Truly fun property, and the location was great. My husband even walked to the store to get milk and condiments. It was nice to be able to heat the pool and spa without fear of exorbitant extra charges. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

The house is so well-stocked and ready for a relaxing stay! The outdoor area, pool, and spa are beautiful and we spent lots of time enjoying the outdoors! If we ever return to the Vegas area - we will definitely book this house!

We loved this house. My team of 5 stayed for a full week while in town for a trade show. We loved having so many indoor and outdoor spaces to hang, entertain, be alone and work. Having a pool table, and fire pit was a blast. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Plenty of rooms for us to spread out into. Will definitely book again.

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect host! I can’t say enough good things about this stay. It was about a 15-20 min beautiful drive to the strip, quiet neighborhood, and we had all the basic necessities we needed to stay for the week without having to go pick up from the store once we arrived. Pool table inside, ping pong table, pool, and grill outside, lots of space inside for our family of 6. The back yard area was beautiful and pool was fantastic with water fall as pictured. It was also fenced in for privacy. Multi level with stairs and open floor plan made it easy to spend time with my entire family while relaxing in main living area and not missing out on anything. Home is well maintained as pool guy came during our stay and the host had informed us of this so it was not a surprise to us, also pest control maintenance guy came to spray outside. We saw no signs of bugs and house was so clean upon arrival. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely return!

My three adult children and I and four grandchildren stayed at the home. It was absolutely perfect for us. The hosts have made it very special and have paid attention to detail in every area. The pool was a huge plus and a hit as well as the backyard barbecue and dining area. We loved our visit and we hope to come back again. You won’t be disappointed.

This house had everything we needed for a short family stay. The pool and spa are an obvious highlight, but the entire backyard patio/grill area is a fabulous place to spend an afternoon or evening. We appreciated the extensive pantry and refrigerator supplies of spices, oils, condiments, etc- very thoughtful. It’s in a quiet, comfortable, safe neighborhood. We’d definitely stay here again.

This home was in a great location, very close to restaurants and shopping. Only 15-20 minutes from the Vegas Strip. Owner was very accommodating and answered questions promptly. He let us check in early. The house had all the amenities of home. The yard was the best part. We had a great time enjoying the pool with the hot weather. There were 8 of us, my husband and I, my dad and our 5 adult children. We had plenty of space. Highly recommend this home.

This property was the exact combination we were looking for, cool on the inside with outdoor dining for breakfast before the heat, and a pool to enjoy once it was hot! Even the ping pong table in the side yard was appreciated! The kitchen and dining room made cooking in easy to enjoy among friends, and their were enough beds and baths for 4 couples! We also appreciated the off street parking for our 3 cars! Even the drive in to the Strip was easy, approx 25 minutes, but it was nice to get away from the crowds when we were ready to leave! We would stay here again!

This property has an amazing pool! It had spacious rooms and killer HVAC that cooled us off in the hot Vegas summer! It was less than 10 min drive to Green Valley Ranch was a 5 minute walk to a very nice park. The house provides a lot of kids items (kids dining-ware, highchair), however, the house has a lot of stairs so be careful with toddlers! Host, Aaron, was extremely responsive and KIND.

We chose this property based on the backyard and what it offered, hard to find a heated pool for spring trips. Everything worked with no issue, our stay was lovely. The home is older and could use some updating but that didn’t hinder our ability to enjoy where we were. Aaron was quick to respond anytime I sent a message. Thanks for letting us use your property!

What a nice host. We requested early check-in (twice) and were accommodated immediately. I realize that properties are under heavy use and would imagine that there is a "cycle" when updates, deep cleanings, and fresh paint jobs are done.I say that because I'm thinking that we may have been towards the end of the "cycle". The property needs an update and a spruce up.Other than saying that our experience was really good and we'd rent again.

I love that this house is at the end of a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the 5 teenagers we brought to play and relax. The bed in the Master bedroom was so comfortable with an awesome memory foam top. Most of the other beds had this as well. It was a great place to cook our meals, use the grill and eat outside.

My sister-in-law, her triplets and husband, and our family of five from Colorado, came into town for the funeral of the patriarch of our family. We needed place to unwind and enjoy each other. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to nestle in and feel at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and so accommodating. The home has a well stocked kitchen, a great open floor plan and enough comfortable bedrooms to easily sleep ten people. The outside was our favorite spot and where we spent the majority of our time. The pool was perfection, as were the surrounding spaces. And, the location could not have been better. I highly recommend this rental!

We chose this property based on the backyard and what it offered, hard to find a heated pool for spring trips. Everything worked with no issue, our stay was lovely. The home is older and could use some updating but that didn’t hinder our ability to enjoy where we were. Aaron was quick to respond anytime I sent a message. Thanks for letting us use your property!

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect host! I can’t say enough good things about this stay. It was about a 15-20 min beautiful drive to the strip, quiet neighborhood, and we had all the basic necessities we needed to stay for the week without having to go pick up from the store once we arrived. Pool table inside, ping pong table, pool, and grill outside, lots of space inside for our family of 6. The back yard area was beautiful and pool was fantastic with water fall as pictured. It was also fenced in for privacy. Multi level with stairs and open floor plan made it easy to spend time with my entire family while relaxing in main living area and not missing out on anything. Home is well maintained as pool guy came during our stay and the host had informed us of this so it was not a surprise to us, also pest control maintenance guy came to spray outside. We saw no signs of bugs and house was so clean upon arrival. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely return!

This house had everything we needed for a short family stay. The pool and spa are an obvious highlight, but the entire backyard patio/grill area is a fabulous place to spend an afternoon or evening. We appreciated the extensive pantry and refrigerator supplies of spices, oils, condiments, etc- very thoughtful. It’s in a quiet, comfortable, safe neighborhood. We’d definitely stay here again.

This property was the exact combination we were looking for, cool on the inside with outdoor dining for breakfast before the heat, and a pool to enjoy once it was hot! Even the ping pong table in the side yard was appreciated! The kitchen and dining room made cooking in easy to enjoy among friends, and their were enough beds and baths for 4 couples! We also appreciated the off street parking for our 3 cars! Even the drive in to the Strip was easy, approx 25 minutes, but it was nice to get away from the crowds when we were ready to leave! We would stay here again!

I love that this house is at the end of a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the 5 teenagers we brought to play and relax. The bed in the Master bedroom was so comfortable with an awesome memory foam top. Most of the other beds had this as well. It was a great place to cook our meals, use the grill and eat outside.
