We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft.

Everything was nice and neat when we arrived. The owner had a binder full of helpful information which was great. TV was easy to work. The driveway was long for multiple cars to fit which was also great. Very pleased with our stay!

The house was as advertised. There were two elderly people staying w my son and I. It was nice having the two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. One bedroom got pretty warm at night (summer stay). Having two bathrooms was so nice. The house has been updated. The kitchen table was nice for evening meals and plenty of seating to relax and watch tv. On the downside my car got broken into while parked in the driveway overnight. The homeowner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns.

We were able to explore Kansas from this location. Very central to several sites and we saw them all!!! DDE Museum, Truman Museum, OZ Museum (don't miss the OZ Winery), WWI Museum, SeaLife. All within an hour + from this amazing property. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Thank You for the washer & dryer!!! Do not miss Paisano's Restaurant...GREAT ambience, food and customer service!!! We will stay here again if we travel to this area!!!!

Some disrepair, railings not secure, downstairs bathroom door locks you in, doors through out dont shut, holes in screens, hole in downstairs bathroom wall, needs some TLC. Over all we enjoyed our stay in Topeka, beautiful city.

The house was perfect for 6 adults attending my daughter’s graduation. Although we spent most of the time shuffling between graduation events, we all had comfortable spaces to retire to in the evenings. The house has made the most of the space available and we all loved the update. We had one small issue with the house security the first evening and the hosts promptly fixed the issue.
