Love this Rental! Perfect location, we walked the beach every day and enjoyed the ocean view from the deck. Loved hearing the ocean. Very clean. We loved the coastal modern decor. Comfortable bed and furniture. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice to have a washer and dryer on a beach trip. Great to have a single car garage to park, for a compact car. This unit had everything we needed. San Clemente is so charming and we loved being so close to downtown and our favorite beach T-street. Would love to stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property and it won’t be the last. We love staying here! The location is excellent for easy access to about anything you want from the beach to restaurants. Exactly what the pictures are seen is what you get. This home has everything you need and a great view! Our Tesla Model Y was able to fit in the garage which was nice to not to worry about parking. Hosts Sheryl and Doug are very communicative and the home was well stocked.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is immaculate and tastefully decorated (the pictures don’t even do it justice), and was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony, walking the beach trail every morning, and trying some of the amazing restaurants that were all within walking distance. We really didn’t even need a car. We had a truck that would not fit in the garage but never had any problem finding street parking close by. The condo is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, so it was a perfect place to relax and unwind. We hope to return soon!

The property located in an amazing location, it it well furnishes, it has a garage for my car,But it needs to have a washer and dryer machine, and there must be an air conditioner since it was very hot in the bedroom( I started in August), we opened the windows and it was noisy and no privacy since the bedroom located beside the back hallway.

This unit was just the right amount of space for the two of us. The deck isn't large but certainly big enough to sit and relax with an afternoon drink and snack while watching the water activities. Having BBQ was a bonus as we like to grill all the time. The location was close enough to walk to town or to the Pier. Our hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question. We would highly recommend this unit

The location is awesome. A 1 minute walk to Mariposa Beach. Quiet street, quiet complex. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed was there. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We can't say enough good things about it. We'll definitely rent this unit again.

We fell in love with the photos and description and then the actual place exceeded our expectations in every way. Ocean view and beach access was awesome, and we loved that it was just the tiniest bit past the crowded part of the beach. Pristine interior with an incredibly comfortable large bed. The owner made everything so easy to check in and we felt like we'd found a home away from home the moment we arrived. It was a bit sad to leave, actually! Definitely the best place we've ever stayed on our visits to San Clemente and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!!!

This little apartment was a sanctuary when I needed it! A beautiful spot, killer view from the balcony where I drank coffee in the morning, had lunch, and then drank wine in the evening. Oh, and the bed is super comfortable! Thank you for everything!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is immaculate and tastefully decorated (the pictures don’t even do it justice), and was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony, walking the beach trail every morning, and trying some of the amazing restaurants that were all within walking distance. We really didn’t even need a car. We had a truck that would not fit in the garage but never had any problem finding street parking close by. The condo is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, so it was a perfect place to relax and unwind. We hope to return soon!

The location is awesome. A 1 minute walk to Mariposa Beach. Quiet street, quiet complex. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed was there. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We can't say enough good things about it. We'll definitely rent this unit again.

Had a fantastic getaway with my daughter. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony, quick walk down to the beach. Great neighborhood. Comfortable and very clean condo. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when going to San Clemente!
