Yes, James got back to me immediately. Each time I reached out.This place is super adorable was just what we needed for a quiet getaway. Being pet friendly was also a great plus for us because so many people either overcharge or don’t allow you to bring a pet.The gnome home was very clean. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for just a nice getaway. Thank you to James and his family for allowing us to stay in their home.

Home was great. Perfect for us and our 2 kids- though it does sleep more. Had everything we needed- decent kitchen, nice shower (with unlimited hot water), room to spread out, nice porch, etc. At night we'd turn the heat on low and sleep in the cold then turn it back on the next morning and the cabin heats up nearly instantly. It is very conveniently located to Cannon Mt., where we skied, and a bunch of great snowy hikes that we did- all within 30 minutes or less. We'll be back!

My family and I absolutely love this place. The mini A-Frame is perfect in size, has everything you need. We had a great day skiing and then came back to relax. We all had some of the best sleep we've had in a while. There was even a secret magical gnome that shoveled the deck for us early in the morning! Can't wait to return next year!! The Flynns

We were up for our son's last homecoming weekend at PSU, accommodations were perfect for 5 adults (and would be as well with 6, we had an open bed). We essentially just slept here; but in nice weather it would be great to hang out on the porch and grill out. The location was perfectly located for us, and quiet at night.

I absolutely LOVE this little gnome house. We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. The loft bedroom was well appointed and still felt private, even though it's an open loft. The first floor bedroom was super spacious. My only suggestion would be to add a hood vent for the stove. Cooking in an A-frame was a challenge with the lack of one. James was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We absolutely plan to come back! Thanks for having us, James!! It was a great weekend!

Nothing is cuter than a red A-frame cabin nestled into the mountains during peak fall foliage! We only stayed one night but had a great time and loved how cute and cozy it was. They provided everything you could need!

The cottage was cozy and conveniently located next to a trail system for walking! However, it could’ve been cleaner and some things would benefit from being replaced and repaired (ex: stained/dirty looking cooking utensils, stained comforter, hallway wall).

We spent one night while travel from an overnight running race in Vermont to our vacation destination in Maine. This was the perfect layover. Comfortable, clean, friendly neighbors, everything we needed. Only thing that would have made it better: it would help to get brief check-in instructions before arrival (code, how the lock works, etc). We had to contact owner for code and then had trouble with how to use the lock ( that was probably on us though - we were very tired from being up for 2 days at the race). Owner was vey responsive though. Totally recommend!

We loved the Gnome House. It was super cute and had a great mountain-y feel. Kitchen and bathroom and upper level were clean and tidy but the rest of the space could have been better cleaned/dusted. There was an issue with a door lock but the host was in constant communication with us and said they’d address it upon our departure. We do recommend this place and would love to visit again. Bonus chipmunks hanging out on the property!

Nice place. Narrow A frame causes one to bend going upstairs to loft and standing to use 1st floor toilet. Generally a well kept place near quaint towns like Plymouth, Littleton and Lincoln. Close to national forest. We unfortunately had rain the whole visit.

The cabin is super cute, and simple! Close to a really yummy restaurant (Covered Bridge), and quiet, beautiful scenery. Very easy to get into town if you need something. James is super responsive, if I had any questions, I would email and get a response within 10 minutes or less.

Home was great. Perfect for us and our 2 kids- though it does sleep more. Had everything we needed- decent kitchen, nice shower (with unlimited hot water), room to spread out, nice porch, etc. At night we'd turn the heat on low and sleep in the cold then turn it back on the next morning and the cabin heats up nearly instantly. It is very conveniently located to Cannon Mt., where we skied, and a bunch of great snowy hikes that we did- all within 30 minutes or less. We'll be back!

Stayed here after a ski day at Loon with 3 other friends, and it was exactly what we needed. Really well priced, can easily hold 6 people and a few restaurants in the area to grab some food. Would highly recommend!

The gnome home was clean, well equipped, in a great location, comfortable and had a nice deck to sit and relax on. We had our children and dog with us. The only concern was the grill- just a bit unsafe/old.

I absolutely LOVE this little gnome house. We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. The loft bedroom was well appointed and still felt private, even though it's an open loft. The first floor bedroom was super spacious. My only suggestion would be to add a hood vent for the stove. Cooking in an A-frame was a challenge with the lack of one. James was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We absolutely plan to come back! Thanks for having us, James!! It was a great weekend!

The cabin is super cute, and simple! Close to a really yummy restaurant (Covered Bridge), and quiet, beautiful scenery. Very easy to get into town if you need something. James is super responsive, if I had any questions, I would email and get a response within 10 minutes or less.
