Everything was amazing. Nice, clean, trimmed outside. Nice hot tub, not hard to take the cover off and put it on. Excellent fenced in yard if bringing pets. Nice patio set for sitting and relaxing or having a meal al fresco. Oh and the tv makes me feel like I’m sitting in a movie theater! Awesome!!!

This home was perfect for our soccer weekend. The house was spotless and all the linens were so cozy. It’s a small space but felt like there were plenty of little extra spaces to help us store things. The layout was perfect! We had 6 guests (making up two families) and did not feel overly crowded. The hot tub and game room spaces were a huge hit with the kiddos! We will be back for sure! This is a clean and cozy rental!

Clean, beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. After a long day of driving, walking into this cool house was glorious. We got Ethiopian food delivered and ate in the dining room, then drove to the falls and walked around. The fenced yard was great for my dog. The putting green was fun.

Enjoyed the overnight stay and home. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. The rear Parking area was wet and muddy so suggest to put down some pea gravel or concrete for ease of unloading.

The house is in a good location close to downtown, Sanford Medical Center and the Premier Center. It is on a busy street, so it was nice to have off street parking in the back. The house was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the hot tub being ice cold and not working when we arrived, but the host was quick to rectify that so we could enjoy it in the morning.

We had a mini vacation in SD and this house was just perfect for us! I actually believe the pictures dont do it justice, it was very clean and smelled great. I loved to enjoy my early morning coffee in the backyard, it was very peaceful and quiet. The hot tub is a plus, it is relaxing, everyone enjoyed it. The owners are very nicr and respond very quickly to any questions that you may have( thank you for that). We will definitely book here again when we come to SD, also will recommend this house to anyone that is looking. Thank you for opening your lovely home and letting us enjoy it. 😀

Very clean property with lots of ammenities including different coffees and a HUGE tv. Fenced in back yard came in very handy since we were traveling with pup. Extemely close to downtown so easy to get anything. Highly recommend staying here when coming to Souix City

House was beautiful and comfortably squeezed into a busy neighborhood. Only complaints where that the hot tub was a bit sandy and the walkway/driveway was sheer ice. Both where manageable complaints ;) Tip for future stayees, there is an alleyway behind the house where you can park. The garage door can be opened as a path around the icy driveway. The linens are tucked away in the hallway/bathroom closet. Don't panic when you see no linens in the bathroom/kitchen! The hot tub was set at 67 when we got there, take a peek and make sure to adjust it when you arrive if you'd like it warmer. Thanks for the stay! Would come back here again!

Overall experience was great. Mostly was just needed for a place to sleep and the hot tub was great after being on the go all day. Not sure if the batteries to the front door were dead but couldn't get in that way, but was fine as the backdoor worked fine.

Pictures don't do this home justice! The place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Sioux Falls. The large kitchen, living room, and hot tub were super! While the location is close to downtown it is far enough away to feel very comfortable. The cherry on top was great communication from the hosts who were always quick to reply and offer suggestions. Thanks Matt & Rachel!

This property was amazing! My family and I traveled from Minneapolis to Sioux Falls to see immediate family, and the property was perfect. My parents and family who live in Sioux Falls even commented on how cute and nicely renovated the property was! The owners were an 11 out of a 10...so great to work with and I'm so appreciative for how flexible they were as we had to reschedule a few times due to weather and personal reasons. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was amazing. Nice, clean, trimmed outside. Nice hot tub, not hard to take the cover off and put it on. Excellent fenced in yard if bringing pets. Nice patio set for sitting and relaxing or having a meal al fresco. Oh and the tv makes me feel like I’m sitting in a movie theater! Awesome!!!

We had a mini vacation in SD and this house was just perfect for us! I actually believe the pictures dont do it justice, it was very clean and smelled great. I loved to enjoy my early morning coffee in the backyard, it was very peaceful and quiet. The hot tub is a plus, it is relaxing, everyone enjoyed it. The owners are very nicr and respond very quickly to any questions that you may have( thank you for that). We will definitely book here again when we come to SD, also will recommend this house to anyone that is looking. Thank you for opening your lovely home and letting us enjoy it. 😀

This place has everything we needed for a long weekend away. The kitchen was adequately stocked, the place was clean. It was plenty of room for 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs. One of my teens stayed on the pullout couch. The backyard was fenced so we could let the puppies play. And my family enjoyed the hot tub! Definitely would stay here again!

Clean, beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. After a long day of driving, walking into this cool house was glorious. We got Ethiopian food delivered and ate in the dining room, then drove to the falls and walked around. The fenced yard was great for my dog. The putting green was fun.

From the minute we walked in we were so happy with how the place looked and how clean it was! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and soft, the kitchen was equipped well and it was cozy!

Very clean property with lots of ammenities including different coffees and a HUGE tv. Fenced in back yard came in very handy since we were traveling with pup. Extemely close to downtown so easy to get anything. Highly recommend staying here when coming to Souix City

House was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. I would park in the alleyway spot because cars drive very fast down the Main Street. Th TV was very big, the remote took some getting used to.
