toilet floater was stuck, so we had to keep opening the toilet to tap the floater for it to fill every time we flushed, the tub was clogged so the water just filled in the tub when we showered, and the water was not hot, not even like warm, it was just not freezing cold, but then later when we didn't have to shower anymore the water was hot.. Very frustrating.

Was very pleased with this hotel. It doesn't look the best, but the rooms were very clean and the front desk was very easy. Would definitely stay here again. You really can't beat the price

The whole stay was amazing and staff was exceptionally egar to help and offer sound professional advice. Ms. Crystal was an exceptional host and her professionalism was overwhelming. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a safe and clean stay.

Nice hotel but charge a deposit not listed in the app

Waited for 20 minutes to try to check in and there was nobody that came out to the desk. Pulled in and saw no signs with the name on it, walked in the front door and the place looked very run down. While waiting i started reading up on the reviews and after reading the reviews and my first impression upon walking in the door i decided the bad reviews must have merit and i decided to not wait and left to find another hotel.

The hotel was a horrible place, the service was horrible and the desk clerk had to manually enter our cashapp card. Later on while wife and I were asleep, our cash app card was charged some charges that we did not do. The only person with that information was the desk clerk. The clerk acted rude when we called and asked about the transactions and then refused to refund us the money for the room. The shower didn't work nor did the television or the microwave. The maintenance man who showed up to the room acted as though he was high on drugs, and brought another woman to assist in trying to get the TV working. The only highlight was the stray tomcat that hung around the stairwell. He was friendly. If we were wanting to stay in a horrible place like that we wouldn't have intrusted hotels.com to book it. We would have asked a local cab driver to take us to a hotel that sold drugs and had prostitutes. Hotels.com refused to refund us the money we spent, only to offer us one key reward points for the next time we booked at Economy inns and suites. We are never booking there again and might not use hotels.com again. They need to screen the hotels they post because this one hotel shouldn't be in business at all. The whole experience was some nightmare and I recommend never book there, or through hotels.com.

The Office ladies were so nice and helpful. I asked a few times for towels but never got any. But thats ok, dollar general sold them right down the street. There were always people in the parking lot to keep you safe, all hours of the night. Never felt unsafe one time. The maintenance man was very hardworking and knowledgeable. And also the guy cleaning the rooms needs a raise. Everyone should experience this stay at least once.

The location for one is a major concern. Yes it is very affordable but I felt very uncomfortable given my surroundings.

It’s in a rough area. BUT I had no problems. Cheap stay for the night. The rooms are ghetto but it was clean enough. You get what you pay for. The staff are friendly! Cable had lots of channels and AC blew very cold.

The pillar holding up the overhang was driven into, so it looked unsafe. There was a shooting there last week involving someone driving into it. Beds were covered in stains. Toilet paper roll was stuff into a hole in the wall. Dirty wash clothes in the shower, floor was sticky. Faucet was broken for sink. When i arrived my room door was open, and to close the door i had to put my while body into it to shut and lock it.

Place is in an unsafe environment.Bad service bad location and very bad people.

Don't be scared of the area of Shreveport. The rooms are nice and comfy.

Arrived at the location there were several vagrants Milling about in the parking lot and the street leading to the property. As soon as I pulled into my parking spot I was approached by a man asking for money the area was dark and I did not feel safe so I left and spent the night in my car in a gas station parking lot. The general manager refused to refund my my money. I will be sure to let everyone know to not stay at that location

Wasnt told the property and rooms was under renovation, outside people hanging around late nights on property. I would not recommend that property

Not safe for familys or children there is no dining hall there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room it is full of drug dealers and prostitute most people are living there long term. During our stay they evicted a man who had 4 rroms in the hotel and in 1 room alone they was snow shoveling the trash which was over a foot thick. Staff is poor and yhere are no services. No phone in the rooms took over 24 hours for them to bring us 2 towels for a 3 night stay. And that was with me staying on top of reminding them that we still needed towels. I do not recommend staying here it is the worst money i ever spent on a palce. Was supposed to be for my birthday and it ruined the whole birthday
