When cleaning shower area, try to use bleach to kill the mold and mildew around the shower base, corners, etc. Shower head needs cleaning bc water came out only one side. The gym has a severe moisture issue bc when i worked out and the dryers were running there was water coming up from the floor through the rubber floor mats. All over the floor.

The front desk staff felt almost nonexistent. Beds are very firm, if you like that, you’ll love the beds. Having the kitchenette was great, wish there was a small stove, but we got a griddle to make breakfast. Power went out the first night for an hour. Elevators stopped working the second day. They ran out of towels the second day. But they made a special trip to bring us some as soon as they were ready. They accommodated our request to have rooms next to each other. It’s a great and clean hotel to stay at. It’s very spacious and had everything you needed. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for this price range. They have free breakfast but when we were there, it was running late and wasn’t ready at 8:30 AM like it was supposed to. Their system was down still from Hurricane and they were not able to make room keys for us so the front desk person had to let you in with a master key. But I don’t think that this was their fault.

The breakfast food service was poor. There was only one waffle maker. Biscuits were hard. Bagels not available. Gourmet Coffee was not it was rather plain. During the visit they didn’t have towels ready for all of the guests. The patio couch was wet, no one kept the area clean and bugs frequented the outdoor space.

No contact from the hotel to us, to inform they had no computer service. Never reached out UNTIL we got there to inform us there was no way to check us in. I hope all who were registered get PROMPT REFUNDS.

Property was new but kinks were still being worked out. Property did not have internet so no room key was provided.Due to system being down staff relied on paper to complete check in and verify if room was still in use. Staff woke me up at 8 am to check if I was still in room. Doors leading to outside that are normally locked were left propped open causing security concerns for myself and my family. Hilton should have done a better job with internet to alleviate security concerns.

We’re turned away by a rude staff member who said there internet and phones were down so they weren’t honoring reservations and had given our room away. We had driven multiple hours from a college football game and had no other option but to drive 3 hours to our home. I would never give this hotel another chance. Staff was rude, gave no options other than it would be up to us to get a refund.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were well equipped. I had a full size refrigerator,microwave, many kitchen utensils and of course shampoo, conditioner, etc. the staff was very helpful and quick to respond when I asked for extra towels and help with our tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was so so. I had a car so I could drive to shopping and restaurants but walking would be difficult ( no sidewalks and enough traffic to make walking on the side of the street dangerous.)I liked hotel the hotel and would stay there again.

I think its great that this is a dog friendly hotel. but all dogs should only be allowed on the same floor. the dog in the room next door barked all night. I could not sleep. The shower stall could use a good grout scrubbing. Other than that the hotel staff is awesome.

The hotel is a great property. The beds are awesome and the rooms are nice and spacious. However while we where there the clerks where not visible. When we checked in she was talking to a man in the parking lot after waiting a few minutes, I had to go get her outside. When we left in the morning the two other clerks were talking to each other in like a small office he bind the checking desk and never saw them. It’s a shame because the hotel itself has a lot of potential. Also the dogs next door wouldn’t stop barking since 5am until we left. They should really ban dogs.

We were there for only 2 nights and we didn’t check in until around 10:00 pm because our daughter had a baby. We were so tired. We slept in till around 10:00 the next morning to go back to the hospital and came back around 8:00. , and housekeeping had not been: We had no clean towels and the room was not made up! Will not recommend to friends to stay there again!

We’re turned away by a rude staff member who said there internet and phones were down so they weren’t honoring reservations and had given our room away. We had driven multiple hours from a college football game and had no other option but to drive 3 hours to our home. I would never give this hotel another chance. The hotel was clean and the rooms were well equipped. I had a full size refrigerator,microwave, many kitchen utensils and of course shampoo, conditioner, etc. the staff was very helpful and quick to respond when I asked for extra towels and help with our tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was so so. I had a car so I could drive to shopping and restaurants but walking would be difficult ( no sidewalks and enough traffic to make walking on the side of the street dangerous.)I liked hotel the hotel and would stay there again.

The front desk staff felt almost nonexistent. Beds are very firm, if you like that, you’ll love the beds. Having the kitchenette was great, wish there was a small stove, but we got a griddle to make breakfast. Power went out the first night for an hour. Elevators stopped working the second day. They ran out of towels the second day. But they made a special trip to bring us some as soon as they were ready. They accommodated our request to have rooms next to each other. Coffee 24 hours a day is wonderful!

Staff was very professional, check in was fast and she explained the breakfast time, internet passcode, and check out time. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will be staying here more often. Also the breakfast was actually good and had a variety of items to choose from.

It’s a great and clean hotel to stay at. It’s very spacious and had everything you needed. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for this price range. They have free breakfast but when we were there, it was running late and wasn’t ready at 8:30 AM like it was supposed to. Their system was down still from Hurricane and they were not able to make room keys for us so the front desk person had to let you in with a master key. But I don’t think that this was their fault.

The breakfast food service was poor. There was only one waffle maker. Biscuits were hard. Bagels not available. Gourmet Coffee was not it was rather plain. During the visit they didn’t have towels ready for all of the guests. The patio couch was wet, no one kept the area clean and bugs frequented the outdoor space.

Room was quiet and clean, except for the usual grout discolorations in hotels. Breakfast was rather frustrating. No milk to go on cereal, ran out of waffle batter and did not replace during the 30 minutes we were there, yogurt machine was not operating, bacon-undercooked, greasy, and not replaced within 30 minutes.

Home 2 Suites was great per usual. The only complaint is that they don't replenish the breakfast for the duration at the Vidalia location. There were guests who seemed to be there for an extended stay, that were piling multiple plates full of food and taking them back to their rooms, not leaving many options for other guests
