Visiting family in my hometown and this was the perfect home base. Everything was well-labeled, functional, clean, and had everything we needed. Hosts were gracious and accommodating, beds were super comfy, hot tub was fun perk. Can’t wait to come back! Great neighborhood with park for kids too was extra bonus.

We loved everything about this place. So cute! Nice outside and inside. The hot tub was perfectly clean and the whole space was calm and relaxing. The outdoor area was great too! The extras (shampoo/conditioner, keurig, makeup wipes etc.) were very nice. The welcome treat was above and beyond and the owners were kind and responsive. Everything was exactly as advertised, if not better. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you!

We were in Spokane visiting a college with our sons. The location was perfect. The neighborhoods was welcoming. The spacious layout and design were very comfortable. We loved having a hot tub with bathrobes for the cold walk outside. We were welcomed to the apartment with a sweet note and brownies. Communication with the owners was so easy through the VRBO messaging system. It was a perfect place to call home away from home. My only comment is that I didn't read the amenities carefully - there is no oven/stove top range but they do have a toaster oven, hot plate and microwave for cooking. We loved our stay and will stay again when we visit our son in Spokane.

Hosts were so accommodating and it was such a lovely space. Kids had space to play and spread out. We did not get around to using the patio/hot tub but the space was beautiful and private. Great space to recharge in.

The apartment was lovely and fully stocked with amenities in a quietneighborhood. My husband appreciated the smart TV, I was able to work in the bedroom between our family activities. It was spacious and gave us a wonderful place to relax and have our own space if needed. We didn't use them, but there were a lot of games and books for kids and families and the hot tub and firepit would be nice in cooler weather.

Easy access to anywhere on North side of Spokane or Deer park. This cozy day light basement, is more like a apartment! The home is in a beautiful neighborhood. The hot tub, was not clean or working properly. However the manager made himself available to clean & try to get it working. Much appreciated!

The title says it best. Very nice and clean place. I would definitely recommend staying here. The hot tub was very nice. They had board games and a nice welcome gift. Details make the difference! They were very quick at communicating with us. Highly recommend.

Great property in quiet neighborhood. We stayed overnight while in town for a concert at Northern Quest. It was an easy 30 minute drive and well worth it. Property was clean and well stocked. We loved the variety of games and cozy living room.

Place was very clean and had everything e yea you could want. The owners were very kind and quick to answer questions. Accessing unit was easy and didn’t feel intrusive. Only negative was the mattresses. They molded into your body until you felt like you were in a hole and when you roll over you literally feel like you’re climbing uphill. All 3 of us had a rough time sleeping. Still a great value for the money!

This was a great little property. Clean and spacious. The three boys were able to stay in one room together because of the bunk beds. My husband and I didn't hear a peep from them all night! The neighborhood is quiet and lots of essentials not far away. Would definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!!!

Even though in a basement, it was bright and cozy. Rooms were spacious and we were never tripping over each other throughout our 3 night stay. Enjoyed lounging in the living room at the end of the night and watching movies. Very close to a lot of amenities and Whitworth University (the purpose of our trip). Hosts were very kind and responsive before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend over a hotel.

This is a clean, cozy and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We look forward to returning when we are in Spokane again and we'll bring the rest of the family. Check-in was easy. Communication was excellent. Hosts refunded "additional persons" fee shortly before check-in date when 2 guests couldn't make it. This daylight basement unit was clean and comfortable. There were clear instructions on procedures (including hot tub) and drawers and cabinets were labeled. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, as well as coffee and tea. The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable. It does have a super soft mattress as well as a separate soft 4" topper. If you like a mattress that is at least medium firm bed, you likely will find this mattress to be uncomfortable. ( Each of us sank in 4-5 inches and neither of us weigh over 160.) We would definitely stay here again, but would call dibs on the smaller bedroom or plan ahead for a sleeping alternative, e.g. bring our airbed.

Very clean. The Tempurpedic type mattress was nice. This VRBO has a lot of extra “in case you forgot” things that save a trip to the store like a new toothbrush. Hosts were quick to reply to a very good dinner recommendation. Quiet, safe feeling area a touch outside of the city. I could hear activity upstairs (basement unit), but it was light. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed at Dave and Anne’s for 5 days. What I love about staying at their vacation rental properties is that it’s always clean and tidy. They provide enough supplies for anything you might need for your stay. This place has a lot of sleeping space for adults with kids. The main bed room is huge. If you’re planning cook you’ll have to get creative with the single hot plate, portable oven and microwave or just get takeout which is very convenient with so many places to eat near by. One thing to keep in mind that this place is in their day light basement (doesn’t feel like a basement it’s too nice) so you will periodically hear household and pet noises from above. Other than that it’s a great place especially for the very reasonable pricing. Thanks again for the stay.

This property is hosted by the most attentive hosts. From having everything you need clearly marked, comfortable beds, lush towels and linens with extras to spare. It is in a beautiful quiet nighborhood and although our stay was short it was greatly enjoyed by all of us. Would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Host is extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. Property was just as described, very clean and tidy and comfortable for our family. Fresh brownies were a hit and very much appreciated. Will definitely put this one on my "do stay" list! Thanks for a great experience.

Overall the stay was great. The location is as described and no issues with it. Check in process great, communication with the owners was fine. Now the not so hot stuff; Hidden fees, i read the description about 20 times as j wanted to ensure there were no hidden fees as the locatio. Said it maxed out at 8. However the owners charge a fee between $20 and $10 per an extra guest after 4 people. So for my family of 6 i ended up paying $40 on top of the daily night fee. This isnt something that would cause me not to book but shocking as to why the fee was there. Without any disclosures Be aware; there is a renter above the unit they like to jam out to their music, drums, and have dogs. We did find dog poop in the yard on the check out day (sunday) between 9am and 10am when we left. But the worst part of this is the dog decided it wanted to give us a 430am wake up call on the first night. We were not happy campers with having the dog wake us all up at 430 in the monring. Additionally you could hear ever footstep from the people upstairs. Not a huge issue. But with the added yappy dog that like to run and slide around the hard wood floor at random hours of the day we were not over joyed. This review could of been an easy 5 stars if we were aware about renters above, hidden fees disclosed prior to finalize booking, and a 11 am check out vs 10am.

This was a great little property. Clean and spacious. The three boys were able to stay in one room together because of the bunk beds. My husband and I didn't hear a peep from them all night! The neighborhood is quiet and lots of essentials not far away. Would definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!!!

Traveled to Washington from Maui to see family. Spent two days here on our last leg of our journey to return home. Great location, close to everything. 20 minutes from the airport as we had to wake up early and catch a flight. Easy check in and check out. Space was very clean. Even though in a basement, it was bright and cozy. Rooms were spacious and we were never tripping over each other throughout our 3 night stay. Enjoyed lounging in the living room at the end of the night and watching movies. Very close to a lot of amenities and Whitworth University (the purpose of our trip). Hosts were very kind and responsive before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend over a hotel.

Myself, my husband and our two kids stayed here for 5 days and 6 nights. We all really enjoyed the apartment, the quiet neighborhood, and the location. We made several trips into Newport to visit family and this was very convenient, not requiring us to go too far into Spokane. Very fairly priced, we couldn’t find a hotel that was anywhere near competitive and wouldn’t have been this comfortable and spacious. Amenities and extra items provided really made our stay easier. Great hosts with very good communication. We will stay again!

Great property in quiet neighborhood. We stayed overnight while in town for a concert at Northern Quest. It was an easy 30 minute drive and well worth it. Property was clean and well stocked. We loved the variety of games and cozy living room.

Easy access to anywhere on North side of Spokane or Deer park. This cozy day light basement, is more like a apartment! The home is in a beautiful neighborhood. The hot tub, was not clean or working properly. However the manager made himself available to clean & try to get it working. Much appreciated!

Very clean. The Tempurpedic type mattress was nice. This VRBO has a lot of extra “in case you forgot” things that save a trip to the store like a new toothbrush. Hosts were quick to reply to a very good dinner recommendation. Quiet, safe feeling area a touch outside of the city. I could hear activity upstairs (basement unit), but it was light. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The property is well kept, the beds were really comfortable, and it's close by to stores and restaurants. They have board games and puzzles, so it was nice to spend time playing a few of those as a family.

Check-in was easy. Communication was excellent. Hosts refunded "additional persons" fee shortly before check-in date when 2 guests couldn't make it. This daylight basement unit was clean and comfortable. There were clear instructions on procedures (including hot tub) and drawers and cabinets were labeled. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, as well as coffee and tea. The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable. It does have a super soft mattress as well as a separate soft 4" topper. If you like a mattress that is at least medium firm bed, you likely will find this mattress to be uncomfortable. ( Each of us sank in 4-5 inches and neither of us weigh over 160.) We would definitely stay here again, but would call dibs on the smaller bedroom or plan ahead for a sleeping alternative, e.g. bring our airbed.

Stayed at Dave and Anne’s for 5 days. What I love about staying at their vacation rental properties is that it’s always clean and tidy. They provide enough supplies for anything you might need for your stay. This place has a lot of sleeping space for adults with kids. The main bed room is huge. If you’re planning cook you’ll have to get creative with the single hot plate, portable oven and microwave or just get takeout which is very convenient with so many places to eat near by. One thing to keep in mind that this place is in their day light basement (doesn’t feel like a basement it’s too nice) so you will periodically hear household and pet noises from above. Other than that it’s a great place especially for the very reasonable pricing. Thanks again for the stay.

I didnt think to ask if this rental was senior friendly and it isnt. It was gre a t in every way but that. No step railings, no grab bars in shower, entry gate latch was un friendly. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with basics. We had no time for a soak in the hot tub. I think they are well priced and a good value.
