We had a wonderful stay. It was my husband I and our two small dachshunds. Everything was very clean, and neat. the sofa, chair in living room very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There is plenty of room. It is a very quite neighborhood, yet close to so many attractions. There is a hot tub, fire pit and rocking chairs on porch. Which is great for evenings, but we did not use. This was our first time renting through Vrbo. The host are great with communicating. We had a great experience. We would definitely rent again and highly recommend

15 min from Dollywood and absolutely perfect. Very clean and the king beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing after a 9 hour day at Dollywood. This is the perfect 2 bedroom vrbo when you aren’t looking for a cabin but also need more room than a hotel room. 5 min drive to the Apple barn for breakfast. Very happy with everything in the house. We mainly just slept there and used the hot tub. But the kitchen looked very nice as well as the washer and dryer that is in the bathroom. It’s also nice to be able to back right up to the door and unpack. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay and was pet friendly which was great cause we were traveling with our fur-baby. The house was clean and offered everything we needed for the stay. Close to everything so the location was very perfect. The host was wonderful, and I would stay here again for sure when I visit the area again. Thanks for the hospitality you gave me as a guest.

Property was simple but very functional. Convenient location without being in the middle of the madness. Nice yard for pets. Single level and you park right in front which was convenient for my wife who recently had knee surgery. Nice kitchen newer appliances. Convenient having washer/dryer. Didn’t get to use hot tub. It is smaller, good for a couple and maybe kids. Looked to be a newer unit. A new charcoal grill was dropped off the day we arrived. Didn’t use (too hot) but a nice touch. Also new fire ring in yard but too hot to use. May have to come back in Fall/Spring. Overall very nice stay. Unit perfect for two couples or couple with kid(s).

Very quaint residence. Easily accessible and clean. The hot tub was nice but small (only accommodates 2 people). The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were very hard. You will need to bring a blanket as the bedspread is very thin. There were lots of games/puzzles available for use. The residence is very close to many of the attractions. We ate at the Local Goat on the owners recommendations and it was delicious! It is very crowded at all times so I would suggest making a reservation if you are going to go.

This retreat was very clean and well organized with everything you will need for your weekend getaway. It had a comfortable feel like home away from home. We were unable to get in the hot tub but when I lifted the cover to look at it and the water was crystal clear and it had a clean chemical smell like it was freshly sanitized. The water was warm and it was well kept. There were plenty of supplies such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies and towels for our stay. The kids enjoyed playing the arcade and the board games. The beds were big clean and soft and comfortable. They had clean linen and extra blankets and pillows if needed. This place was conveniently located one street over from the strip down pigeon forge where all the attractions and shops were located. The host was nice and helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner she’s a super host to me. The only bad thing was the traffic on the strip was horrible because of the car show they were having. But this place was amazing and I definitely recommend and will be staying again here in the future. We give this place a 5 star rating family friendly rating.

Great property to stay at, very quiet and seemed to be in a nice location. We had a great time, hot tub was clean! Only thing to mention is that the mattress in the first room is a bit uncomfortable but we were fine for 1 night Plenty of towels and this place offers a washer and dryer most places do not! Porch is cute and loved the chairs outside. Porch was clean as well. This place is quite cozy and felt like home I just really would prefer a better mattress if I was to stay a longer duration. The host was courteous and we had no issues.

The first thing we noticed was that this is the cleanest place we have stayed in all of our travels. The place was spacious and nicely decorated. We were also impressed by the quiet neighborhood and fact that we couldn’t even hear the people staying in the unit next to ours. Final thoughts? Go to Pigeon Forge, there is so much fun to be had. Be sure to stay here when you do!

We were in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to the main parkway for eating, shopping, shows, etc. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.

We didn’t use the kitchen at all. We ate out each meal. The house was very clean. We enjoyed our time. Unfortunately, the walls aren't sound proof. When our traveler's next door came in each night from 10:10 -11:15. We were awakened until they went to bed after midnight. Thanks for a nice stay.

The property was located within walking distance to so many activities and was very spacious. The property is a duplex with very thin walls to which we could hear the couple snoring at times. The beds could use a mattress topper because if you turnover in the night you will wake whoever is next to you up. The host was so nice and had a welcome gift for us, she was easy to get ahold of and gave us some amazing recommendations to eat at, which were all amazing and a great show to see and even gave us one free ticket to attend the show, which was very enjoyable. Overall the property was great and had a nice hot tub which we never got to use because the air temperature was too hot but looked clean and relaxing. We would stay with them again!

Its a nice little duplex tucked away from the business of Pigeon Forge while still being close to everything. The starter supplies could be a little larger as we ran out quickly and sometimes you can hear the neighbor rental through the walls

This house was so cozy and welcoming! Excellent distance to so many surrounding attractions! Looked just like the pictures. Perfect for our family of 4. It was super clean and efficient. Everything we could need was provided. Loved the hot tub!

The house itself was nice, but I don't think I would stay again. this was my fourth time staying at the house, I go to Pigeon Forge every six months and I remember why I haven't rented it in years. the beds in both rooms are the worse. My sister slept on the loveseat, and I ended up sleeping on the couch. I did lock myself out of the house one day, and called the owners to let me back in. the husband would not give me the code to get back in, he said he would e mail the code to me, but me laptop was in the house, and I couldn't check my e mail. They never did check on me to see if I ever got in the house. We stayed four nights and only had cable one night. It kept going out :( And staying out.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. Great stay just like the first time. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Furniture is comfortable and the beds are really comfortable. Well supplied kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. I don’t know what more you could ask for in a vacation stay. We’ll be back!

Small older little property, quiet enough away from the busy street but close enough to be right near the action. The hot tub is on the front porch with a small wooden wall blocking it but you can see the street from both sides so it felt kind of uncomfortable but it was nice to have at night. The walls are thin so you can hear people next door because it is a duplex but it was the perfect little getaway for our family. Beds were also very comfortable. All in all, we would stay again. Cute little place.

The property was located within walking distance to so many activities and was very spacious. The property is a duplex with very thin walls to which we could hear the couple snoring at times. The beds could use a mattress topper because if you turnover in the night you will wake whoever is next to you up. The host was so nice and had a welcome gift for us, she was easy to get ahold of and gave us some amazing recommendations to eat at, which were all amazing and a great show to see and even gave us one free ticket to attend the show, which was very enjoyable. Overall the property was great and had a nice hot tub which we never got to use because the air temperature was too hot but looked clean and relaxing. We would stay with them again!

This was a wonderful place to stay and was pet friendly which was great cause we were traveling with our fur-baby. The house was clean and offered everything we needed for the stay. Close to everything so the location was very perfect. The host was wonderful, and I would stay here again for sure when I visit the area again. Thanks for the hospitality you gave me as a guest.

Everything was very nice in the home, exactly as listed. The location was perfect for our needs and it let us easily explore the area and still quickly get back to a quiet place when needed.Host was helpful and a had great suggestions for where to go.

We came down on extremely short notice, and the owners were very quick to respond and were very accommodating! The place was very clean, and you really couldn't beat how close it was to all the attractions on the main road.

The house itself was nice, but I don't think I would stay again. this was my fourth time staying at the house, I go to Pigeon Forge every six months and I remember why I haven't rented it in years. the beds in both rooms are the worse. My sister slept on the loveseat, and I ended up sleeping on the couch. I did lock myself out of the house one day, and called the owners to let me back in. the husband would not give me the code to get back in, he said he would e mail the code to me, but me laptop was in the house, and I couldn't check my e mail. They never did check on me to see if I ever got in the house. We stayed four nights and only had cable one night. It kept going out :( And staying out.

This retreat was very clean and well organized with everything you will need for your weekend getaway. It had a comfortable feel like home away from home. We were unable to get in the hot tub but when I lifted the cover to look at it and the water was crystal clear and it had a clean chemical smell like it was freshly sanitized. The water was warm and it was well kept. There were plenty of supplies such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies and towels for our stay. The kids enjoyed playing the arcade and the board games. The beds were big clean and soft and comfortable. They had clean linen and extra blankets and pillows if needed. This place was conveniently located one street over from the strip down pigeon forge where all the attractions and shops were located. The host was nice and helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner she’s a super host to me. The only bad thing was the traffic on the strip was horrible because of the car show they were having. But this place was amazing and I definitely recommend and will be staying again here in the future. We give this place a 5 star rating family friendly rating.

Great place to stay! The only gripe, which is definitely not the fault of the owner, is that it can be a little tough getting out to parkway with traffic sometimes. Once again, not the fault of the owner, but, something to consider depending on your needs.

15 min from Dollywood and absolutely perfect. Very clean and the king beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing after a 9 hour day at Dollywood. This is the perfect 2 bedroom vrbo when you aren’t looking for a cabin but also need more room than a hotel room. 5 min drive to the Apple barn for breakfast. Very happy with everything in the house. We mainly just slept there and used the hot tub. But the kitchen looked very nice as well as the washer and dryer that is in the bathroom. It’s also nice to be able to back right up to the door and unpack. I would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet place that’s close to everything! Only reason we were down here is so I can propose to my girlfriend (she said yes). Just a little bit of a warning: for some reason, there’s no cell service when you leave the strip of Pigeon Forge and heading to the house. They do have good wifi so it worked out! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We were in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to the main parkway for eating, shopping, shows, etc. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.

The beds mattresses were very comfortable. Shower was plain but man that shower head was so great. The recliners were such a hit. The location was as close as you really wanted to be. Location location location. If you don’t care about mountain views you can’t get any better. If you’re looking for fancy or modern this is not for you but it’s clean. We would stay again.
