COMPLETELY UPDATED 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home with deck and big yard

Good basic home for family get-together, kid-proof and dog-proof. The back yard isn't fenced, and the neighbors clearly don't like vacationers (a hostile sign points at the back yard). Kitchen barely suitable to cook in. Had to change some bulbs. Furniture is different from photos - more rugged chairs/bar stools. Landlord was kind enough to allow an early check in but it took several asks to get a response. Our grandkids are rambunctious so this was perfect for us.

Property location was good… house was clean. Few suggestions would be to include more towels for guests, better quality sheets, and fans for upstairs bedrooms.

Beds were ok comfy. Futons were horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. Kitchen had the bare minimum, had to supplement with measuring cups / large bowl from the dollar store. Kitchen seating is metal chairs and stools, very uncomfortable. We made the mistake of lifting up a couch cushion when looking for a lost phone. DON'T make our mistake!! Cosmetic issues throughout - paint, molding, flooring, chipped paint in every room. Deck lounge chair is thrashed by prior renter. Nice neighborhood. Quiet and good location for our needs. Host communication was lacking. Right after check in i asked for late checkoit. Got no confirmation for 2 days, despite multiple times reaching out. I fonally texted that I was aisuming late checkout was ok. Cleaning crew showed up well before we were ready. Host asked me to wheel garbage bin to curb, because he wouldn'tbe able to make it over. No big deal. . . Plenty of towels and linens. of linens and towels fornour group

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here with our family of 9 adults. While it was a little tight on sleeping quarters, we knew that would be the case before we booked. The kitchen could be better stocked with pots and pans and cups and dishes for the number of advertised guests.

Location was great, very nice neighborhood and very quiet, house was clean. Only thing would have been nice to have a washer and dryer :) Maybe a couple more cooking pans and a grill would have been great :) but overall, we enjoyed the stay at your place. Thank you!

The online pictures of the place is not what it looks like now. Alot of wear and tear on the place that could use some attention. The neighborhood is not a friendly environment and there is nothing outside to sit on besides one bench. This is definitely not a kid friendly place at all either. People travel and should not have to bring anything besides just food/drinks and basic needs.

There was a bottle of wine on the counter for us upon arrival which was a great perk! The house was very clean. We would have loved to add a night, but a few of our crew had to return to work. The zoo was 20 minutes away. Grocery store 8 minutes away. We will rent this house again! Very enjoyable stay!

It was very accomodating and spacious. The only downfall was no washer and dryer. No issues at all. I love hassle free stays.

My wife and I were in town for my son's wedding and my mother and brother stayed with us. The house was in a convenient location for all the running around we had to do. It was very clean and spacious, with a nice sized yard for our dog. My other brother and his wife came over during down time and there was plenty of room to hang out. The instructions Jordan provided were thorough and clear, and he was very responsive to the questions I had before we checked in. The bottle of wine he left us was a nice touch! Despite the signs from the neighbors, they left us alone. We had to load and unload alcohol for the wedding reception and no one said a word to us. It got a little warm in the main bedroom upstairs since we're used to ceiling fans, but nothing uncomfortable. It made a stressful weekend more enjoyable. At the end of each day, it was nice to return to the house to relax and unwind. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are uncomfortable with signs in the yards (on every side of you) letting you know you are not welcome as a short-term rental, be prepared and come ready to keep your head held high. ;) The listing itself is mostly well-represented. It is outdated in some ways/cheaper quality furniture... and needs a little detail in non-important ways. ie: Some finishes (paint, trim, old stains in carpeting, very old towels, etc) could be cleaned up BUT it was clean. The space was great. The best areas are definitely the main living area upstairs and the kitchen. Owners left K-cups and basic seasoning which was super kind. Overall not bad, just not boujie. :)

We had to go out and buy all new pillows. They were so flat. House needs updated. Cleaning could have been better but I feel the cleaning people were trying to rush cause the guest before us had made a mess. The kitchen was nice and the overall floor plan was nice for all of us. In addition to the state of the house, it was very disappointing to pull up and see signs from the neighbors, expressing their dislike of the house being used as a vacation home. There were signs from across the street, on the side fence facing the house and on the property of the house behind us. No one was unkind to us, but certainly not friendly in the least. It is obvious this house being a VRBO is not wanted in the neighborhood. Jordan was easy to communicate with and responded promptly through Vrbo. Hopefully he will make sure the house is updated and clean for the next guest.

This was our first time using VRBO. Communication was great. Check in process super easy. House was clean and a great place to stay besides hotel.

Maybe ok for a one night stay, but I do not recommend for any longer. No working smoke detectors, no dustpan or vacuum, mold on bathtub, mold on ice dispenser, musty smell and dirty carpets. Listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual condition. It is not completely updated.

Quiet residential neighborhood with passive-aggressive signs on all sides of the property about the neighbors wishing this wasn’t a VRBO rental, but we didn’t see any actual neighbors, and ignored the signs. We stayed in this house with 13 people for a fine arts trip and found it conveniently located for Columbus, well stocked, and able to accommodate us all for a week.

Four friends and I were in town for a sporting event. This house was great for us. No frills, but plenty of comfortable beds, two full baths and a kitchen with a gas stove/oven. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. But, we knew that going in, so we just packed accordingly. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay! If you're visiting during the summer, I recommend bringing a fan or two for the upstairs area, as it can get a bit warm. Other than that, the process was smooth, and the experience was very nice.

The house was comfortable, but could use some sprucing up. Because of the multiple level it was cold downstairs, comfortable on the main floor and hot in the upstairs bedrooms. Ceiling fans would be a wonderful addition in the upstairs bedrooms. Also, we were a bit put off by the multiple signs around the home that said, This is our neighborhood, NOT YOUR VACATION HOME! Made us feel very unwelcome. We were not there to party, just wanted a comfortable place to stay for a trip to the Zoo and to see soccer game. Overall this was a pleasant place to stay, as long as you are not wanting to use the house as a party house, as I am sure the cops would be there in an instant.

It is in a nice neighborhood within minutes of gas stations, stores and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to almost anything you wanna do in Columbus. There was tons of room for our whole family with plenty of towels and linens for everyone. The host also stocked the unit with complimentary coffee, water and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

We had 12 people in our group go. Plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the Property Manager was better than a 5 out of 5! All of the appliances work, so that is always a plus! One thing that needs to be mentioned that you will see throughout the other reviews is the neighbors attitude for this house being a rental. We actually found it funny after the initial "what is going on"? phase passed. I just want to add that I don't think it has anything to do with the Property Manager/Owner of the Property; the neighbors just appear to lack any real hobbies. In our 4 days there, we only saw 1 neighbor out and they seemed friendly enough.

We will definitely stay again if in the area.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the neighbors signs I guess they must’ve had some bad experiences but I think the signs send a bad message to the tenants and I think they should be made to take them down.Everybody is not bad !!!

My sisters and nieces spent the weekend here for a Christmas shopping trip... location to Tanger Outlets, Polaris Mall and Easton was great!

The property was in a neighborhood that was convenient to everything we needed. There was not enough linens, so we were fortunate that one family member could bring more linens. The house was clean, except previous people left ash tray and some garbage on deck. Neighbors were not friendly, but since it was cold it was no problem.We had fun thrifting and enjoyed the OSU game, except the team up North won.
