Pertfect position for Universal Studios (hotel has shuttle bus) 15 minutes. To Disney by car 30 minutes. Near to places to eat. IHOP bus for International Drive. Big shopping mall about 15 minutes drive.

Check in was quick and room was ready at 3 pm. Room was basic. Nice view of Universal. Comfortable beds. Advertised happy hour and food were non existent. Restaurant was closed. Breakfast buffet looked lackluster and was $23. Walked next door to IHOP where a great breakfast was $10. Pool area was decent. Overall hotel was fine - very average - but Libby signs about food were not accurate.

Given that this is a Sheraton hotel and a partner to Universal theme park, I was expecting a little bit more refined hotel. I booked this hotel based on reviews. But I wished I never stayed here. For starters the first night we got there we went to the pool area and I was going to go in, but the water was so dirty that I couldn’t go in. The water was murky and had debris floating in it. I don’t even think they have someone to come clean the pool every morning given that there is heavy use and heavy rain. Second the place is outdated. Third I felt like my room smelt like it was trying to mask over 20 years of smoking in the room. I just wasn’t something I was expecting based on the reviews. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Clean and great for a simple day/night of rest! Loved the heated swimming pool and knowing there were shuttle options I could potentially use. Parking was nice and convenient, great breakfast options nearby and some plazas/mini golf for fun. Overall room was in great condition and in a great location, not too far from City Walk.

Room was clean like the photos and the AC was on before we got there which was a nice touch since it's scorching hot right now if Florida. Evening staff was very nice the 4 star is for the day staff. Not sure if they had a long shift but the day time staff seem to hate their jobs and it shows with their attitudes towards their guest. Maybe they had a rough morning by the time I checked out. Also, note room service is not all night, restaurant and bar close.early so don't expect to party there late into the night. Finally, they only have 2 EV charging stations. So if you plan to book there for that reason don't. Chances are slim that you'll be able to charge. However, there's a few Tesla charging stations less than ,2 miles away. Regardless I would recommend this hotel for future stays.

The room smells like mold. The appliances and fixtures are old and outdated. Honestly, I got this hotel because it looks so nice from the outside and pretty at night, I thought it was going to be good but it is fqar from good. As soon as you step in, you get that cheap hotel look. The only good thing about the hotel is the location and that is it. The bed ia hard as a rock. I will not be returning.

Bad neighborhood, Junkies everywhere. Short walk to universal only upside. Room smelled of old smoke, corrosion of metals on bathroom fixtures. Floor under carpet was uneven. The shampoo from last guest was last in room under window curtains- not a thorough clean

Overall it was a good stay, comfy bed, nice staff, and because of the shape of the building you end up with a decent amount of space atleast in the king room. The hotel definitely shows it age with various dings, dents and patches throughout the both the hallway and room but I’d rather see that then them just leaving holes.

The air conditioner sounded like it was a squeaky clock and that it needed to be oiled. It was supremely loud and very hard for you to sleep. We actually had to leave early because we couldn't sleep. Please fix 1002's air conditioner to make it not as loud and obnoxious. Other than that, the place was clean and staff was friendly.

The first night I arrived and they were over booked. They sent me to another property that was not accommodating and went back to them and they sent me to a different property. It was hours before I finally got checked in at 3 AM. They were supposed to have credited me for that night and it never happened

I was welcomed by Toli with a beautiful smile. The staff so kind. Eva, the supervisor very kind. In the evening I meet Jasmine who was courteous and very helpful. Four Points Hotel is easy access to restaurants and close to Universal Studios.

Service is very bad , I did my check in around 10 pm , hotel staff did not provide me a luggage cart until 10:30 pm to move my luggage from the car parking lot (very end of the building ) to my hotel room at 4th floor. My entire family waiting in car for 30 minutes to take the luggage out from car .

It was a huge complex-we were to have another unit but it wasn't going to be ready for a long time so we entered our unit which was in somewhat disarray-the cleaning people had not finished. We then waited almost and hour and one'half before someone came to take us to another room. This, after we had been told someone would come right away! It was already past our dinner time also.

Very rude lady at check in time at around 10pm. She should be trained in customer service. Our keys didn’t work and when we came back to the front desk we had to go to the end of the line. Then she wanted us to wait for maintenance to go fix the lock. Finally, at the behest of her supervisor she gave us another room, but instead of giving us the new keys, she went to the back without any explanation and left us and others waiting. On top of that, we got a look of annoyance when she finally gave us the keys for the new room

You STUCK us in a room next to people who partied ALL NIGHT into the morning hours. You could tell this was gonna be a problem when 6 people and three cases of white claw... LOUD .... Literally security was sent up to stop them however that did nothing and those people stayed up till @7 am Manager never was available as noboygot is one and the kid at the front desk kept offering a managybut never got her either. Just said sorry. Yeah well that's not ok, thanks for ruining a special time we chose your hotel for.

I would recommend staying at the Four Points by Sheraton which is located on International Drive in Orlando because it is conveniently located close to Universal Studios and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

Great location, not too far from universal parks with plenty of restaurants along the street. Room was large and clean with a fridge which was great. Staff were very friendly as well, pool was heated which was nice as it was cold outside.

The trip was GREAT!. Second time staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando. We did just a weekend stay this time. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff is professional, attentive and welcoming. We did the breakfast service, the food was good. Would definite stay there again!!

Great place, convenienly located with lots of shops within walking distance. The breakfast was $23 dollars so I opted for the IHOP beside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful! Parking is $15 a night which is kind of a rip off IMO. Walls are pretty thin as we heard the adjoing room beside us often but it wasn't too bad.
