Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days.

Staff are very helpful and they helped me arrange for my day trip to Wuzhen. Staff speaks English too. They make my stay very welcoming and warm.

Hotel is spacious and comfortable. Location is a 8-10 min walk to west lake and the harbin in 77 malls are nearby. There are eateries around and is convenient
