Lucy's place was the perfect getaway for our two families. The host was easy to get a hold of, accommodating, and sent us great directions. The house is beautiful with ample space and amenities. It was very convenient to have the garage stocked with beach items such as sandtoys, a wagon, and chairs. We loved walking to the beach and checking out the nearby restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this house to anyone looking to have a fun and relaxing vacation.

It was very nice but I thought but it was missing some basic amenities like body wash in some showers, tin foil in the kitchen, garbage bags, and seran wrap. A light by the barbecue would also be very helpful because we had to resort to using our phone light to see what we were doing.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s beach house. Bob was extremely helpful from the very beginning to the end. They responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had. The location is great! Pannikin coffee is literally across the street, Handel’s ice cream is one block away. So many great shops, restaurants and the beach all a very short walking distance. Thursdays there is a morning market and evening food truck market right down the street. We couldn’t ask for a better location to walk to everything. The house was very comfortable for our family of 7. The house is also well stocked with beach chairs, wagons, body boards, etc. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a great time at Lucy's Beach House. This was our second time staying here for our family vacation. Thursday nights there is a street festival of food trucks just down the street. The house is just 3 blocks to the beach!! Our grandkids loved the boogie boards and the surfboard. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood with our dog. It is really nice to have a table that seats 12 so we could all eat together. We went to the library-about 2 blocks away and Handel's Ice Cream is also 2 blocks away. Bob is very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week stay with our family of 4 plus grandparents and 2 dogs!!! The location couldn’t be beat, 3 blocks from the beach/pier, 1 block to restaurants/shops/coffee. The house itself was fantastic very spacious, bright, wonderful kitchen with large table, grill on front patio with table/couch. Beds were very comfortable with fans in each room. Basically 3 master bedrooms. Dog run and outdoor shower on the side of the house. Close enough to town but still quiet. Steps away from the Thursday Sunset market with many food options. We loved that we didn’t really have to drive much during the week, everything we needed (other than initial grocery run) was within walking distance for the most part. Would definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful property and perfect location. Just a few suggestions… shampoo/ conditioner and soap would have been great, games for adults, and blankets/ throws for the cool evenings. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

This was our third year staying at Lucy's Beach House for our family vacation. We love that fact that it is so close to the beach. The grandkids love the video games. The house has a kitchen table that all 11 of us fit at comfortably. The beds are very comfortable. Thursdays are the best-farmer's market in the morning and food trucks galore in the evening and it is just down the street. Bob is a great host! He is very quick to respond to any questions. We left on Tuesday and the kids were talking about going back next year on Wednesday--we will!

My family including 3 adult couples, our mom and put kids (5,3 and newborn) all stayed here for a week for our family vacation and you can walk everywhere! We loved senior grubbys which is right next to the house. We even walked all the way to the harbor (15-20 min walk) to eat at rockin Baja lobster 3 different times which didn’t feel so long when you walk the beach way because the weather was so beautiful! The house was great for all of us eating meals having a dining room table so big. We enjoyed the patio out front to grill and also the 3rd story rooftop was nice to sit under the shade. The property manager texted the day before and was in communication the day of even let us in the house about an hour early so we didn’t have to wait around and was available throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this property with two other couples. It was a great property on many levels. Nice space for everyone, great shared space in the living room and kitchen area and very walkable to a lot of nice area things. The house was very clean and well stocked. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we are back in the area. Thanks Bob for all your help to make our trip so memorable!

We had family come in from out of the country and around the United States for my son’s wedding. This was the perfect venue for us to all be together. Around the block to eateries in a couple of blocks to the beach/pier. It was the perfect location very clean, and the owners were very hospitable.

Very large and clean house right in the heart of Oceanside. We walked to the pier ( 5 minutes away or less) to watch the sunset each night. Beds were super comfortable, and we were very happy with the house. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay again!

We love this rental; this was our second year staying here. The house is comfortable and has everything you could need and then some. It's spotless and well taken care of, and the location is beyond perfect! EVERYTHING is steps away: Thursday night Street fair, the best restaurants, and, of course, the beach! We highly recommend it and can't wait to book again next year!

We had a wonderful time with our son and his family while visiting Oceanside! This home is exactly as offered. Beautiful, clean, and all the extras needed for our 2 year old granddaughter and 11 month old grandson. Close to the ocean as well as restaurants, breweries and shops.Our only disappointment was that the Thursday evening Sunset Market was canceled because of the rain!We will definitely stay here again. Bob was very attentive and quick to answer questions!Thank you!

Our group of 8 found this to be a great location in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe and loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The house and furniture are experiencing normal wear and tear in places. The cleanliness was 4 stars. We did find some of the outdoor areas to need a fresh sweep when we arrived. The indoor areas were very clean upon arrival.

Overall our stay was fantastic! Loved to location to beach and entertainment. Definitely would like to return. Some concerns we had were the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen pantry and drawers were dirty. One of the drawers had coffee grounds spilled in it.

We had a great stay! We had 5 adults and 5 kids ages 7-3 and the house was perfect for us. Really enjoyed this home. So close to everything! Literally just steps away from their Thursday sunset market. You can’t miss that ! Home is spacious and never felt crowded with 9 people. There were three adults staying for 31 days. We had many places within walking distance to eat, the pier was a daily walk/visit. Our accommodation was very well supplied with everything we needed. Great tv for evenings. Our host, Robert was helpful and provided us with good information about the area. Only one complaint was the furniture. It really needs replaced due to being broken down and quite uncomfortable.

Pannikin coffee is literally across the street, Handel’s ice cream is one block away. So many great shops, restaurants and the beach all a very short walking distance. Thursdays there is a morning market and evening food truck market right down the street. We couldn’t ask for a better location to walk to everything. The house was very comfortable for our family of 7. The house is also well stocked with beach chairs, wagons, body boards, etc. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a great time at Lucy's Beach House. This was our second time staying here for our family vacation. Thursday nights there is a street festival of food trucks just down the street. The house is just 3 blocks to the beach!! Our grandkids loved the boogie boards and the surfboard. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood with our dog. It is really nice to have a table that seats 12 so we could all eat together. We went to the library-about 2 blocks away and Handel's Ice Cream is also 2 blocks away. Bob is very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed this home. So close to everything! Literally just steps away from their Thursday sunset market. You can’t miss that ! Home is spacious and never felt crowded with 9 people. The property is located near places to eat, the beach, a movie theater, you name it! Plenty to do. We essentially parked the car and stayed the entire spring break without having to get back in the car! Robert is very nice, communicates quickly, and a great host.

We had a wonderful time with our son and his family while visiting Oceanside! This home is exactly as offered. Beautiful, clean, and all the extras needed for our 2 year old granddaughter and 11 month old grandson. Close to the ocean as well as restaurants, breweries and shops.Our only disappointment was that the Thursday evening Sunset Market was canceled because of the rain!We will definitely stay here again. Bob was very attentive and quick to answer questions!Thank you!

Lucy's Beach House is great! Location was perfect-close to restaurants, shops, and the Beach! The house was perfect for the 7 adults, 3 children ages 9-5, an infant, and 2 dogs. The owner, Robert, was quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely stay there again!

My family including 3 adult couples, our mom and put kids (5,3 and newborn) all stayed here for a week for our family vacation and you can walk everywhere! We loved senior grubbys which is right next to the house. We even walked all the way to the harbor (15-20 min walk) to eat at rockin Baja lobster 3 different times which didn’t feel so long when you walk the beach way because the weather was so beautiful! The house was great for all of us eating meals having a dining room table so big. We enjoyed the patio out front to grill and also the 3rd story rooftop was nice to sit under the shade. The property manager texted the day before and was in communication the day of even let us in the house about an hour early so we didn’t have to wait around and was available throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Very large and clean house right in the heart of Oceanside. We walked to the pier ( 5 minutes away or less) to watch the sunset each night. Beds were super comfortable, and we were very happy with the house. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful week stay with our family of 4 plus grandparents and 2 dogs!!! The location couldn’t be beat, 3 blocks from the beach/pier, 1 block to restaurants/shops/coffee. The house itself was fantastic very spacious, bright, wonderful kitchen with large table, grill on front patio with table/couch. Beds were very comfortable with fans in each room. Basically 3 master bedrooms. Dog run and outdoor shower on the side of the house. Close enough to town but still quiet. Steps away from the Thursday Sunset market with many food options. We loved that we didn’t really have to drive much during the week, everything we needed (other than initial grocery run) was within walking distance for the most part. Would definitely stay again!!!

Our group of 8 found this to be a great location in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe and loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The house and furniture are experiencing normal wear and tear in places. The cleanliness was 4 stars. We did find some of the outdoor areas to need a fresh sweep when we arrived. The indoor areas were very clean upon arrival.

Booked this trip for six friends and I to spend two nights together for my birthday and it could not have gone better!!! Such a close walk to everything we wanted to do — five minutes from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, everything! Great stay for our family. Buzzing noise coming from bathroom off of the kitchen, communicated with owner so hopefully that will get fixed Needed extra throw blankets for use. Great to have beach chairs, toys for use during our stay. Definitely would recommend this location for a family get away
