Game Room + Fire Pit! Multi-Level Anderson Home

Our family enjoyed our stay in the home. It was a great time for us to catch up with our adult children and their families. The home was clean and it smelled great when we opened the door. It is a children friendly home and we appreciated that, especially with the gate for the stairs. I appreciated being able to check in early, as our youngest daughter and her small children arrived early. Our family enjoyed it so much that they asked us to book it again for next year!

This property is amazing! Do not hesitate to rent! Very clean , wonderful communication, very well supplied. I cannot say one negative thing about this place. I hope I get to stay there again someday! Well priced too.

We traveled with grandparents, children and older teens. House was huge with lots of places for everyone to find their own space. The kitchen has every appliance, cookware and utensil you could possibly need (and much more!) There are tons of games to play and this is the ultimate house for hide-and-seek!Beds were all very comfy! The water pressure on the bottom floor was hit and miss, but nothing we couldn’t live with. The lake was low so we weren’t able to kayak, but there were plenty of places to explore outside. At one point there were over 20 deer out back!The fire pit was perfect for cooler nights with s’mores!Target and Walmart both deliver groceries to this location which added convenience. Overall wonderful trip!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, cozy and had room for everyone to have their own space but still be together. Kids loved game room. Kitchen was easy to use and well stocked with pans, utensils etc. it was fun watching deer. Even though water level to lake is low, we were able to feed the fish/ minnows from the dock. We look forward to returning

This property is managed by Evolve. They are difficult to deal with if you need to make any changes. In our case this was meant to be a family gathering with our three children and their families. My wife and I came down with COVID immediately prior to our trip. I had booked a 2 night trip. It was too late to cancel based on the “policy”. I could reschedule but every date I tried to reschedule required a 3 day min stay. The Owner was non responsive and Evolve can’t make a decision. I’m a VRBO premier host myself. I manage my own properties. This happens occasionally. I am able to deal with my guests directly and typically make exceptions to my “policy”. Not in this case. We ended up keeping the booking and instead of a family gathering one of our children and their family used the property. One other thing that was disappointing was the “dock”. Your advertising is misleading. A “dock” implies a place to park a boat in the water. The picture in the ad made me suspicious if there was enough water to dock a boat so I immediately reached out through VRBO at booking asking for more specific information about ability to dock a boat and did not get an answer. It looked OK on googlemaps so I wasn’t too concerned. The lake is 2 feet below full pool, probably above normal for this timeof year. The dock is in a foot of water or so making docking a boat impossible. This also made swimming difficult as well. This house is OK otherwise but the lake access is poor.
