All good except lots of walking from parking to your unit since one of the elevator was down carpet in apartment is old and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned all other items supplied very well like the shower bath tub awesome and water pressure is very good.

Our first port of call following arrival in Calgary. This accommodation lived up to its expectation. Provided a superb stay for 5 nights. Our only thought was a “how to” guide would have been useful for the oven!! Jacqueline the host was exceptional as the block lost all hot water for 24+ hours; her response was timely and extremely beneficial. Well done and thank you.

This condo offers a great location and nicely laid out, offering privacy for everyone. Hot tub and pool were great as well and staff was very pleasant. Jacqueline was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to all questions.

The condo was great for a family . I was disappointed in the pool. Also there is an hvac system outside the balcony which made it too noisy for me to enjoy the balcony. Beds were comfy as well as the sofa bed. Overall however if these things don’t bother you you get good value for a condo in Canmore.

Nice property. Parking is a bit tight if you have larger vehicles. Lots of room for a 2 bed condo. Everything we needed was there. Great having a front desk for help when needed.

Apartment was clean, modern, well stocked with daily needs, super comfortable bed, quiet complex and located conveniently. Communication with host was quick, friendly and informative. There is a spa, a grab and go cafe and liquor store in the hotel complex, and a restaurant just opposite, plus many restaurants, cafes and bars very nearby. The bus stop is a block away, and walking into downtown takes about 10 minutes. Highway access was 2 minutes away, and if you bring your furry friend, there is an off leash park 5 min walk away, or lots of lovely on-leash rambles all nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, highly recommend. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

The condo was as advertised, however, the pool/ hot tub, game room and theater were closed. Although this is not the host's issues / something she can control, it was frustrating that this was not communicated prior as we found out from the front desk there were memos sent a week prior. The host did offer to compensate us to go to the rec centre and did end up reimbursing us a very small amount for the stay. Overall if the amenities were back up and running, my family and I would stay there again. However for the price without the amenities, we could have saved at least more so staying elsewhere. The check in process was a bit fluttering as the code provided for both the underground and Condo was incorrect. However the host responded very quickly! She is very attentive and communicates effectively! Everything within the condo was great. The bed and pillows were comfy. The place itself was very clean and there was extra bedding and towels. Overall pleasant experience. Clean space. Host was responsive. Underground parking was nice. Cafe in building was great. Would recommend adjusting price if amenities are not working and providing some basics in the condo (coffee, tin foil, salt/ pepper etc )

My family of 4 had a wonderful time at this property. We had lots of space to enjoy our movie nights and cooking. Beds were super comfortable and the shower with jets was a nice addition. Parking was somewhat chaotic because the building is on the south side. One of the elevators was down but we eventually figured out how to navigate the maze. The front desk was not helpful and stated that the owner should update her entry instructions. I thought the owners instructions were just fine! Solara needs to post better signage especially if elevators are down. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Lovely clean, quiet property. Owner very responsive, friendly and quick to provide solutions if needed. The unit is thoughtfully designed to easily accommodate 2 couples (or a family) giving lots of privacy and space for all. Condo was clean, had lots of space, and everything we needed. Some furniture is beginning to show it's age. Appreciated this unit was pet friendly (for our poodle). Solara is in a good/quiet location with lots of amenities. We'd definitely stay again.

This property is conveniently located near downtown, Canmore. We found the property to be clean, quiet and very accommodating for two couples. Please consider as it is a fraction of the cost of a Banff hotel. Property is located 20 minutes from downtown Banff. And the owner provides a N/C Park pass.

Found dirty socks in bottom of a nightstand. No bulb for a light above kitchen island. Only one hair dryer. The peice for hair dryer did not fit. Fire place in living room did not work. Nor did the one in king bed bedroom. No beding fit properly in double bed bedroom. It t needs a king bedor queen.

The apartment is in a nice building in one of the quieter neighborhoods. We were able to walk everywhere in Canmore on the really nice trail system the town has. The unit was perfect for our group, two couples and a single person. It is very well laid out and very clean.

The condo was spacious for five adults and perfectly cleaned. The beds and furniture were comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that we needed to make meals and enjoy our time together. Jacqueline was helpful and quick to respond when I had a question.

Second time staying at Solara - last time was a three bedroom unit. This was a nice spacious two bedroom unit perfect for two couples. Everything was perfect except for the Air conditioner which would not cool the room below 72F (22C) so we were sweating - a couple of fans would have been nice!

This was our first time to the Canmore and Banff area. Next time I will stay in Banff. This is nice and convenient to the highway. Older building and unit. They need to invest in brighter light bulbs for the bathroom and make sure all light bulbs are working. Manager was very quick to answer my questions. I misunderstood from the picture thinking we had a view. There is no view. Its great they allow dogs. And its nice nice to have to strip the bed and pretty much clean the place before we leave. That is what we pay a cleaning fee for. I heard they are updating the elevator, which is needed. Everything you need is very close and you will do great staying here. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back.

The Solara has become our accommodation of choice on trips to Canmore and this unit was no let down. Communication prior to arrival was great and all the info we needed was given to us. The view if the mountains from the balcony was perfect and the unit was in great condition. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Canmore.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to town. Condo is getting a bit worn, but still quite nice. Pre-check in communication was excellent, except that we were given the wrong code and were unable to get into the unit. Fortunately we figured out that two numbers were reversed. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in a great location with lots of amenities! Floorplan is perfect for two couples and the furnishings are lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and made for easy meal prep. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

This condo offers a great location and nicely laid out, offering privacy for everyone. Hot tub and pool were great as well and staff was very pleasant. Jacqueline was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to all questions.

This was our first time to the Canmore and Banff area. Next time I will stay in Banff. This is nice and convenient to the highway. Older building and unit. They need to invest in brighter light bulbs for the bathroom and make sure all light bulbs are working. Manager was very quick to answer my questions. I misunderstood from the picture thinking we had a view. There is no view. Its great they allow dogs. And its nice nice to have to strip the bed and pretty much clean the place before we leave. That is what we pay a cleaning fee for. I heard they are updating the elevator, which is needed. Everything you need is very close and you will do great staying here. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back.

Apartment was clean, modern, well stocked with daily needs, super comfortable bed, quiet complex and located conveniently. Communication with host was quick, friendly and informative. There is a spa, a grab and go cafe and liquor store in the hotel complex, and a restaurant just opposite, plus many restaurants, cafes and bars very nearby. The bus stop is a block away, and walking into downtown takes about 10 minutes. Highway access was 2 minutes away, and if you bring your furry friend, there is an off leash park 5 min walk away, or lots of lovely on-leash rambles all nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, highly recommend. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

The condo was as advertised, however, the pool/ hot tub, game room and theater were closed. Although this is not the host's issues / something she can control, it was frustrating that this was not communicated prior as we found out from the front desk there were memos sent a week prior. The host did offer to compensate us to go to the rec centre and did end up reimbursing us a very small amount for the stay. Overall if the amenities were back up and running, my family and I would stay there again. However for the price without the amenities, we could have saved at least more so staying elsewhere. The check in process was a bit fluttering as the code provided for both the underground and Condo was incorrect. However the host responded very quickly! She is very attentive and communicates effectively! Everything within the condo was great. The bed and pillows were comfy. The place itself was very clean and there was extra bedding and towels. Overall pleasant experience. Clean space. Host was responsive. Underground parking was nice. Cafe in building was great. Would recommend adjusting price if amenities are not working and providing some basics in the condo (coffee, tin foil, salt/ pepper etc )

My family of 4 had a wonderful time at this property. We had lots of space to enjoy our movie nights and cooking. Beds were super comfortable and the shower with jets was a nice addition. Parking was somewhat chaotic because the building is on the south side. One of the elevators was down but we eventually figured out how to navigate the maze. The front desk was not helpful and stated that the owner should update her entry instructions. I thought the owners instructions were just fine! Solara needs to post better signage especially if elevators are down. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Condo was clean, had lots of space, and everything we needed. Some furniture is beginning to show it's age. Appreciated this unit was pet friendly (for our poodle). Solara is in a good/quiet location with lots of amenities. We'd definitely stay again.

This property is conveniently located near downtown, Canmore. We found the property to be clean, quiet and very accommodating for two couples. Please consider as it is a fraction of the cost of a Banff hotel. Property is located 20 minutes from downtown Banff. And the owner provides a N/C Park pass.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to town. Condo is getting a bit worn, but still quite nice. Pre-check in communication was excellent, except that we were given the wrong code and were unable to get into the unit. Fortunately we figured out that two numbers were reversed. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is in a nice building in one of the quieter neighborhoods. We were able to walk everywhere in Canmore on the really nice trail system the town has. The unit was perfect for our group, two couples and a single person. It is very well laid out and very clean.

This condo is in a great location with lots of amenities! Floorplan is perfect for two couples and the furnishings are lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and made for easy meal prep. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was spacious for five adults and perfectly cleaned. The beds and furniture were comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that we needed to make meals and enjoy our time together. Jacqueline was helpful and quick to respond when I had a question.

This was our first stay at the Solara property and we very much enjoyed it. The host/owner was very responsive and frictionless to book with. We would definitely stay the property and in this unit again if it’s available.

Ok overall. Certainly not the 5 star reviews that were posted. Lights burnt out, blinds not working, fireplaces not working, hot water for showers was sparse, property was not fully clean. Very average at best
